Extremely comfortable and warm. I had purchased several pairs for my daughter in the past and finally bought a pair of my own. I am not disappointed.

Imposters / knockoffs just don't cut it. I tried on **NINE** ""similar"" boots and they felt FLAT, really large in the ankle, wide in the foot part, less traction on bottom, and the strangely creased part of the top boot part. These just LOOKED better, as well as the FIT and CRAFTSMANSHIP is top notch in comparison. I had never intended to purchase but glad I did! It's worth the money because fake ones just don't last and feel as good. I wear a 9.5 but have narrow feet; so I settled on the 8 when wearing trouser socks and I have another pair of 9s that I need to wear thicker socks. Definitely buy down in size. Also; these are sheepskin made for WARMTH not RAINPROOFING. Lastly, buy the UGG spray to coat the boats help fend off salt and normal wear residue. Works great!

What can I say--love my Ugg's, perfect fit and great price!!!! Zappos does it again--Thanks Zappos!

I bought the boots for my wife who is a traditional size 10, but the boots fit bigger. She ended up with a size 9 and is happy as can be with the product. Thanks again Zappos for the excellent service. We will continue to use Zappos for online shopping and will recommend the site to others.

I bought these boots for my 23 year old daughter for Christmas. She loves them. Does not take them off if she can help it, and that's something since she is a shoe fanatic and loves heels! But she says that they are so comfortable, soft, and warm, like gloves for her feet! Now maybe it's time for me to get a pair. Oh, when my daughter saw the size on the outside of the box she almost had a fit. It said 7 and she usually wears 8 or 8-1/2. But they fit perfectly.

These boots arrived just in time for my trip to a colder climate and shortly became my best friend. They were warm enough to withstand the cold but never made my feet hot or uncomfortable. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I ordered a pair of Ugg boots and Heelys recently. If you haven't ordered from Zappos, then you need to start. The website is user friendly, the customer service is outstanding, and the 2 other best things are it is free shipping, even if you need to return or exchange, the shipping is free both ways. The second other best thing is your order is received the next day, not in 2 or 3 days, not in a week, the next day! Oh, and I forgot to mention that if you need to exchange, Zappos does not wait until they have your exchange in hand before they ship your replacement. Your replacement is received the next day. I can't think of a single negative thing about Zappos! They are awesome!

I ordered two different pairs of Ugg shoes and their spray waterproof treatment for my granddaughters this Christmas. They both arrived the very next day and were exactly as ordered. Excellent service.

I cannot say enough about these boots; they are the best ever. They are extremely comfortable, very roomy, very warm, they go with any kind of outfit and I just love them. This is my 5th pair of Uggs and I just can't get enough of them.

I was very skeptical about ordering shoes online, but was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service provided by Zappos. I was very frustrated that I just couldn't find some Uggs for a gift and on December 15 decided to try Zappos at my sister's suggestion. These Ugg boots are the ultimate in comfort. They keep your feet warm in the cold and cool in the heat. My daughter has worn them for ages and now I can understand why! They are well made and worth every penny.

Classic Tall Gray Uggs arrived in one day, of course (thanks Zappos!). My teenage daughter wears Uggs. I wanted to wear them because they are so dang comfortable. I chose the Tall Classic in Gray because the younger girls seem to only wear the Classic short, in Sand or Chestnut. I didn't want to appear as though I was trying to look young; I just want the comfort and comfort I got. I love these boots. They are heavenly! I even broke my no socks rule. The organic material (sheepskin) breathes, so you don't have to wear socks. Really! They are the best! Do not ever order Uggs on eBay. You will receive fakes or factory rejects. Zappos is an Authorized Ugg Dealer. You will receive a perfect pair of Uggs from Zappos!

My daughter wanted the classic Ugg shoes in gray and we look for at least 2 weeks and could not find any in gray. We even went online to the official site of Ugg shoes and they were sold out in gray Uggs. A friend told us about Zappos so we called them ordered them online and within 2 days we had our gray Ugg shoes. We are very pleased with the service and product. We will always try Zappos first. I'm a very happy customer.

As usual with Zappos, my boots arrived in no time. My Uggs are true to size and more comfortable than any I have ever worn. My only criticism is that they tend to stain my feet a bit but it\'s a small price to pay for feeling like you are walking on air while in snowy conditions.

I purchased a pair of UGGs from Zappos and could not be happier. The UGGs are great, comfortable and very warm. I sprayed them and have been wearing them ever since purchased and they look like new. The free standard delivery was remarkably fast. I ordered a pair for my daughter too and she loves hers as well. We are very pleased with our shoes, the service, and the quick turn around. We did not have to use the return policy but it also gave me more confidence to order through them with the 365 day policy they have in place. I will definitely use them again!

Love these boots! I live on the snow belt and no other boot keeps me as warm, comfortable and dry. I was skeptical about the appearance of "ugly" Uggs, but as soon I put them on I realized why they were so popular despite the look of them. I am so impressed that for the 1st time women have given in to comfort over fashion. Your feet are surrounded in warm soft fur that makes you never want to take them off. And love that I can wear them with no socks! Every woman needs a pair to treat and indulge herself after wearing awful high-heels for so many years!

Zappos website is easy to use and I received my fabulous Ugg boots very quickly, in time for Christmas. I would recommend buying Ugg Boots (this type) one full size smaller than you wear in regular shoes. I only bought one half size smaller, but they are still great.
