Didn't work for me - I have a very high instep, and these sandals caused blisters on the top of my foot. I tried breaking them in with band-aids on my feet. I even tried vaseline on the edge of the leather. Nothing worked and I had to give them away.

I love Hanka Na - I have recently purchased my third pair of Mephisto's Hanka Na. I now own the black, brown and white ones. I live in these shoes. The first pair I purchased while on vacation and the other two through Zappos. Their service was great and I had my new shoes within days. I recommend Zappos as often as I can. They are great. Sally's Review - This is my second pair of Hanka Na's. The first pair pinched my left baby toe, but eventually the leather relaxed. My second pair wore a blister on the top of my left big toe. I've since attempted to file the area down with an emery board. Still wearing a band aid to protect the blister.

I bought two pairs and plan to buy a third. It is the perfect shoe. It's pretty and very comfortable.

This is the most comfortable shoe I own. There is a great selection of colors and textures. I own several pairs.

The reason I ordered these is that I have a long love relationship with Mephisto Hanka sandals. These felt a bit small/tight, though. I checked to see if it was the same size (it was). Next I lined them up sole to sole (they matched perfectly). I debated about whether or not to keep them, but had already gotten the next size which was way too big, so I am keeping them and hoping they will stretch just that little bit I need. Love the color, and there is a nice imprint on the leather. I'm sure I'll love them as much as my white one. Easy on, easy off!

My podiatrist told me that Mephstos are the best shoes. So I got a pair of these 10 years ago to wear around the house. After 10 years, they were looking pretty bad so I just ordered a new pair. They are great. When I get home after a long day and my feed are tired, I put these on and sigh.

Great shoe. I have had the same pair for years and they are in good condition. Could not pass up the sale price on another pair.

I love Mephisto slide-on sandals - have several pairs because of the great arch support. The white patent makes it a little dressy. I have a black pair of same, however, and they fit slightly better - so it may be just a slight bit of stretching to do. I am not going to return them eve though slightly tight...they're too cute to do that. This probably makes about six pairs of their 'slides' that I own and they're beyond belief as to the comfort level.

These are the most comfortable shoes that I have had on my feet in years. I had to have a size larger than I normally wear because they run small. I have arthritis in my feet and these seemed to ease the pain.

Very comfy - these shoes have been a staple of my footwear for 20 plus years. I'm so pleased that they came out with it again so I could replenish my supply!

This is a superb shoe, as was the earlier version, with peep toes. They fit true to the customary "Mephisto sizing". They make your feet feel energized and alive. They look wonderful with shorts, slacks and summer dresses. They can be worn all year in the house in cold climates. They are an orthopedic gem; I have had numerous pairs of these type sandals. My second pair were recommended by MD when I broke 5th metatarsal in one foot. Wore one shoe on the foot that was NOT in a cast and the gait was perfect. They are fashionable shoes and come in several colors. I prefer the black and tan Nubuck ones, however, also purchased navy glossy because I don't know if they will make them again. Also purchased a second pair of black for back-up. Some medical professionals wear the closed toed in the or for the comfort and excellent support. These shoes are just the best I have purchased since the peep toed Mephistos were discontinued. Also, the company will refurbish them if you mail them to Mephisto when they are in need of repair. There is no finer shoe! Please consider making the peep toe soon. Thanks.

This is my second pair of this shoe. The original pair in tan is now 10 years old and still look good.

I saw these shoes at a store and they did not have my size. I purchased these shoes at the sale price on your site that were cheaper than the store price. I did not have to break them in, great arch support and no problem wearing them all day. They were delivered within the week I placed the order.

I love these shoes. I have them about a month, they were snug when I first got them. It took about a week for them to loosen up. They are very comfortable and have excellent arch support. I wear a lot of beige colors in the summer so they go well my color scheme. I plan on wearing them on a cruise next month.

Mephisto and Zappos didn't disappoint. I love my Hanka Nas. They are a bit narrow in the toe bed and the leather isn't totally smooth like I'd anticipated, but I'm happy I ordered them and wear them often.

The Mephisto Hanka Na is a comfortable slide. The leather is a little rigid at first but not uncomfortable. The arch support is pretty good and the black color is not too hot for Tucson AZ's heat. I found them true to size, not too long, not too wide. They hug the soles of your feet and provide stability. I receive compliments whenever I wear them, they're not too casual for long skirts. I was told I look casually elegant. So yes, I would recommend them.

These shoes arrived with stiff leather. Moleskin and socks got me through the first two weeks of wearing inside. The shoes do shape to your foot, it just takes time. After that, very, very comfortable all day.

Great slides! Love them! I have been a Mephisto fan for years and these don't disappoint. Very comfortable and the color goes with every outfit.

This is my second pair of Mephisto Hanka Na shoes. I have black also. I knew that they would fit perfectly for my high arch foot, and give me all day comfort walking at Disney World. Most comfortable summer shoes I own.

May have already written a review but have to say again how much I love these sandals...which I'm wearing with socks most of the time because it is a bit cold here still. But the leather is smooth and very comfortable barefoot as well. Awesome arch and heel support and have really helped my foot heal from plantar fasciitis. Did I say how much I love this shoe? I love them!

I love these shoes! This pair will replace my 10 year old ones. Now the older ones will be yard shoes. Will need to be broken in somewhat before a all day shopping excursion. I love them, plan on ordering the other colors.

These shoes are wonderful. They were to replace a pair I had for about 15 years but the cork finally disintegrated. The arch is just right for my foot. I have "flexible flat feet" and have to have arch support or it twists and hurts my arthritis knees. The cork molds to my feet and they are very comfortably supportive. The leather strap was a little stiff and tight at first, but I wore the shoes around the house with socks on for a few days and they stretched just enough. I usually wear a 7.5 in most shoes and the 38's fit perfectly.

I love the look and feel of this shoe so much that I bought several pairs. These shoes give a feminine look to the foot because of the cut of the top of the shoe. The shoe bed feels great on my foot and I have no problem keeping them securely on my foot. You should know, however, that the nubuck felt a little tighter around the top of my foot than the leather or patent leather shoes. So much so that I got a small blister on the right big toe. (Could be that the right foot is a little larger than the left foot.) I'm hoping that after a little break-in time, the shoes will be fine. Otherwise, these shoes are a definite 5 STARS.

I've been wearing this style for the past year - the most comfortable shoe ever. I wear them around the house instead of slippers (with socks in the winter) as well as wearing them everywhere else I can. Can't say enough good about them!
