These boots run about 1 - 1.5 sizes big. I usually wear an 8.5 and I got a 7. They were snug the first few times I wore them, but fit perfectly now. Really comfortable and warm.

Fantastic! They go with everything because the color is neutral. So warm, I can wear them without socks and I live in Chicago. Very knowledgeable salesperson - she advised me to get a half size smaller for this particular style. They fit PERFECTLY!! Excellent Customer Service, too.

Size 6, Navy - This is my 4th pair of UGG Classic Talls and IMHO if you’re looking for a flat, cute, warm, exceptionally comfortable boot this is it. They’re easy to pull on, you don’t need socks, the colors are great, they have good traction and you will find yourself wearing them inside the house as slippers. I typically wear a 6.5-7 boot and the 6 in this fits well with or without socks. The fit on these is loose & wide due to the amount of shearling so buy accordingly. I ordered these yesterday and I’m wearing them now. Don’t hesitate to order from Zappos, the service here is exceptional!!

I love these boots. They are so comfortable and warm. Zappos service is outstanding. Super speedy shipping and never a problem with returns. This style of Uggs run big so it is best to order a size down. I usually take a 6 and the size 5 fits perfectly. Other types of Uggs do not run big like the Classic. I recommend Zappos and Uggs to everyone. My daughter and I have several pairs of Uggs and we always purchase them from Zappos.

About a week before Christmas I was searching high and low for these boots in black. Of course it was Zappos to the rescue. Excellent service as always. These boots are sleek, more comfortable, and have better arch support than cheap versions. They just look and feel better inside and out. I wear size 6 women’s shoe and ordered these in size 5. They are just snug enough to allow for a little stretching. Even though I am only 5’1”, the classic tall UGG still hit me a couple of inches below the knee. LOVE ZAPPOS!!!

The reviews I read said buy a size smaller than you normally wear. I wear a 9 and bought an 8 which worked out perfectly. However, I bought a 9 for my sister who wears a 10 and the 9s were too small for her.

I purchased my UGGs as Christmas present to myself. They are extremely comfortable and true to size. There are no 1/2 sizes so I ordered size 8 which fit really well, I usually wear 8 1/2 on all my Zappos shoes. I did not want to order a size up, cause I thought they would be too big, and the 8 fit great even with thick socks. Zappos is the BEST online shoe source ever. I haven’t purchased store bought shoes for my family for over 2 years. My 15 yr old son loves looking at skate shoes, he shows me the ones he likes, I order them, and get them the very next day. I do recommend Zappos to all my friends & family. Zappos you ROCK!

Super comfy shoes!! I have the Ugg classic mini (go to my ankles) and I LOVE them, but I wanted something a bit taller to keep my legs warm. These boots were perfect for that! The lining is so soft and cozy, I feel like I'm wearing slippers, only I can wear these in public without getting funny looks :) overall, great shoes.

Hello, I heard about ZAPPOS from my daughter, who orders often. My husband wanted me to order Uggs for my Christmas gift. I ordered online early evening two days before Christmas and told my husband it was ok that they would be delivered after Christmas. Well, they were delivered by 1 PM the NEXT day and were a surprise under the tree. I personally think ZAPPOS sent them with Santa Claus. I ordered black tall classic in my shoe size. I had read to order at least one size up but I tried my sister's UGGS on, in my usual size six, and they fit comfortably. I ordered size six and they are perfect and exactly what I'd hope they would be. I'm still trying different types of socks, even though I'm told to put bare feet into the boots. Above ankle socks crawl down into the foot area. I am very happy with the order through delivery. The boots are priced competitively against other retailers without the drive there. The return policy is amazing, as my daughter has used as needed. ZAPPOS will definitely have my business again. A+ for everything!

VERY warm for walking around on campus in the winter. They do get stained easily, so I would recommend buying some waterproof spray with your purchase. I bought my normal size rather than going down a size, but I wanted it that way so I would have a little extra room to stuff my jeans into them. I love them because the’re tall enough so you don’t have to wear straightlegged jeans for them to look nice.

I ordered these boots shortly before Christmas for a gift for my daughter. I was amazed that Zappos had the size and style she wanted, because so many other places were sold out! They came exactly when promised with no problems. She absolutely LOVES them, and they were true to UGG sizing (best to buy a size smaller than normal shoes because they stretch and mold to your foot.) I’m very happy with the boots AND with Zappos!!!

My daughter loves the boots! That was the one thing she wanted for Christmas and she has worn them several times already. The fit was perfect (we ordered half size smaller as recommended, but a full size would have been ok, too). She has worn them without socks as suggested and they keep her feet nice and warm on the cold Minnesota winter days. The boots arrived the day after I ordered them, I couldn’t believe it! Thanks!

I swore up and down I’d never own a pair of Uggs (which I deemed short for "UGGly"). They look hideous with miniskirts. I didn’t understand the hype. Well, I finally broke down and bought a pair of Ugg-style boots from another company. I fell in love with them. They are a wonderful winter shoe and actually look decent over a pair of skinny jeans. I wanted a pair in black, but they didn’t make them. After trying on Emus (which rubbed against my heel - so uncomfortable) and BearPaws (which just didn’t compare to the plushness of the other brand or Emus), I decided to splurge on UGGS. I am a teacher. I don’t make a lot of money. Spending this much on a pair of shoes seems insane to me, but I cannot believe how well-made these things are. The boots I love are starting to come apart at the sole after only a month of wear, and it’s a good brand (and I paid well over $100 for those). These look so much more durable. They are incredibly plush inside with lots of thick sheepskin. Very comfortable. A great shoe to wear while teaching for comfort and warmth. I recommend these. Definitely buy a full or half-size down. I’m a 7.5 and purchased a 7 - they fit like a charm.

Great mulitpurpose boot. They do stretch out so order a size smaller than you normally would. They are not waterproof!!! My daughter totally wore out the first pair and this is actually her second.

I had to rush on here and write a review of these super cute and ridiculously comfortable boots that just arrived in the mail. Wow - these are heavenly!!! I had originally ordered the Ultra Tall because I thought they’d be more sensible with the thicker sole, but I wasn’t into the look of them on my feet, and the sizing was off. Zappos took care of me though, and two days later I’ve got my first Classic Talls in gray! I had no idea the regular Uggs were so good – they’re my first pair! I wear a 7 1/2 or 8 and the 7 is perfect with plenty of room to throw a Dr. Scholl’s arch support in there (I have high arches). I wonder why I waited so long to get these - they are truly comfortable and I’m trying to hold off on getting every color! Thanks Zappos for your excellent exchange policy!

My teen daughter and I have had knock-off Uggs before and this was the first pair of the real thing we’d purchased. Wow, what a difference. If you’ve hesitated, don’t. They are so far superior in quality, style, and construction to any other shearling boots. They hold their shape and don’t look dumpy like some can. Santa brought these for the 16 year old, but I’m so envious, I think I’ll be getting a pair of my own! They run a bit large, so we ordered down a 1/2 size since we are both 7 1/2s. The 7s fit fine.

I bought these boots for my daughter who wears size 7.5. I took the advice to order a half size down and they fit perfectly. She loves the boots. I also purchased the UGGS protectant spray.

I love these, just wish they could go out in the snow and rain that we have here often. I cannot stand cold feet and this has been my salvation through the weeks of very low temps and I had to be out. Normally my feet get cold in the car despite heat (not designed best for the driver) and when I received these, it had been very cold and no matter what I put on my feet, I was cold. I no longer have cold feet. I now have decided that if it is cold and snowing, I will carry them to the car and then put them on. Despite the kit, they do not recommend they be worn in snow or rain. Well, snow and rain is what Michigan is all about these days. I considered a second pair, but rather am looking to see if they make one that can handle snow and rain and then I will have the perfect solution. I put 5 stars for style, but UGGs are what they are, made for warmth, and I do not have jeans that will go in straight and I don’t think I am going to buy riding pants.

These are very comfortable. I wear them without socks. I have a wide foot and the Tall Braid was too long and too narrow in a size 7. These fit perfectly. I seem to have "hot" feet and these are very warm, yet very cool at the same time. I will definitely buy more of these.

This is the 10th pair of Uggs I’ve purchased for my daughters, they run a little big. The first pair I had ordered was a 6 and she felt over time they became too loose, so I’ve gotten her 5s. My other daughter was a 6 so have always ordered 5s as well. I got the 6 that got too loose, I’m a 7.

They were my daughter’s Christmas present. She wears an 8.5 so I ordered a 9 and they fit perfectly. She loves them. We got them when promised in plenty of time for the holiday. Would order from Zappos again.

I LOVE these boots. I did order one size down and they are a perfect fit. I could sleep in these they are so comfortable. And, of course Zappos is fabulous.
