It is hard to find size 15 narrow shoes, so these fit the bill. Sizing was as stated. Delivery was as expected and simple ordering made it easy. I discovered that there is an ample choice in the larger sizes available. Wish they would add a category for "Work Shoes."

I'm a retail manager, so I spend 6-7 hours of my day on my feet. I bought two pairs of these five years ago, and just replaced them with two new pairs. They are comfortable, and with a little polish every now and again keep a professional look. I buy two pairs as they do hold moisture just a bit, and the time helps them to dry. A little powder in the morning as well. Otherwise, just a great solid work shoe!

Ordered 3 pairs of black shoes for my husband. He only liked these and they must fit well or he wouldn't be wearing them. I think they're a bit boring and the style "star" rating reflects my opinion. My husband doesn't care about style. Return of the other 2 pairs went as smoothly as it always does with Zappos.

This shoe size ran a little tight in the width. I reordered a wider width and they feel very comfortable. Zappos makes it very easy to return the first pair and get the correct size.

Good looking, solid feel, and comfortable. What more do you want in a shoe? That's enough for me. A classic look, a winner.

Nothing exciting here, but these are very comfortable shoes with extra room for the tootsies. If you have hammertoes, you know how important that is. These shoes are quiet on the style front, go with anything, and since they are Rockports, they wear like iron. I replaced mine after seven years. Well worth the price.

I've worn a couple generations of these. They last about a year for me with very frequent use - my only "dress shoe" or "business office shoe" because I have some foot issues. (I wear them (and all shoes) with a simple support insole that has an arch or "bump" just behind the toes). Since they are very light and soft, they don't last forever, but about a year.

Overall best I've found so far. I get back pain and these end up being most comfortable after being on my feet quite a bit all day. I need to dress professionally and while these look absolutely fine, I would like to find a shoe that offers the same or better comfort and support, with greater style and appearance.

I work in an office where the dress is business casual. The Rockports allow me to where the same shoes with multiple styles; from nice jeans to Dockers - they go well. I have worn them off and on for several weeks now and have had no problems. No squeaking, pinching or rubbing; they fit well right out of the box. I have 4E feet and have a hard time finding true to fit shoes - these Rockports are sized as advertised and reasonably priced. That, topped with Zappos easy and professional return policy, you can't go wrong. The only reason I didn't give the shoes five stars is that I still have to physically place one foot in front of the other to walk in them. Great shoe so far. I'll update the review when I see how long they last under normal wear.

Super comfortable right off the bat and my husband loves them and said they were no match to the other Rockport I'd bought in the same order. (The other ones had a steel support & were very uncomfortable.) They are scuffing at the toe, but that's to be expected with leather, I suppose.

The shoe upper and sole are very soft, but the heel is very hard. Walking in them feels a bit awkward at times. But they look good and feel okay.

Very comfortable and durable shoe; good for New England weather as fairly water proof. Also, good shoe to accommodate orthotics due to depth of heel counter.

Picked these up as my everyday work shoe. I had to look at a few different styles to find one that had a tread decent enough to get to/from work and not just walk around the office in. I'm not, and hope I never will be, the type to keep a pair of shoes at work to change into when I get there. These had a thread good enough to get me to/from work during a New England Winter. They hold a decent shine and have held up great over a year and a half but just recently the heel has started to wear so I'll be replacing them. To be fair, I've worn these everyday and even hunting, fishing and out to cut wood. If I was the type to just wear them at work I'm sure they'd be good for another few years.

Husband says shoes are comfortable. They seem well made and looked like the widest toe box available in the very limited dress shoe selection in large/wide sizes...for our increasing population of tall men. Note to manufacturer, 45" laces are the minimum required to form a "stay-put" tie. Zappos A-1 service as always.

Thank you Zappos! It took 3 returns to get my size down pat. The shoes fit great and are really comfortable. Break-in took no time at all. The only problem I have with these shoes is they are not airport friendly. That creates a slight inconvenience since I have to go through the scanners every morning. Otherwise a great shoe.

Seemed 1/2 size longer than labeled. I am a 3E need to order the 4E, not a problem.
