Love these. I decided after many years of my tan classic short boots to purchase another pair for myself for a change. Love the grey color and these look really cute folded down, too. Very happy with purchase! Don't hesitate, they will last a very long time and still be in style. Size down, though. I am a 6.5 or 7, 6 fits great in Uggs.

I Love my Uggs! They are so comfortable. You can either dress them up or down! The best thing is you do not need socks! Maybe they are a little overpriced, but everything is overpriced nowadays! Uggs have not really changed their price so much so that is good.

What else is there to say about this shoe that hasn't been said 100 times by other reviewers? They are insanely comfortable and warm. They are like walking on snuggly clouds made of rainbows and hugs.

I love these boots, but unfortunately I may be returning them. Because I have large calves the top of the boot is extremely tight if I try to tuck in my pants. I love the fact Zappos has so much flexibility with their return policy. Thank you Zappos!

Bought these boots for camping, to sit by the fire at night by have been wearing them around the house as my slippers. Love them, so cozy & comfortable. Will get another pair for camping.

I love Uggs and when ordering from Zappos I know they come from the actual company. I made the mistake several years ago of ordering somewhere else and the boots came in a torn up box and the left and right boots were two different sizes. When I tried to return them there was no one to talk to or address to send them back. I have learned my lesson...Zappos is the only way to go!

I'm very pleased with my order. My UGG's were delivered on time. I did not have any problems. They fit perfectly. It was so easy to put the order through. I would definitely order again!

These boots are awesome! I have wanted them for a while and finally got them with a nice credit. Amazingly comfortable!

My wife loves these. She says they are super super comfy and keep her warm even on the coldest winter nights we have to go out on. Only issue is sizing seems to come a little bit larger than stated. About 1/2 a size.

I always thought these boots were way too trendy so never had any until I got a pair for Christmas. How was I living through winter before I had these boots?! Don't hesitate -- they are the best.

Everything good about Uggs: warm, cozy, and comfortable. Followed the advice of previous viewers and ordered a size smaller than my normal shoe size. Have held up well in our snowy (but dry) area.

UGGs are Great. I bought these for my wife for her birthday to replace the ones she has had for over 10 years. I bought them from Zappos because of there excellent return policies. Well something Happened. we received two left boots and of two different styles. I instantly went online and filed out the return form and sent them back and made the replacement purchase and to my amazement they sent the replacements expedited shipping and we received them in two days. My Wife and I are happy customers. Thanks.

Love my boots. Zappos sent them out right away. I wear them folded down for a little more flair. They are a little wide at the toe, but I'm a size 11. Love 'em!

I have two pairs of Uggs. Black and almond. They wear like house shoes. Top quality and warm. They are well worth the money.

Love, love, love these UGGS! I purchased these for my daughter and she Loves them. They are a perfect fit, although we had to order a half size smaller. I would recommend for everyone.

I actually returned an item and got these instead. The return process was super easy and customer service was very pleasant and helpful. I really enjoy these boots and wear them often. They are really comfortable and are snug at first, but they stretch out quickly and conform to your foot. Would highly recommend!

This is an excellent product. I bought two pairs 1 for my 8yr old niece and the other for my 5 yr old Granddaughter and this product is everything I expected in comfort, style and warmth. I bought them big enough to last for a few years. I am trying to get as much as I can out of them for the money.

I love ordering shoes from Zappos.. The only place I order then from, when I choose next day shipping they actually come the next day in the morning.. They're a reasonable price, better than most shoe stores. And the fact that next day shipping for orders over a $100 is free makes it even better!

Amazing buy! I'm a tall/skinny guy and I didn't like the way the Classic Short looked on me (neither did anyone in the store when I tried them on to know exactly what size to order) so I ordered these! I have been in love with them for awhile but I just always put off buying them and when winter would come I would always wish I had got them when I had the chance. So the next chance I got I placed my order and I wear them every day just about!

These boots were purchased for my daughter and she is very pleased. They are her second pair of UGG boots and we will purchase more UGG products.
