My family and I have ordered many items from Zappos and we have always been pleased. This UGG Classic tall boot was no exception. My daughter loved them as a gift and she started wearing them immediately. The customer service at Zappos is unsurpassed!

Boots arrived quickly and exaclty as ordered! I was told to order one size down and did. They were exactly right. They were a gift and were perfect. Most stores did not have what I wanted. Zappos did!

My daughter introduced me to Zappos a year ago and since that time I have used this company on many occasions. I have never been disappointed with any aspect of Zappos' service or quality. Quite frankly, I am always shocked at how quickly the merchandise is received and, if a return is necessary, how quickly the transaction is accomplished. Zappos is the first thought that comes to mind when friends ask about places from which to order merchandise. I remain a loyal customer.

I love these boots so much I got a second pair. Definitely order a whole size smaller. At first they feel a little squishy but as you wear them the fur customizes to your feet. I wore them hiking and on the beach in CA where it was 75 degrees and flew to Omaha where it was -15. Totally comfortable in either situation.

Love Zappos! These grey Ugg boots are about the 5-6th pair I have bought for my daughters and mother-in-law. It seems you just place the order and they are at your door. My daughter usually wears a 6 1/2 so she took the 7 and they fit great. When my younger daughter couldn't get her size in a certain color I ordered from another online shoe company. Good thing I looked at the packaging slip because they had a 10 day return policy regardless of being a holiday gift. Needless I returned immediately and soon they were back in stock at Zappos! I only shop Zappos!

Nothing quite like a pair of Uggs, and the classic is still the perfect addition to the cold weather wardrobe. You can wear them when out and about or slip on at home as a comfy slipper. And they hold up for years and evolve as they break in, like a good pair of jeans.

I am one of the last Ugg hold outs. I decided to give these black classic tall Ugg boots a try because Zappos has such a great return policy. With that said, I love these Ugg boots. This is one of the best internet companies I have ever dealt with. I received these boots within two days and everything was perfect. I also received Ugg slippers from my kids for Christmas which they purchased from Zappos. They happen to be the wrong style so I called to exchange and that was by far the best exchange experience I have ever had. The person I spoke with couldn't have been nicer and the new pair of slippers were sent to me Next Day Air and were here the next day. They e-mailed me a return UPS label and it was picked up from my work the same day. All in all this is the best internet company yet. I will definitely buy from them again and again! Also, absolutely love all Ugg shoes!

I purchased this style of Ugg shoes for my oldest granddaughter. I was so impressed with their quality, style, and warmth. I ordered a pair for my wife. She uses them as house slippers! They are that comfy and warm. Thanks Zappos for the quality product at an affordable price!

Bought these for my 15 yr old daughter for holiday gift. She was thrilled. Fit is large and they stretch with wear, so follow web site recommendation and order 1/2 size smaller. Waterproof them with Nubuck protector before wear.

I love them. My feet were always cold at my son's hockey games. Why did I wait so long to purchase? I usually wear a 7.5 and sized down to a 7 for a perfect fit.

I've ordered from Zappos a couple times & I love it. It's very easy to order, the delivery comes quickly & if there's a problem (unlikely), you also have free shipping & free return shipping! A great bonus! Make sure you order a full size smaller because Uggs run big. I normally wear an 8 & I buy a 7. Fits perfect! I will continue to shop Zappos!

These are warm and comfy for my daughter. They are also well made. They don't get crushed or lose shape at ankle like the cheaper pair I bought her last year. I would love to be the owner of Ugg shoes. Everyone has them. These are very stylish, but practical. They are sprayed with waterproof spray. They are not for walking in slushy snow, but she's old enough to avoid that sort of thing.

Great boots. These boots are great and keep your feet toasty warm. I usually wear a 6 or 6 1/2. I could have got by with a 5.

Product was as described and size was true and price competitive. We originally ordered a 1/2 size too small and called to see about exchange. The larger size was sent out same day and arrived 2 days later. Almost before I could return the smaller size. Talk about fantastic service!

First experience with Zappos, and I am hooked! Am close to Michigan Avenue, Oak Brook, and lots of high end shopping sources. But I wanted to make sure to get the 'authentic' and 'original' Ugg Boots for my little one in Middle School. She didn't ask for much this year, and I wanted to make sure we got 'just' the thing! These boots were "It", and not the scary Clown guy, either. The fit was perfect, and having read the reviews, actually went 'down' and a size in the ordering process, and that was just a perfect suggestion. For being rather thick boots, they are very slimming, in the tall version we purchased. They are warm, comfortable, beautiful, and make my daughter happy. What more can a Mom ask for? I love the classic tall Uggs. I bought my actual size. They felt like a perfect fit. Now that I\'ve worn them awhile, I can perceive that they are stretching a bit. So take that suggestion that you order a smaller size seriously.
