Bigger than expected - I love the UGG boot but it is way bigger than I had expected. It is a great boot, comfortable, warm and stylish. I would recommend to everyone!

Look better than they feel - I love the way these boots look, and they definitely keep my feet warm. I like that they are not suede on the outside. As for the comfort, though, they are a tiny bit snug through the ball of the foot, and I'm getting a blister on one heel from walking a long way in a new pair of shoes. I have a real sherpa pair of boots from an off brand that seems to be higher quality sherpa, in that it's thicker and cushier to wear. I do think that I will end up wearing these nearly every day for the duration of the cold season, so they are super practical for me.

Uggs Don't Disappoint - I was admittedly a little wary of spending so much money on a single pair of shoes, but reasoned that, in Chicago, that's a completely worthy thing to spend some money on. And the boots don't disappoint. They look great, sort of Doc Marten-ish for those who don't like the soft squishy toe look that Ugg is more famous for. Plus, the interior is awesome. The inner sole can be taken out and washed, and the faux shearing makes my feet feel like I'm walking around in bedroom slippers.

Loved it!!! This is my first pair of Ugg's and I loved it! Very comfortable, great quality and soo cute! I usually wear 6.5 or 7 and ordered 7, fits great. I can't wait to buy my next pair of Ugg's here at Zappos.

These boots are sooo comfortable - I love everything about these boots. So often boots feel stiff and it takes awhile to break them in. These boots are there shortly after you put them on. Warm, cozy, and comfortable. I highly recommend them!!!

Comfy and warm! Love these boots! Weather proof, cold proof and feel like I'm wearing slippers all day long! They also look really cool with my jeans or a skirt!

I received my boots the day after I ordered them and was slightly worried that they were a half size too small however, I had read from others they will 'break in' so I wore them for two days in the house and they did-I am so happy with them. They are so comfy and keep my feet warm and surprisingly dry. I wear them on really long walks all the time and don’t even notice my feet. They are cushy and great for walkers. These are my first Uggs so I have nothing to compare to but I would recommend them. They look really nice too-much more tailored and classy then the original Uggs which I think are really ugly. Get em and I bet you will like em.

Nice looking and feeling boots! I really like these boots. They seemed a little snug at first; I got the 7, and usually wear a 7.5 shoe. But after a few wears, I'm loving em. Winter is going to rock with these babies! Thanks Zappos!

Ugg Brooks Tall - Ugh! Was disappointed in quality and fit of this boot. Just was not well made. Zappos has so many other boots that are quality, try one of them. Some style Uggs say order smaller, some say order bigger. So I ordered my size. It didn't fit and larger would have been too big. May still try other Uggs in the future though, but would like these Australian shoes better if they were made in Australia.

Wow, these are nice! I love these boots! The leather quality and color are superb and they feel absolutely wonderful. I typically wear a 9.5 or 10 shoe and my feet are slightly wider than average. I purchased this in a 10 and wonder if I could have gone down a full size. Unfortunately for us "betweeners", these are not offered in a 9.5. While the 10 is not too big, it is ample and may become too roomy as the fleece lining flattens and the leather gives. The fit right out of the box was heavenly though, requiring no break-in time. The quality seems excellent and they appear to be the kind of product that will hold up and continue to look good for years and years. I am enjoying them tremendously and recommend them heartily.

Made an Uggs convert of me! This is my first pair of Uggs, and I'm sold! I'm all about the practical aspects of Uggs, but couldn't bring myself to buy any of the classic styles, as I think they're a bit sloppy looking, and I wouldn't wear them to work or anything other than weekend trips to the super market. I think the Brooks boot is a great compromise between comfort and appearance; the leather makes them presentable, but they're still comfy, warm, and waterproof! I normally wear a size 7 1/2 to 8, and ordered an 8; it's perfect. They fit well without socks (although if I need socks for some unimaginable reason, there's room), and plenty of room to tuck in my jeans. The tops also fold down so you can switch up the look, and wear them with the furry cuff on top for a change! And Zappos is amazing; it's the first time I've ordered from them, but I will definitely do it again! How did the shoes arrive at my home by 1 PM the day after I ordered them?!? It's like magic!

Stylish and Comfortable - I loved the boots as soon as I took them out of the box. They were a little snug, but stretch with every wear. They are very, very warm. Perfect for walking from the parking garage to the office. I have received many compliments on these boots. I typically wear a size 8, but got these in a size 7. I always size down when I buy Uggs.

Nice UGGS - This is my first pair of UGGS. Have been looking for Ultra Short for a long time, but saw this one and think it's more elegent with the leather part. Not so wide. Love them.

I LOVE this boot! These boots are the most comfortable pair of boots I own. I enjoy the fact that they offer the warmth of Ugg, with the nice sturdy leather bottom shoe portion. I began receiving compliments the first day I wore them. Really Nice!

Great Boots! I love these boots! They are warm, comfortable and stylish. I have worn them under pants and with skinny legs inside for a whole new look. I can wear them all day without any discomfort whatsoever. They are great to walk in and super comfortable. The sizing- -for me- -is true to size. This is a great price for the quality.

Best Boots ever ! I am so pleased with these boots, extremely comfortable, warm, and nice looking, I have not had boots this comfy in a long time! We went to a ski resort and I wore them, my feet were warm all day!

Best boots AND best service - I LOVE these boots. As one reviewer said, you cannot easily tuck pants (other than skinny jeans) into them but they feel great and are gorgeous, much nicer looking than regular Uggs. They fold down also. I wear a 5 usually but I can also wear children's shoes...the 5 in these fits me perfectly. The best part about these boots is that when I got them, I found them online for $30 cheaper and Zappos immediately, with no hassle, refunded $33 to my card. You can't beat that service!

Awesome Boots - I love them so much. These are my first pair of Uggs and they were recommended to me by a friend. I have to say they are worth every penny. I don't even wear socks with them b/c they are so warm. I would definitely get another pair.

Great winter boot! This boot has kept my feet warm and dry through some pretty harsh Chicago weather. The look of the boot is more professional compared to the Classic. I usually wear 7.5/8 and the 7 fits great.

Love Them - I own two pair of these boots. I was a little nervous at first because of the price, but then I took the plunge. These are the most comfortable boots I've owned. I wear them to work everyday (5 city blocks) and my feet are toasty and comfy. I have the Brown and the black. The black ones do not leave black on anything. The sole of the black boots are cream. I highly recommend these to anyone who has feet issue with being cold. I wear them everyday.

Warmest Winter Boot Ever - I recently purchased a pair of Brooks Tall from Zappos and have had the chance to wear them quite a bit this winter. I ordered a size 9 and at first thought they were a little too snug in the heel but was afraid the next size up would be too loose. I am glad I kept them because after a few days of wear around the house they loosened up nicely and fit just right now. I am normally a size 9-9 1/2 and have a narrow foot. I own two other pairs of Uggs which I wear all the time indoors and out and have found the Brooks too warm to wear if I plan on being inside for a while. I think because the base is leather it keeps the heat in more than regular Uggs. However, this makes for the most comfortable, warm winter boot I have ever owned. You will surely get compliments too when wearing them. If you are an Ugg wearer these fit very differently than the classic styles. Brooks are more substantial. I have a feeling these will age much more gracefully than suede Uggs. What can I say about Zappos that others haven't already said? They are seriously the best! If you have never ordered from them before you can buy with 100% confidence since returns are free and easy. I wish all retailers had such wonderful customer service.

Never thought I'd be an UGG person, but.... I bought these post spine surgery for the inclement weather. I ordered them on a Friday morning (around 2 a.m.) and received them on Monday afternoon. That's nothing short of amazing. I've worn them several times now in very cold weather (6 degrees or so) and can't speak highly enough about the warmth they provided. They are also utterly comfortable! As to size- I'm and 8.5 and ordered a 9. I was a little concerned because they looked a bit big at first, but once I put them on and stood up, I realized that an 8 would have been too short. The heel is a bit big, but it hasn't been uncomfortable at all. The soles have better tracking than Army boots combined with sneakers. I believe that function trumps form when it comes to cold weather, so these boots are a huge hit with me. They are as comfortable and warm as they are ugly. I have not tried them in wet weather, but I don't anticipate problems there, either. I mink-oiled the leather part to death, then polished to seal. I also waterproofed the upper with multiple layers. I will be ordering a pair in obsidian if Zappos gets any more in.
