I love my Uggs! They are truly worth the money. They are so soft, comfy and warm. One thing I would strongly suggest is be give yourself time to get use to them and wear them house before you go out in them. My left boot felt like it had a high arch and I was really concerned about it at first. It seemed like a little ball was right under my arch. However, after wearing them for a week in the house, I got totally use to it. So just give them a little time. They are totally worth it!

This is my fourth pair of Ugg classic tall boots. I just love them! In my purchases from Zappos I have always received the greatest service and the items were there for me to enjoy within a very short time.

It's an Ugg! What's not to like? I have had the shorter height ones for years and still love them, but these have been a nice addition.

Seems like all the reviews said that these boots run big, but I didn't find that. I wear a 9, ordered an 8, it was too small, ordered a 9 and it fit great!

Love hate relationship with uggs! More now on the love side. You have to wear them to understand. The most cozy boots I have ever worn in my life. Just bought my 3 pair. I wear size 8 bought a size 7 classic tall in black. I'll be wearing them with leggings and jeans.

I tried to NOT buy these but could not take this cold winter! These are a must for anyone who has a dog that LOVES to walk for miles when it is zero degrees out.

Both of my daughters had already ordered these boots and loved them! Since I will eventually be relocating to snowy Colorado, I decided this was the year to invest in nice warm boots to wear in the snow. I decided to buy the Tall boots to keep my feet and ankles warm, and I have not been disappointed - they are wonderful! Since I have a very high arch, I also purchased some arch supports, which makes for the perfect combination for me!

I am hard to fit - 11 wide and long thin legs. This boot fit isn't sold as wide but fits me well. I wear the shaft turned down at the top and am able to tuck boot cut jeans inside comfortably. Not real great arch support but still comfortable and very warm.

Upon receiving these I noticed a hole along the seam up the back. Customer service was a pleasure to talk to and exchange of item thru mail was one day. Fast, easy, just the way it should be.

I absolutely love these boots. This is my first pair of Uggs, and I want more! They are amazingly comfortable, and I will definitely buy my next pair through Zappos because their customer service is so great - and my boots arrived so quickly.

Living in New England a super warm boot is a necessity. I've tried everything and nothing measures up to the warmth and comfort of Ugg boots. I actually look forward to slipping my foot inside!

I didn't get my boots from Zappos, but felt compelled to write a review, since most of my footwear comes from Zappos. First let me say, sizing is hit and miss. My husband got me the Tall Classic Uggs at a major department store. He bought my regular shoe size, which is a size 6. They were 1/2 to a full size too big. I took them to another store (same name) which is closer to our area, thinking I was going to exchange them for a 5. The store clerk told me they didn't carry anything smaller than a 6. He told me maybe I should try another 6, because the ones I was returning looked bigger to him. He brought out a size 6 and they fit perfectly. Strange! Anyway, I'm very happy to have some that fit, because I can tell you that my feet feel better with these boots on than they do with them off.

Everyone says to order a size down in Uggs...but I have to disagree! I normally wear a 9 or 9.5. Ordered the 9 and was astonished when it was way too small. Exchanged for the 10 and I'm happy. Great boots, well made and warm.

This was my first time purchasing these boots and I'm so glad I did. They are comfortable and warm. I followed the advice from others and ordered a size smaller than I normally wear and they fit perfectly.

I love these! I tried the the Cardi and they felt too much like slippers. I traded them in for these and now I am happy.

These were a Christmas gift for my granddaughter and she has been wanting them for several years. Even though she knew what she was getting, she was so excited and wore them the next day!

Believe it or not, this is my first pair of Uggs. I love them. So comfortable and especially cozy for our cold weather blasts.

These are beautiful boots. I bought them for my teen daughter and she loves them. You cannot beat Zappos' shipping and return policy. Definitely the way to go. I took off a star in comfort for lack of arch support. My daughter has nit complained but I think they would be better for her feet if they had arch support.

First time Ugg buyer/owner & I'm a fan! Never wanted to buck up for them but they really are worth it. Excellent warm non-snow boot. Slip on with ease & repels water once sprayed with protective sealer. Will say that ordering a size down, as suggested, did not work for me. I'm a 9.5 and had to return the 9 & get the 10, but thankfully, returns couldn't be easier with Zappos. Go ahead, these boots are worth the splurge. Only question is, which color?

Can't go wrong with Uggs. I love VIP Zappos. I'm not a shopper, I'd rather do something else with my time, so if Zappos has it, that's where I go. The return process is exceptional. And Uggs, everyone in our family got them for Christmas! Even me. So many styles from which to choose.

This was a holiday gift for our adult daughter. Huge hit! Fit well. Highly comfortable. Recommend the "tall" version. She had a shorter pair in another color, and likes these a lot better.
