Bought this for my wife, but the quality was well below what I expected for the price. The inner stitching was uncomfortable on both boots. This product is made in China which was unexpected (but I Googled it and the UGG Classics are all from China now). For the price I expected much more. I will not buy any UGG product made in China again. Fake UGGs would have probably been more comfortable.

My 4th pair (in 16 years) of classic Uggs. Since finding them I never have to feel my feet freezing in winter. There is no better boot for sockless warmth and lightweight comfort! I do prefer arch support so I add my own underneath their removable foot liner. The only downfall to these boots is water. The waterproofing sprays help but if your climate is very wet, probably not a good choice. I live in Colorado and our winters are nothing like back east. I have kept my older pairs and wear them on the really yucky days and the new pair on the cold, drier days. I also just got the new Ugg waterproof boots lined in sheepskin. I love them also for the freezing winter rain we have been having, but since they are more structured, they are not as soft and comfy or lightweight. I always buy one size smaller as the sheepskin packs down with wear.

These are the best boots I have ever owned. I love the idea of boots I can wear without socks (not a huge fan of socks). They are so comfortable. I cannot believe I waited so long to buy them, and now I want another pair! Make sure you follow the sizing instructions. I am ordinarily a size 9 but in this shoe I had to buy a size 8. I also have pretty big calves from my athlete days and I am thrilled to be able to wear this tall boot. I have worn them for very long periods and they remain comfortable. Can't say that about every shoe. Highly recommended.

Just buy them! Even my boyfriend who made fun of me for wearing them got a pair and now he never takes them off! No joke. Order a size down. I normally wear a size 8 in boots but the size 7 fits great. They will be very tight when you first get them...(this is good) They will stretch out and squish down. It took about a month for my Uggs to wear in a little. This is my second pair of Uggs and I love them! I will own a pair of Uggs for the rest of my life :) Ps. defiantly spray them with some type of protect-ant. I did and my Uggs lasted for about 5 years.

My testimonial is not only about this great boot and how sharp it looks, but the excellent service I received from Zappos. When they say they are number one in service they really mean it. I bought this boot for my daughter two years ago. They sat in her closet untouched for about six months. She took them out during the following winter season. We live in Pittsburgh so she took care to waterproof them and not get them wet. She wore them about six times and the fur in her heel began to split. She kept telling me about it, the tear was getting worse -- and of course, I didn't have the time to do anything about it. Last month I finally checked it out and sure enough, the fur had come apart at the seams, exposing the outside leather and making the boot extremely uncomfortable. Eeeek. I had the original box and the receipt so I called Zappos and got this wonderful and patient customer service gal on the phone who was simply marvelous. She listened to my story and set me up with a new pair and I am ever so thankful. I will never buy my shoes anywhere else and I highly recommend Zappos to all of my friends and family. You guys rock, especially for this mother who is always pressed for time.

These are very comfortable and cozy. I ordered a size down from my normal size 9 and ordered the 8 and I was glad I did. The 8 fits my size 9W foot.

A "must have" for fall/winter/spring! Just don't wear them in the rain or snow. The suede will wear so thin that eventually your big toe will have instant air conditioning. Hee hee hee! Won't make that mistake again!

I love Zappos! Always great prices, great service! Just a note about the Ugg brand though...I learned from other reviews that you do have to order a size down. I wear a size 8.5 and ordered size 7 in these boots and they fit perfectly. Love them!

Heavenly softness for your cold feet when you are in a hurry! I don't care what people say, Uggs are the most comfortable pair of shoes I own. And I own a lot of shoes being a VIP of Zappos! That being said if you have never tried them on you are missing out! I compare it to walking on clouds. Get a full size smaller that what you normally wear.

These are the perfect comfort boots! They look great with narrow leg jeans and leggings. They do feel snug at first but I usually wear a size 8.5/9 but the 8's fit me perfectly after a day or two of breaking them in.

I ordered the classic tall in the chestnut color. Somehow it appears that Ugg has made the shaft circumference much narrower these days. I have one in the exact same style but in the sand color and the circumference is nice with some room to spare for skinny jeans/leggings. With just bare legs alone, the boots are pretty snug with 13¼" calves. Sadly, these will have to go back and I will opt for the Bailey Triplet instead. I wear a 6 in regular shoes so I ordered a 5 and they fit perfectly. Of course once you have broken in the sheepskin inside the boots, the fit will become looser and comfortable. Uggs are pricey boots, so make sure to spray the entire outside surface with suede waterproof spray before wearing them!

Too bad. I wish they stretched on the calf. Snuggle too much my calves, I had to exchange it for the classic short.

These are great cold-weather boots. Easy to throw on over jeans, or with sweats or leggings. Cute worn tall or rolled down. They are comfortable and warm. They are expensive, but last a long time. They are not waterproof or stain-resistant, so spray them right away. I marked that they are a full size larger than marked, because that is what UGG suggests, to size down either a whole full size or half size, as they do stretch. They are called, classicfor a reason.

My wife loves the boots! They came quickly and without hassle. I ordered a pair of UGG boots that I had hoped my wife would enjoy and to my dismay, she preferred another. Being as expensive as the UGG label is; your policy to send out another without charging me for a second allowed her to enjoy the boots for more of the season. Not to mention me digging myself into deeper holiday debt. Thank you! JJS

Just received my new Uggs by Ugg Australia (made in China) from zappos.com, as replacement of the "Uggly" ones I sent back to Kenggi.com. My new Uggs are awesome! They are all I expect from winter sheepskin boots: beautifully made from thick and soft lamb skin with natural fur from Australia, very professionally done stitching and seaming. The shape of the boot is perfect: not too bulky and yet not flat. They look wonderful! Thank you China, for doing such a great job on Australian style boots! And thank you Zappos, for a great service and free overnight VIP delivery. I will for sure come back for more business with you in the future.

Absolutely love these boots! Purchased the classic shorter version in black last year. Love them, too! I generally wear a size 9, but the 8 fits great! Excellent quality! Highly recommend!

I bought these boots for my 13-year-old daughter as a special gift. She love, love, loves them! She couldn't wait for it to get cold enough here to wear them. They definitely keep her feet warm.

Excellent service. had to send my bailey buttons back. I got the Classic Talls instead. That process went very smoothly. I would definitely order from Zappos again. I take an 8 and ordered a 7. It fit perfectly.

I love these boots! It took me a long time to try the UGGs because I heard they didn't provide adequate arch support, and frankly, I didn't find them very attractive. Then my sister in law gifted me a pair that didn't fit her, and it's been love every since. I just purchased the classic tall in the grey, and they look fantastic. My feet stay nice and warm without over heating. I just worn a pair on a trip to Vegas and my feet were unbelievably comfy on the plane as well as walking around. The arch support is not as big of a problem as I had thought, but if I’m going to continue to wear them for longer walks I will invest in the arch supports that are available for the UGGs. Depending on the shoe I can wear a 7.5 or an 8; I took the recommendation and ordered a half size down and the 7s fit great. I can't believe it took me so long to become a fan. For next winter I am planning on purchasing a pair of slippers. And a big thank you to Zappos; You always make me feel so special with your up grade to overnight shipping.

I am very particular with the boots that I wear. My Ugg boots are comfortable and warm. I would recommend these boots. I wear a size 7, and the size 6 fits perfectly! Plus the customer service couldn't be better! Excellent!

My girlfriend liked them. They do run a half size bigger. And Zappos was the only place I could find them. Zappos rules!

I love my Uggs, and am planning to buy another pair! These are the best boots that I have ever had for both warmth and comfort. The arch support was an added bonus. I always had a problem with freezing feet in the winter. I do not have the issue with my Uggs!
