I have had excellent luck with the Rockport shoes. The soles hold up nicely and the exterior of the shoe stays nice and shiny when cleaned and polished as they should be. I ordered this pair of shoes, took them out of the box and wore them to work the next day. Good shoe, good fit.

I am generally happy with these shoes. They are incredibly comfortable and have excellent support. There are just a couple of tiny drawbacks that are more like FYI's. They don't look quite as dressy as they do in the pictures. From a personal taste standpoint, I wanted a tad dressier. They are fine for my business casual work environment, but I probably wouldn't wear the with a suit. But that's just me- maybe my expectations were different. Second, the fit is a little odd. It is definitely wider than I expected. I got 10.5W, but should've returned them for regular. That said, the shoes are still comfy. I'll have to wear thicker socks. Lastly, I feel like they are a little "high" in the toe. In other words, I can push down on the leather about a half inch or so. Maybe this would be different if it's not wide fit, but I'm not sure. All in all, I do recommend them. They are comfortable, pretty stylish and gave good support. Just be a little careful with the sizing and don't expect them to be super dressy.

I have difficulty finding shoes in a Narrow width. the first pair ordered didn't feel good so I returned them with no hassle and received a second pair that fit perfectly. All done with quick response from Zappos.

Nice comfortable shoe. Might even trend a little large in size but would be perfect with a heavier sock.

Having purchased several pairs of Margins over the last few years, I agree with the prediction of a previous critical review - initially very comfortable, but the soles, interior foam pads, and overall comfort quickly degrade. Longevity likely is favored by gentle use on indoor carpet. Otherwise expect your satisfaction to diminish within a few months.

The shoes are comfortable, look nice and are well made. I ordered a wide shoe and this one is wider than I expected. It fits really well. Arch support in all dress shoes including these are lacking. I replaced the inserts with Power Pro orthotics which support a higher arch or someone suffering from Plantar Faciitis. If they had a good insert I would have given the shoes 5 stars.

Shoes are very comfortable and feel well made. They do set off the airport metal detectors unfortunately. Overall Very good!

If your foot runs anywhere close to a wide width, go with ordering the wide. I originally ordered a 10, shoe felt on the small side and tight, exchanged for a 10.5 wide but that felt too loose and feet were slipping forward slightly while walking, exchanged that for a 10 wide and that fit pretty well. Shoe fits slightly differently on each foot which I don't encounter often. I've noticed that after some wear they are more prone to becoming untied than the average shoe. Overall great support and contouring.

I like these as the plain black shoes they are. I take a B width and these came in "narrow" which is a bit too wide for me but still ok.

Like the shoes, look nice, comfortable, light. Not as sturdy as I would have thought. Needed a little more padding by the ball of the foot (I replaced soles with cushioned inserts) and they squeak a little (I presume it's the sides of shoe rubbing on top of tongue - they're both leather, would have thought the underside of sides would be another material that would not cause the squeak?). Since the price was somewhere over my budget, I think I will look to another brand next time first.

These are not "narrow" despite the size marked. I have a narrow foot, and looked for a dress shoe that came in a narrow width. This is billed as a 13B, but fits more like a 13C or D. The laces pull the two sides together until they touch, and it is still not snug.

Have a narrow foot so these are a little wide, but knew that when bought them. Work fine. Second pair I have purchased. Wore the first pair out.

I Love Zappos! Great shoe, great fit! However, I gave it a relative overall rating of 4. This was due to the tread depth on both the sole and heel which is relatively shallow and they are not waterproof. I needed a more aggressive sole/heel since I live in Northeast PA with snow and ice. Instead, I purchased the Men's Essential Details WP (water proof) Plain Oxford, Dark Brown. Love them!
