Best piece of summer footwear EVER! Super comfy right out of the box and receive tons of compliments on them. Just ordered a second pair. My first pair lasted three summers of everday wear. I usually wear a UK39, the Helen in UK40 fits like a glove.

I've been searching for a shoe that fit, had the arch support that I must have, and still looked stylish. I found it all in this shoe! It's very comfortable, fits perfectly, and is stylish enough to wear anywhere! I'm in love with the Helen and will be ordering other colors as well!

Love the color, I've had a pair of Helen sandals for years. This is probably my 6th pair. Very comfortable!

This is the 12th pair of these I have bought over 15 years. They are the best sandals ever made in the world. Fit snug and hold your foot so steady while looking elegantly casual. Keep my athletically injured foot from rolling, twisting or tripping so I am completely confident in getting through my day without a second thought as to terrain or distance. PERFECT!

This is the ONLY shoe that keeps me on my feet all day. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and these shoes keep me going when all others fail. They also last an incredibly long time. Have them in many colors. Comfortable, stylish and durable.

I love the sandal and wear it often. However I have a thin boney foot (not narrow) with high arches and a slightly protruding saddle bone on the top of my foot. The horizontal strap can cause some discomfort on my saddle bone. Finding attractive and comfortable sandals is a huge challenge for me...these sandals are almost 90% perfect. This sandal was true to size for me. I wear a "9" in this brand, Danskos, Birkenstock and gym shoes.

Wear right out of the box. Amazing comfort. Patent leather gives it a dressier look. Buckle, of course, allows you to tighten strap as the leather gives a little. Great sandal.

Great brown color! I own several of these extremely comfortable sandals, especially helpful after knee replacements!

I bought these sandals for a trip to Europe. I walked all day, every day for two weeks and my feet NEVER hurt and these sandals are absolutely amazing. They are by far the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned. I was able to wear them with shorts, capris, casual dresses and skirts, and they looked great with everything!

I can't say enough good things about this shoe. This is my 2nd pair. They are the best walking shoe ever and feel comfortable the moment you put them on.

I love the fit of these sandals. I work 8-10 hours a day and require a good fitting sandal with support. This shoe is all that. I find that my legs do not ache after a long day and my feet feel fantastic!

I can't say enough about how great these sandals are. I have a very high arch and am on my feet most of the day. These give me all day support. This is my 3rd pair and highly recommend them. I normally wear a size 8 and the 38 works for me with my rather narrow foot.

The last pair of Mephistos I had lasted for years and were the most comfortable sandals I have ever had! I love these!

I could live in these shoes. This is my 3rd pair of Mephistos and I now feel more comfortable wearing them than not wearing them. I've had many compliments on them, too -- not too dorky at all. They will seem a little narrow and snug at first fit, but remember that once your foot molds onto the base and the leather stretches a bit, they'll be perfect.

I wear a size 5.5 M, and the 36 fit fine -- the description said it runs small, and they were right. Very comfortable; the bronze color goes with just about everything.

These are exceptionally comfortable and even a bit stylish, due to the patent leather. I bought them to replace similar Eccos, and I wear them daily. They run small - I usually wear a 10, but ended up with the equivalent of 11 in these. I tried a few other pairs of the same brand with different strap configurations and found this between-the-toe strap and instep strap both the most comfortable and secure. The cork footbed darkens (due to dirty feet, I suppose) but that is OK because your foot covers it. There is nice support in the footbed. They are worth every penny - I expect them to last the five years that my Eccos did.

I found these sandals many years ago while walking through NYC in the summer with uncomfortable sandals. Since then, I have purchased multiple colors because I have never found a more comfortable sandal. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and this is the only sandal that helps. I love my Helens! Will buy another pair for next summer too.

My feet are very tender, and after developing a spur on the side of my left foot, I decided to try Mephisto Helen, about which I had heard splendid reports. Now I will add mine! Since changing to this style, my spur has almost disappeared and walking is much more pleasant. I am slowly buying Helen in every color, and literally wear no other shoes!

I have owned several pair of Mephisto sandals. These are exactly what they appear to be: They are cute, have excellent arch support and I love the tangerine color.

Love. This is my absolute favorite shoe for summer. On my third pair, I can't seem to live without them -- wear them every day. Comfortable, durable, supportive -- the more you wear them, the more the conform to the shape of your foot -- like cork -- but better.

The most comfortable sandal on this planet! Some times because of different leather types they use it will rub the top of my foot but this particular color/leather combination is perfect! Helens are the best for people with problem feet who doesn't want old orthopedic-y looking sandals. They have great arch support and are the best for people with heel spurs and other arch related problems but they still look very nice. I have several colors in my collection and get compliments every time I wear them. :)

YES, by far the BEST sandal ever...I have 4 pairs of Helen. Comfy between toes & I am 63 yrs old, can walk in these ALL day & night. The cork forms to your foot & makes you feel bare foot. They hold your foot so they do NOT flip flop off your feet. Most COMFY sandal EVER!

I love these shoes! I have high arches and these are so comfortable. I can wear them all day. Not a bad looking shoe either. Great purchase.

I love the comfort, fit and styling of Mephisto Helen. This is my third pair and the color is fabulous. The leather just needs a bit of breaking in, as it scraped the top of my foot slightly with the first long wearing.
