Love these boots! I ordered these Uggs 1 size smaller as recommended; they were too snug! Will stick to my size 8. And Zappos rocks! I chose ground shipping and they upgraded the shipping for free! I received my boots in 2 days! I will be shopping here again!

These boots will never go out of style. They are the epitome of comfort and warmth. I live in Uggs all winter long and would have it no other way. Excellent foot support, as I have even worn them for days on end at DisneyWorld. Don't scrimp and get a knockoff Uggs boot either; it simply is not the same.

I love my new Uggs. I am glad I finally bought a pair. Zappos made it easy. I was able to choose the correct size based on the information provided. The boots fit perfectly. I also really liked that Zappos expedited the shipping at no additional charge. I have always received excellent customer service with Zappos. With their superior service and extensive selection, I now prefer to shop for shoes online.

Great boots! I bought them for my granddaughter and she was thrilled. They look great and she tells me they're extremely comfortable.

It's my daughters third pair in 3 years - same style, same color. She is in college now and Zappos drop shipped right to dorm! And then were there the next day! Cold NE days are warmer when she is away from home thanks to Zappos! We love your selection, but love the quality of service even more!

My first pair of Uggs. I followed the advice of others and ordered a size smaller than normal, so I could wear them without socks and enjoy the feeling of fleece on bare feet. The boots felt a tad small at first, but after several hours' wear they are perfect. The gray color is soft and versatile. I use separate arch supports in them.

I bought these for my 12 year old daughter and she absolutely loves them. The best pair of Uggs ever. The tall boot is extremely warm.

I love them! I wear a 10 so I ordered a 9, a bit snug but 10 would of been too big. So warm and I love them!

Zappos service is always superior. This product is a present, so I don't wear UGGS, however my daughter loves them. Unfortunately I purchased a discounted pair online last year, and they were fakes. So I knew better this time and bought from Zappos. No need to worry this year.

I love these boots! I specifically got them to keep my feet warm when I walk to class in the winter. And they sure do! A great purchase.

The fit is snug, but as they widen with time, you might consider sizing down from your original size. Blue color: striking.

These are fabulous, toasty warm boots for those of us with perpetually cold feet! I love the look and they are incredibly comfortable. I measure size 8 1/2, normally order a 9 but ordered down to an 8 as recommended and they are perfect.

So comfortable! I am a size 8 and bought a size 7, and still plenty of room to wear socks. They were a bit tight on my calf but after some wear they stretched.

Loved this boot -- warm, luxurious, and comfy, although definitely runs a size big. Nice shade of gray. However, I'm going to keep the tall Ugg Bailey Button style instead, because it's much cuter and allows you to tuck pants in more easily.

These are the most comfortable and warm boots I have ever worn. I get sad when I have to take them off. I wear between sizes 8-9 and had to order these in a 7. They were a little tight at first, but after about 2 days, they were broken in and fit perfectly. I also have wide calves and also after wearing a few times were broken in fit well over them. I totally and completely recommend these boots!

After debating for quite a long time weather to spend so much money on a pair of boots, I went ahead and did it. I could not be happier. I read reviews and thought some people were exaggerating about the comfort. Well I live in these boots do not want to take them off at all. I love them. I am so happy that I went and bought a pair for my growing toddler, after I told myself I would not because they were too much money, but she cannot stands socks and it is a hassle every morning to get her dressed for school. Not anymore! Since she does not have to wear socks and loves her boots. I recommend these boots to anyone. Shipping took a long time though, mine were sent to an APO address which takes longer in the first place but I have bought from other companies and arrived here faster. I would definitely buy from Zappos again.

This is my third pair of Uggs over about thirty years. they are my chosen footwear from November to April, when I switch to Mephisto sandals or bare feet. Zappos.com is the only way to go! This time they got my Uggs to me earlier than expected. They have been unfailingly polite and I like their silly emails.

Bought these boots as a birthday gift for the wife and she absolutely loves them and I absolutely love Zappos. I placed the order late evening on Wednesday and my order was upgraded to overnight express and I received it Thursday!

This is my second pair of Uggs this year. I have the short Classics in camel, and now the tall classics in black. I ordered a 5 even though I'm a 6, because they give a little after you wear them. I ordered at 4:30 on Wednesday and got them on Thursday, just in time for the Ravens/Pitts football game. They are super warm but a little tight - but I know I'll wear them in by Sunday. A great boot, but more importantly, Zappos' has incredibly fast (and free) shipping! We had the boots the next day. After dealing with another company recently for a Nike product that Zappos does not carry, I had to pay extra for 4-5 business day delivery and it wasn't until the 10th day after the order that we received the sneakers. If Zappos had carried them, I would not have had any questions on where I would buy! Zappos is the best! From Kathy K, a very satisfied customer.

I tried a couple of UGG boots and these fit the best. They are fitted on my legs and I have pretty slim calves. I think I had ordered the Knights bridge previously because I thought they had a slimmer look, but these were just as non-slouchy (if that makes sense) and, the Knights bridge were literally like walking in snow boots! Many UGG shoes have a flat footbed, and I have a high arch, but these are totally comfortable for me! I am completely thrilled with this purchase. They really do keep your feet very warm and toasty!

So I am going to be one of the bazillion folks who speak highly of Zappos customer service. I was watching the CEO on CNBC saying that UGG shoes are their best seller so I ordered the last pr in my color/size that moment and voila! It arrived the next day/no charge for rush! Love you and my warm fuzzy UGG shoes!
