These are very comfortable. Excellent quality. A little bit of break in time for the toe area, but fine after a day or so.

These are a cute, comfortable, well made shoe and there's a reason that the reviews are so vast & so positive. Try them, I doubt you'll be disappointed. I wish I hadn't waited so long myself!

These fit like a dream and are so comfortable. They look so sophisticated too and very grecian. I sent this pair back only because I already had the bronze color and these were just a tad too close in color to them.

Love this shoe - it is even nicer now (due to a cushioned insole) than when I first bought it! However, I now have bunions and the strap that goes around the big toe rubs it and boy, is it ever uncomfortable!

I love these shoes! I wore Burks for many years and I feel like I've graduated to something more comfortable and more padded with similar or better support! I consistently wear size 40 in Mephistos when I wear a 9N in other brands.

This is my third pair of Helen sandals. I wear other styles/brands too, but these are so comfortable that I almost use them as slippers. My defaults seem to be Mephisto Helen in warm weather and Sanita Professional in cold weather! The stellar Zappos service is beyond words!

First of all, Zappos is great, professional and helpful. I purchased Helen in a size up, wasn't sure about the fit, but everyone said they run small so I went with it. Decided to try the smaller size, much better fit. The tan ones I got started to squeak, I believe that means the shank is broken, Zappos returned and replaced. Love my new shoes, very comfortable, great support, color is just like the pic. and no squeak! Also got the black waxy leather, very classy!

Mephisto Helens are my favorite sandal - so comfortable - and to get them from Zappos, with their fantastic service, and on sale! Fantastic!

I love Mephisto and these are my favorites. I'd wear them year round if I could. And one of the best things about Mephisto is that when the shoes finally get old, you can send them back for a refurbishing and get an essentially new pair of shoes for a little more than half the cost.

I was very impressed with my experience at Zappos online. I purchased shoes I was familiar with and knew my size and what I wanted, but was confused as to color and finish/texture. I ordered what I thought I wanted, but wound up not liking the finish and Zappos paid for the shipping to/from on both shipments when I returned them and reordered. I ended up using the chat with a sales person feature. He was extremely helpful. I would definitely use Zappos again, not just for shoes but for other products.

These are fabulous Sandals. You will not regret this purchase. These are more comfortable then my Birkenstocks, of course I would hope so for the price.

I'm on my feet all day at work on a tile floor. I wear orthotics with closed shoes. I love Mephisto. They provide great support for my high arches and, on the Helene sandal, the band across the top of the sandal provides additional support. Not for a wide foot. I would highly recommend them!

I was replacing a Mephisto Helen that I had worn out. Zappos.com had exactly what I wanted in the size I wanted and shipped right away. I was delighted with both Zappos and my new Mephistos.

I wore these shoes while in Las Vegas for a week. And we all know how important it is to have comfy shoes in Vegas and they were! They are the most comfy shoes I have! The best shoes for Vegas, that's for sure!

I have been having trouble with my feet. Getting mid-aged is no fun but I figured maybe these would be an alternate to what the Dr. recommended. Certainly less unattractive. The came and they are actually kind of cute. Even my 17 yr old thought they were cool. I have worn them every day this summer and they have great arch support. A good choice.

This is my fifth pair of these sandals. I have them in different colors and a variety of leathers. I could wear them every day. They are not as big around the toe as Birkenstocks, and the overall effect is a little more refined as a result so they do not look bad with a sundered during the summer.

I wore these shoes straight out of the box on a trip to Washington DC and had no problems!

These are my second pair of Mephisto Helen shoes. the other pair lasted 10 years. The service was good and the shoes perfect.

I typically don't like shoes that go between my toes, but these shoes are extremely comfortable and I don't even notice the between the toes style. The sole of the shoe is very similar to a Birkenstock, but extra cushiony!

Classy looking shoe with Birkenstock comfort. I get a lot of compliments on this shoe and the gold cobra color goes with almost anything.

Love these shoes! Once again the info and pics on Zaps were dead on! Caveat: While I think wide would have been too wide for me, I don't have a truly average foot width and so these are a little narrow -- though as sandals still very comfy. Buy one size larger as suggested!

The shoe is well made. I had to send it back due to my big toe being squeezed (I have a true "big" toe).

I ordered a size larger as suggested and they fit great. Love the shoes and would highly recommend them.

Great sandals, my second pair. My first ones wore out after a few years of much wear. Not the best fit for wider feet as medium width is a little narrower than average in my opinion.
