Uggs Brooks Tall leather boot - These boots are quite hefty, warm and sturdy. I wanted to order the Ugg Brooks version that was suede, not leather, but the leather was the one that Zappos carries and it is actually more weather resistant so I am pleased with it. I am ambivalent about the off white shearling inside I would have preferred a more subtle dark interior, but at least the white doesn't discolor my feet!

Ugg needs half sizes - Love the boot - toasty warm and cute, cute with jeans or casual skirts. Ugg just needs to come up with half sizes. I'm a true 7-1/2 so the 7 was reeeeally snug, but the 8 was very sloppy. I ended up keeping the 7 and they're starting to stretch so that I can wear them all day without my toes falling asleep. I have a medium arch and have no trouble getting my foot into the boot. I receive lots of compliments when I wear these boots out.

Very comfortable and warm - I love these boots! Super comfortable, very warm (like wearing slippers), good gripping sole on ice and snow. Not hot, yet always warm. I wear them without socks. The calf is relatively narrow so they can fit under my straight leg jeans. Also, they're not too tall so they still look good over your jeans. Also, look great with the top turned down and the tan sheepskin showing. Good with skirts also. One complaint is that the leather does not seem very durable, scuffs and scratches easily. I just loaded them up with Sno-seal (beeswax product) and that helps a lot, makes them salt & water resistant yet still breathable. Like the leather upper rather than suede, much better in snow and slush. I heard they are now discontinued? Hope they make something very similar for when mine wear out.

Ugg's Brooks Tall - I was not sure if I was going to keep the Uggs Brooks Tall because it looks like a man's boot. But I do like that has a leather upper and removable insoles. Also, the quality is good.

These are the best boots I have ever owned. I feel safe walking in them on ice, slush, and in the snow, and they are very warm. There is only one drawback, but it's so minor I don't mind. The top of the boot is less wide than I expected and I have to slouch them.

Great Boot! I love these boots. The size is true and the quality is there. I don't mind spending the money if the quality and fit are there. I especially like the tread on the bottom of the boot, great traction for snow and icy conditions. I like them so much, bought a pair for my daughter. Definitely recommend to others!

Ugg boots - Tight at the beginning due to the shearling. Walked around carpet without socks to loosen the inside which worked. Overall, really happy with the warmth and comfort of the boot! Have worn the boots a lot due to the early winter we've experienced. Will order another pair in a different color.

Simply Ugg - I wear a 6 1/2 usually. I tried the 6 and the 7. The 7 was too big and the 6 fit ok. Like another review I read, wear the two leathers meet at the heel was a potential source of friction. Traded them for the classic Baroque.

Santa Claus would love these! Okay, so we all agree that Ugg's may not have the nicest looking or the most feminine boots but if you want warmth and comfort, you can't ignore these ones. I would not wear these with a dress nor to the opera, but I would wear them to a visit to Santa's workshop. They actually look a lot like something he would wear! They would keep his feet very warm and toasty and if he ordered them in black, the soot from all those chimneys would never show. Great boots for a cold and blustery winter, fun to wear and definite conversation starters-everyone asks me where I got them. I wear them with socks because I think they stay fresher that way. They are quite wide and rather heavy but I don't mind because they are so cozy and since my feet stay warm, I don't really notice that they are a bit heavier than I expected. They are wide enough for tucking in skinny jeans and boot cut jeans. The sole is very thick and chunky and if you are concerned about slipping on snow or mud, these will keep you upright and safe. BY the way, I shopped around before I ordered these from Zappos and I saved a ton of money. Zappos prices are so much better than anywhere else that carries these boots. If you are looking primarily for warmth and comfort in a winter boot, try these. If you want a classy or feminine winter boot that looks good but your feet freeze in, try something else. Oh and by the way, I heard that after my visit to his workshop, Santa called Zappos and put in an order for a pair of these!

I am a size 8 1/2 and I ordered a size 9. They were way too big, and I was wearing tights, and a pair of socks. I understand they intend for you to wear them barefoot, so I guess a smaller size would make sense, but now, it looks like they are all sold out in my size. They seemed a bit clunkier than the picture, but they are very warm and cozy.

Very nice looking boot - Be careful when ordering this shoe. Most Uggs boots suggest to purchase a size smaller, but not in this case. I would even suggest maybe going up one size, based on my experience. The sizing through the ankle area is extremely snug, making it hard to get your foot through. While it has since loosened up a bit and will probably be tolerable, I might recommend perhaps a size bigger if this is a shoe you are considering purchasing.

Warm and more stylish than the Classic Ugg - I wanted a warm boot that I could wear with pants and skirts. I found it. I love the boots. One of my friends decided to buy a pair for herself, but in the shorter boot. She loves them too. Once I put them on, they only come off when I go to bed or when I change into my Ugg Classic's.

Wish I bought shorter length variety - I'm a size 9.5 so I ordered both a 9 and a 10 to see which fit better. The 10 fit perfectly but I felt as though it would stretch and then make me feel like I was clomping around as these boots are BIG. I went with the size 9 - it is a bit snug, but not uncomfortable, and I'm sure it will stretch. My one complaint is that these tall Uggs seem to wrinkle and slouch on the leg when you tuck your pants into them. I wish the leather was a tad firmer. I am happy with them, but sometimes wish I had purchased the shorter length variety as I'd be more apt to wear those when it's not snowing out or really freezing cold. These definitely look like riding boots.

Solid winter boot compromise - These are a good compromise needs to look decent but be comfortable boot for a not too cold, kind of wet climate. They're not as thick of shearling as other Uggs, but they have a leather foot and more structure for wetter weather and they're warm enough for here. They also look decent under pants but are still loose enough to just pull on and go, with or without socks. And even better, if you go sockless the insole is removable/replaceable.

Ugg boots - four stars - These boots are comfortable and cozy. I wish they were a little taller, but they are as described. Zappo's service is always great.

I've always felt opposed to the idea of Uggs because of the shapeless style of the Classic boots. When I saw these, though, I had to rethink my stance. My feet are perpetually cold and I'd been looking for warm boots for some time. I was kind of hesitant to buy these because of the price, but after trying them on, I couldn't leave them. I wear a 6 1/2 normally, but 6 worked just fine. I highly recommend these boots! Note: The reason why a docked a star is because the boots don't seem to be as well made as they look. Mine got scuffed within a few days and it's very upsetting. They look kind of cheap now.

Comfy and cozy - I usually wear 7 1/2 so I bought the 8 and the 7. The 8s were way too big with my ankle slipping out with each step. The 7 felt a little short against my toes but my friend convinced me that they'd stretch out and they did. They're really comfy but too hot for me to wear all day so I usually bring another pair of shoes to work.

Cozy boots - This boot is very comfortable! It is thick around your calf so can only wear under wide pants but is also cute with skirts. No need for socks. Good winter boot.

Stylish and snow proof - Ok, it's the middle of summer and I haven't yet worn these boots. But, I'm delighted with the look and feel of them, I like the leather foot and suede leg combo, the sole is good and solid and the sheepskin interior feels lovely.

Ugg's Brooks Tall- I normally wear a 6 1/2 shoe. According to the Zappos info you should order the next whole size up. I found the 7, which I ordered to be a little too big. My heel slips when I walk. Also, I found the names to describe their colors to be deceiving. If you want brown, order the Obsidian (even though, "Obsidian" means "Black"). I wanted the brown and ordered the "After Dark" because it looked dark brown on my computer. And since Obsidian is another word for black, I didn't want to take a chance and order it even though in the picture it looked like a chestnut brown. Very confusing! I ordered the After Dark (black), not my desired choice but decided to keep them since I wanted to wear them to a ski trip that I was leaving on the next day. I'm happy with them. They keep my feet very warm. A little strange getting used to not wearing socks!

Warmest boots I’ve ever worn- Very warm boots with moderate support (I put in my own insoles for greater arch support). Thankfully they are wide enough to cuff and wear as a shorter version. I took mine to cold Moscow in winter and was glad for the tall version. Important to waterproof before wearing.

Ugg Brooks Tall - These boots are so well made, the leather is durable and the shearling is really lush. I normally wear an 8 1/2 and needed a 9 in these, so I'd say they are pretty true to size. They aren't as comfortable as the Classic Uggs but they are a nice alternative.

I like to boots, but I've found that the fleece is coming out, and the skin on the back of my heels is gone, and the surrounding area bruised. I also find that water is getting in. I'm not sure if I just ended up getting a bad pair. Otherwise I do like them, and they are comfortable, with the exceptions listed above.

Uggs are always fabulous feeling. the only drawback with these is that they are not form fitting in the calf area, therefore don't fit inside all pants well. so that's a bummer.
