I got these boots for my 18 year old daughter for Christmas. I purchased a half size smaller as per other reviews. She says they are amazingly comfortable and she wears them almost every day. They aren't meant to be worn in snow and rain, but she does. She complains they get dirty easily but I had warned her about that beforehand. I would have chosen black but she wanted gray and it is a nice color.

Uggs are the greatest boots ever. They are super warm in winter and even great in summer. They are comfortable and have great wear-and-tear. I have a few pairs.

I love Zappos products and service and have beeen using them for years, always with excellent results.

I bought these for my mother for Christmas. She usually wears a size 9.5 Narrow. I read the comments on the Zappos website and ordered a half size down (9). They fit perfectly. Thanks Zappos!

All I have to say is awesome! What an awesome experience! Zappos provided the best customer service that I have ever experienced. I needed to make an exchange on one of my items. They shipped the new item before I even returned the other one!! I will certainly shop again and recommend them to all my friends.

They were a gift to my granddaughter and they were everything she anticipated. She loves them and practically wears them everyday. I also forgot to mention she is 9 years old. As usual the service from Zappos was great. I have recommended them to so many people. The customer service is the best.

I love the Uggs; they are warm and cozy inside and feel great in very cold weather. I would love them even more if they were waterproof, but I sprayed them and it is doing the job just the same.

The navy blue tall uggs were my 2nd pair (i also have them in gray), and i adore these boots. Kudos to the customer service dept (particulary Loren), who made my day when he overnighted me a replacement pair after I wore my navy ones for one day and got a gash on the top-side. I am now looking into my 3rd pair of Uggs! thank-you again Zappos!\r\nbtw, i agree with most posters, do order a size down from your regular size.

I had never ordered from Zappos.com although I had heard of their legendary customer service & affinity for Twitter. I follow Tony and others on Twitter and love your tenacious approach to customer service. Uggs are a passion product. People love or hate them. In the snow, we consider them function more than fashion. My purchase was exactly what I wanted and your service was top-shelf. My order was processed quickly and was everything we expected. I have been singing the praises of Zappos.com since; love your offerings and especially, customer service!

These boots are comfortable and warm. I love to wear them! They seem to run a bit large; and, after reading the reviews, I ordered a size 8 (I wear a size 9) and they have a nice snug fit. I am glad I purchased this item, and I am going to get these in another color also.

These boots were for my daughter for Christmas, and she loved them. We have bought her a couple of the knock-off brand version of Uggs in the past, but really wanted to surprise her this year with the genuine article. Yes, they cost more, there is no question, but the quality of these boots is apparent. The shearling interior of the boots is thicker, the quality of the suede exterior is better, the fit (she claims) is better than the others. So, I am pleased with overall quality of this boot. I am even more pleased with the quality of service that I received from Zappos! The shipping was incredibly fast, the order was correct, and I had peace of mind the whole time knowing that I could return them if they were not right in any way. Thank you Zappos. I honestly would rather order from Zappos than to go down the street to the mall.

Thank Zappos so much. Most department stores were all out and needed them for Christmas. I found them here and placed the order..I had them within 5 days. They shipped out right away. I have been a customer for a few years and have always been very pleased. I will not bother with the department stores again, online with Zappos is the way to go! The boots fit perfectly and my daughter is loving the comfy warm feeling of them. There are no surprise though. I ordered some for my grandchild as well this year and last. We are repeat customers.

I spent a frustrating couple hours at the mall with no parking and no stock. I tried Zappos for the Ugg shoes my daughter wanted for Christmas. They had exactly what she wanted and they arrived two days after I placed my order, free shipping also. I will never search the mall for shoes again. I will go right to Zappos!

I love these boots! My teenage daughter wears them almost daily. They are extremely warm and stylish. They are very pricey, but that's just what Ugg shoes cost. Be sure to spray them and let dry several times with waterproof suede spray before wearing. My daughter wears an 8 1/2 regular shoe and bought an 8 in Ugg shoes. They fit well and the 9 would have been much too big.

When I say true to size, I mean for Uggs. They always run bigger than most brands. I live in Uggs during the winter and especially like the tall boots because they keep my legs warm. I love my Uggs!

Bought classic tall uggs for my niece and of course she loves them. I bought a pair for myself in leather and I love them. I am actually thinking of getting another pair.
