I love these boots.They are warm and with the proper care can last a very long time. I never found them particularly attractive, but they are so comfortable I don't care! In negative temps, these are the boots to wear.

I ordered this boot and it was everything I expected. I did have a funny odor, but that passed after a week or two. These boots are lifesavers where I live at about 4000 feet on Haleakala in Maui. It gets cold up here. I've had these before, but in the natural and those lasted about 10 years. I decided to try a different color so I ordered the brown. One glitch (but with Zappos it was a painless glitch), the seam started to split along the sole after about 2 months of wear. I called Zappos and they sent another new pair out to me the same day. This company rocks in customer service. I packed up the old boots and sent them off, but the new ones were on their way before I did this...wow. Thank you, Zappos. I'm looking forward to warm feet again soon.

I ordered these Uggs for my daughter. The size was a bit tight so we reordered a size up. The reorder process was so quick, easy and efficient! I returned her boots and got the new size the next day!

Just ordered these after Christmas! Love! Love! Love them! Definitely in this style order down a size. I normally wear a size 9 & I ordered a size 8 & they fit perfect!

My daughter received these boots as a Christmas gift. They were too small and I needed to get her a size larger. Zappos was great and easy to deal with! She received her exchange the same day I sent back the smaller pair. Uggs are always the highest quality and worth the price. Get the Ugg conditioning kit and they will last years! I love Zappos!

I love these boots!! They fit great and the best part is they arrived on my doorstep in only a couple of days!! They are expensive but worth the price.

I love these! They have such a classic look and they are so warm. This is my second pair as I wore them so much around a horse barn that I wore them out!

These are my first pair of Uggs and I love them! Now I have 3 pairs! I did not take the advice of others and order a size down -- because I wear a size 11 wide & frankly I did not believe I would fit into a ten, which I do. So take my advice and do order a size down! I kept these 11's and inserted Ugg replacement innersoles & they have been on my feet almost all the time since I bought them! I also did not believe that Uggs can be worn without socks. Wrong again! They are indeed very toasty with or without socks. I wear the 11's rolled down and they look nice with leggings. I bought another Tall Black pair in a ten and they are perfect. I always thought Uggs were kind of ugly and I could not understand why people liked them so much until I put them on. They look great with everything! I am all about comfort. If your feet are warm and comfy -- you will look & feel happier, less grumpy and thus prettier. That is my philosophy. I dig Dansko, Men's Keens, Brooks sneakers; any shoes with a wide toe-box work best for me. The front of my foot is wide. Shoe shopping can be really difficult for me as a tall woman with large wide feet. If you really need the arch supported, I suggest getting some nice warm shearling orthotics from Aetrex / Lynco online to wear in your Uggs. They are perfect for boots or winter shoes/ sneakers that need both warmth and arch support. They also carry a style that has a metatarsal support in the footbed in the Lynco 900 series. Most arch support orthotics don't have any cozy warmth so Aetrex orthotics are great for running shoes if you run outside in the cold] But I love these Uggs! I have many pairs of boots and these are easily my favorites. I even got my husband a pair of Uggs Blaise Chestnut style on sale at Christmas. They looked a little more like a men's shoe. If he hated them, I was going to adopt them as bedroom slippers for myself, but he loves them so much that he has hardly ever taken them off his feet during this terribly frigid tough winter. I should say emphatically that my husband is a professor who only wears sneakers ever; so I am thrilled that he absolutely loves the Uggs. I assumed that he would just use them to pad around the house in the frigid winter as slippers, but, surprisingly, he likes them enough to wear them outside as well. So I really cannot say enough good things about Uggs. I don't know why it took me so long to try them. I guess I thought they were a trendy gimmick and I did not know that they came in my size. Well, I was very wrong! If you have never tried a pair, you should really try them! They are fantastic. My only suggestion is that Ugg should make an insertable orthotic in shearling with arch support because so many people need that extra arch support. Otherwise I am an enthusiastic Ugg convert!

These Uggs were for my granddaughter as we had to return the smaller size and order a larger one. As always, service with Zappos is top notch and so are the boots!

It took me a while to get on the bandwagon. I'm not a big fan of flaunting trendy name brand things. I do, however, love these boots. They are warm and really quick to slip on and off, which is nice. They're perfect for running errands when it's cold and/or snowy. I have been wearing them to/from work since I got them right after Christmas, and they have been great, even in sub-zero temps we had for a few days last month.

Very pleasant to do business with. Transaction was easy and product arrived as planned. Boot was very soft and warm. Quality is an authentic Ugg boot.

Uggs are the best! I want to say I bought these for my daughter for Christmas. The reason that I am writing a review is I ordered them December 23, Zappos promised that I would get them the 24th. I did! So I had them for under the tree. I had never ordered from them before but certainly will again!

I held off on buying UGGS because of the price, plus I wasn't sure the flat-looking moccasin style was for me. But, they are SO popular and everyone who has them LOVES them, so I'd thought I'd try them on via Zappos great free ship and return policy. Once I put them on, I was SOLD! I couldn't possibly return them, sooooo comfy! And the arch support is way better than I thought it would be. Very, very good choice. We'll see how they hold up over time.

I love Uggs! Greatest cold weather boot. Wore these years ago when I lived in Alaska. When the weather was 40 below, my feet were always warm (didn't even wear socks, never do). I live in Germany and my feet are still nice and toasty! Including two daughters and myself, we have 12 pair. Buy once or twelve times, cry once, worth every penny! Love.

I love Uggs. That are a staple with me. You have to be careful if you are a first time user of Uggs in the sizing. They run large. I wear 9.5 in running shoes and I swim in a 9 in Uggs. So I wear an 8!

I bought the Ugg Classic Tall boots (Chestnut color) to replace a well-worn, 10-year old pair of Ugg Classic Short boots (also Chestnut). When my old Uggs wore out, I thought I could buy some fake-Uggs for a lot less money. They just don't compare -- sorry. The Ugg soles are flexible yet sturdy for walking distances. The knock-off Uggs were torturesome to walk any kind of distance in. Worth the splurge, for sure. I know the descriptions says they aren't for ice/snow, but these are what I wear all winter here in Wisconsin. I walk about 1/2 mile each way to work, through slushy-snow and slop. I sprayed them down with water/stain repellent spray before wearing them the first time. Overall, I am much more pleased with the Classic Tall style. I can walk quickly through 6 inches of snow, without any snow kicking up and landing into the top of the boot/calf area. I can always fold down the tops to make them shorter boots when the winter starts to warm up. The chestnut suede looks great, seems to show very little damage from water/salt/sand, and keep my feet warm. I suspect the darker suede and pale tan suede would be harder to keep looking nice. The tread is better than most boots -- I don't slip on slippery snow-covered sidewalks. I wish they had more arch support, but I'd rather have warm feet and deal with slightly sore arches. (I suffer from plantar fasciitis). Once the fleece sole starts to pack down, I will be able to fit my arch support inside.

Recently, and for the first time, I used Zappos services to purchase shoes and boots. The process was easy and smooth. I love my newest grey Ugg Boots! I love Zappos too. Seriously, I could wear these comfy boots every day! Good thing I have about 8 other pairs in different colors! I do recommend a suede brush and the protectant spray though to keep them lasting and looking better longer. Also if you wear a 1/2 size, get the size down from that, i.e. Size 9.5 buy a 9.

These Uggs are so cozy and are made out of a nice comfortable material with a thick fluffy interior. One thing to keep in mind is that the sizes run small. I usually wear a 10, but my feet fit very comfortable in a 9! I have tried knock-off versions in the past and they are nowhere near as comfortable as Uggs! It is hard to take them off!

I love my Uggs! I ordered a size smaller as suggested and they are perfect! Make sure you use water proofing before you wear your Uggs, and they will still looking good for years to come. These are my fourth pair of Uggs that I have purchased from Zappos. I love the great customer service!

I love purple and I love Classic Tall Uggs. These are no exception! They are so warm and cozy. The fit is great. They are comfortable making it easy to hike around in snow and ice.

I'm a wide foot (major bunion issue), larger calf gal so shoe shopping is always a challenge (thank heavens for Zappos!). I'm usually a 7.5 and went 8 based on reviews. The foot fit great, so warm and cozy, oh how I wanted them to work! But they are a little too snug on the calves, almost too tight so alas, they're going back. I just ordered the classic short, hopefully they fit my needs better. I still have them 5 stars because I think for most "normal" proportions these boots are great.
