Love these boots! They are the most comfortable and stylish boots that I have ever owned! I bought them from Zappos because the price is the same everywhere unless you are not purchasing real Uggs, and Zappos has the best shipping and return policy on the internet. I was not sure of the size so I bought one pair in 7 and one pair in 8 and was able to return the pair that didn't fit free and without hasstle. I was also upgraded to 2 day shipping when I ordered them without having to pay extra which was great since they were a Christmas gift.

I love the product and the service, I just need one size bigger. I don't see information on how to do an even exchange??? I would like the same product in a size 7 and would like to buy it through Zappos.

Bought these for my 18 yr old daughter for Christmas. Perfect, awesome Uggs Her third pair. Sizing was consistent with others and of course quality was impeccable. Loves 'em.

These are the perfect winter boots. Finally, I am warm enough. If I could make these work appropriate, all the better. I think they could improve only in terms of adding a little bit of arch support, but that's a very minor need, considering that these are the most comfortable shoes I own. And I took a poll of my friends, and we agree - Uggs are not the most fashionable shoes we wear...but we all still wear them when it is cold outside.

Great looking boot and very warm. Reviews indicated to order down a size and I found this to be inaccurate. These boots seem to run very true to size, if not a half size too small.

This is my 5th pair of Uggs I own and they are very comfortable and the quality is excellent. The best advice I would offer is to purchase a full size smaller than your regular shoe size as Uggs stretch quite a bit.

Gave these in chestnut color as a Christmas gift and recipient was "thrilled!" She wore a size 7.5 shoe so purchased the 7 and it fit perfectly. Super warm and comfy, the recipient wore these everywhere, every day. Now her favorite shoes. Bought a pair for myself in black because she liked them so much. Beware with black, however, because this color will leave your feet stained black for the first several wearings. This bleeding of color onto your foot will subside, and yes, do wear your Uggs without socks! Be sure to spray with suede protector.

This is the most gorgeous and awesome pair of boots I have ever worn! Blue, too! They feel heavenly to wear, and keep your feet toasty. Uggs are truly treats for the feet!

These boots are the most comfortable boots you will ever buy. Our feet have never been cold outside in them, and both my daughters work indoors with them on all day, and they never sweat. They are everything you've read about. They are the perfect boot.

The shipping was super fast, and I am surprised by how much I love the boots. I have resisted buying a pair, but I was looking for something I could wear to walk the dog in the morning. It has been cold here, but not too wet or snowy and the Uggs have kept my feet very warm and comfy. I wish I could wear them to work!

I have these Tall Classics in five colors, and would recommend them to anyone who wants a comfortable boot and warm feet. I can actually stand to be outside in the winter now that I have these. The Navy is much darker in person than it appears on screen. If you wear a half size, order down instead of up - these have wide soles and lots of room inside. It's unfortunate that the quality has changed a bit since I purchased my first pair 6 - 7 years ago but I guess that's mass marketing for you. Zappos is the best place for shoes!

They keep your feet warm and look good with a pair of skinny jeans. The only things I suggest is to spray them with Uggs water & dirt repellent.

Can't honestly say I have ever worn a pair of Uggs but my daughter loves them and I guess I spare no expense when it comes to her!

I ordered the chocolate brown classic tall boots about 5 days ago and they arrived today as I was coming in from work...let's just say that I have not taken them off since I opened the box and I am so very pleased. I read the reviews that said to order them a size smaller than my normal size and I am so glad that I did...they are perfect. I have never had a bad experience with a Zappos order. Once again, I am another satisfied customer!

The quality of these Ugg Classis Tall boots is the reason I have them in three colors. All have been purchased via Zappos without a problem. Sizes were perfect. These are the warmest and most comfortable boots I own.

I've had my first pair of Classic Tall's for quite a few years now. Midwestern winters are brutal and these boots are great for going from outdoors to indoors with ease. I wear mine with socks [if you don't they can start to stink]. I'm an 8.5 and I purchased an 8.
