Wonderful - Most importantly: These boots are COMPLETELY leather. The foot part is matte leather and the leg part is soft pebbly leather. I've been looking for these boots for a year and could only find the ugg boots that had suede on the leg. The inside of the foot is plush shearling and the inside of the leg is curly lambs wool, not as thick as the normal Ugg fluff, but still very nice against the skin. The foot part is a little tight, but I’m hoping that with wear they'll loosen up; the shearling is very thick. Also the leg of the boot is much tighter than I expected. I don’t have big calves so it was very surprising. They're not too tight, but it’s a tight squeeze to even get two fingers inside the boot when it’s on.

Great in snow - I have these in black and can't say enough about them for a great winter boot. I've worn them to shovel and trek around in the snow and they're perfect. I've also worn them to work on those casual days as well. I am a size 8 or 8.5 and tried these on in an 8 and they were too small, and ended up getting the 9. I ordered them in brown, but will return them because they are more two toned, with two shades of brown. But with Zappos free shipping both ways, no worries from the comforts of home.

Ugg leather boots - I love these boots and I love Zappos! They took about a week to wear in and were a little snug at first, but now that they have been broken in, they are soooo comfortable. I walk at least an hour a day, mostly more, and it felt like I was wearing slippers with soles-love them.

Warm, Comfy and Non-Slip - This is my first pair of Uggs so I can't compare them to others. I bought them for a trip to Amsterdam in early spring when I knew the weather would be awful. It was; rain, snow and sleet were in abundance all week. These boots were perfect. I usually wear a size 6 and I ordered a 6 hoping for the best. They were snug at first but I took the insole out and wore them with socks the first day and by the second day I had to put the insole back in and wear them with socks to make them a perfect fit. I raved about them so much my husband went out and bought a pair of the men's with vibram soles for himself (for a whole lot more money I might say). With our Uggs we walked all over Amsterdam in the horrible weather warm, comfortable and with nary a slip on the uneven paving. The only thing I don't like about these is the sole extends out a bit too far in the back of the heel giving them a look I don't care for. I can live with that because of all the other positives. I have severe arthritis in my feet and I value comfort and security over looks now. These are great and are holding up well, too.

I wear 8 1/2 shoe but needed a 9 in this boot. I struggle with cold feet and legs so I bought the highest boot I could find. I can't believe the difference it made this year. I wore them every time I went outside and my feet were warm. They are also very comfortable!!!

These boots are made for walking. LOVE these boots. I purchased them to walk to walk a golf course as a spectator. The hilly ocean course, coupled with wet, windy, cool weather made for a potentially miserable couple of days. These UGGS kept my feet dry and comfortable, plus, I believe I looked pretty good too. I got lots of requests for where I purchased them. I recommend them HIGHLY. (They were true to size for me.)

Uggs Brown Brooks Tall - I've been wearing my black low Brooks for 3 years and they are like new. Perfect size, comfortable, WARM. Maybe after I wear my new Tall brow Brooks they'll ease a bit. Right now they seem a half size snug, especially in the ankle. I probably should have sent them back but it's too late now.

Great Boots!!! I purchased the 'Ugg Brooks Tall' in 2004 from Zappos and I must say they are still in FANTASTIC condition and are still extremely comfortable as well! My daughter and I even share them now that she's older, so they get twice the wear! I normally wear size 7 1/2 or 8, but I bought them in a 7 and they are a perfect fit-I hate boots that start to slip off of your heels after wearing them a few times. And as always, Zappos, with their super fast shipping, made the entire buying experience a positive one.

Really happy with my first Ugg - This Ugg is stylish. I’ve always loved Uggs and wanted one but never bought one because of how Ugg(ly) they look. I was reading some of the reviews and found half told me to order larger and half told me to order smaller. I’m a size 5 1/2 medium to wide. Sometimes when the shoes are skinny I usually order larger and when they're wide I can fit in a 5. I got my Ugg in a size 5 because they didn’t have 6. I’m really glad I got a five because it fits perfectly. I still have at least 3/4 of an inch of room from my longest toe. Love the free shipping and return policy. Cant beat that. I’ve bought shoes from Zappos before and had to return them. They took the "does it fit or will I like it" mess out of internet shopping. Thanks Zappos!

Love these boots! These are my third pair of Uggs, and definitely my most favorite. Very stylish and oh so comfortable. They are perfect for our cold winters. As with my other Uggs, these were a little snug at first, but after a few days they form to your foot. I wear them with my skinny jeans tucked in. Thanks Zappos for the SPEEDY delivery, every time!

Ugg Brooks Tall - This is the best, coziest, cutest, boot EVER! I usually take a 7-7 1/2, but the only size available was a 7. I took a chance and ordered the 7 and they were dreamy perfect! I wear then sans socks and my toes love it. So cushy, so cozy and so warm. Not much room to tuck jeans in, but fine for tucking yoga pants in. really cute with skirts or pants. I love them! The only negative is that they don’t have any support, I am ordering insoles to help with that (my feet must have support/insoles/orthodics. Thanks to Zappos for your awesome customer service. Zappos rules!

Love my Uggs - I love these boots, very comfortable. The reason I gave 4 stars for comfort is that they only come in full sizes & ordered the next size up. Sizing down would have worked better for me. Also, I took out the removable (furry) insole & replaced it with my own. Walking on fur was a little less stable feeling on the ice. The quality of Ugg boots are unmatched!

Unlike other Uggs, these run too small - I ordered the usual size that I always buy, size 6. I was very excited to get these boots. They looked so great (be aware, there are two different versions of this shoe - one with an all leather, foot, and boot upper and a version with a leather foot and a suede upper). I ordered the all leather boot because they looked better and I felt that it would hold up better in adverse conditions and they do! BUT!... they do not fit like regular Uggs, you must order up at least one size. When the other pair came, I had to put a shoe stretcher in the right boot because my feet don't match! I also found that the Ugg label inside the boot under the heel was very irritating when wearing, but then it came to me, these boots have a removable insole! I popped out the insole and used a simple stitch ripper to take out the label and it was like night and day! I love my new "dressy" Uggs! They go with so many things and look great with skirts and dresses. Also, Kudos to Zappos. They really go above and beyond with care of the customers. I ordered my boots (during a bout of insomnia) at 3 in the morning and got my order Tuesday afternoon! THEN when I had to return the Black boots, I put in for the replacement size at just a little after 5pm. Low and behold, my new pair was at my door 4pm the next day! I LOVE THIS COMPANY! Love the boots and the company!

I LOVE these boots! I was never a fan of Uggs. I just owned some to lounge around the house. In general, I don't think they're stylish at all, but boy are they comfortable! And so warm! I have used them a lot since I got them. These are much better looking than regular Uggs (which I think look like slippers).

Comfortable boot, warm and practical - These were comfortable fit from the start; they do run true to size. They are more practical compared to the regular Uggs, the leather makes it easier to clean and doesn't dirty easily and the rubber sole makes it slip resistant. Can be worn with fur cuffed down or up. So far I’ve only worn them with jeans tucked in, but I think they will also look good with casual skirts/dresses. I was also able to wear boot cut jeans over them.

Never thought I'd like an Ugg boot! I've never bought a pair of Ugg boots because they are just too, well, ugly. Then I found Brooks Tall on Zappos... what a cute boot! It has all the good things about Uggs- warmth, comfort- without that awful-looking flat foot. I usually wear a 5-1/2 to 6 in shoes, and bought this in 5 and it fits fine- it would be too snug with a thick sock, but a thick sock is redundant with Uggs anyhow. The shaft is just right around my hard-to-fit calf- not wide enough to wear the boot over jeans, though. I wear them with tights and skirts to work. The lower part of the boot is leather, which is genius because you can get it wet without ruining the boot. I'm so glad I bought them! And as, always, I love shopping with Zappos. I live in NY city, and still prefer Zappos to the stores that are available to me here. They can't be beat for product quality, convenience and customer service.

Love this boot - I am a Realtor in Northern Oklahoma and Southern Kansas. Our winters are very cold and I am in and out of my office many times each day. I have been looking for a boot that will keep my feet warm, dry and comfortable. This boot certainly met my expectations. I normally wear an 8 1/2 A width (which is impossible to find). I decided to order the smaller size 8 due to my feet being a little narrow. This was the right choice for me. I can wear this boot with very thin socks, not that they are needed. This boot does keep my feet warm and dry without socks. My boots arrived from Zappos just as promised. We had just had an ice storm and I was anxious to receive my boots quickly, and I did! Thanks to Zappos for making this boot available at a price that was competitive. To the manufacturer, if you would make a replacement insole with an arch support, you would have a real winner with 100% rating.

Best boot purchase ever! These boots are SO comfortable and so warm! I’ve been wearing them every single day since I received them. Good for casual with jeans and also look good with a skirt or dress.

Practical - My daughter was thrilled with my choice. A very practical and dressy boot to be worn in all weather, she is a Funeral Director and of course wears them to many interments.

Greatest boot ever! This boot is comfy and cozy. I live where we get a good amount of snow and my feet always stay warm and dry. Plus, they look great with jeans or with dress clothes.

Best boots I’ve ever owned - I love these boots! I usually don't have the time to review...but I just had to let you know why I fell in love with these grown-up Uggs. I am a tried and true 6 1/2 medium and the 6 fits perfectly. I took them out for a spin with my dog and I was warm, comfortable AND stylish! And, Zappos got them to me in about 8 hours!! Lastly, I am following the company's advice and wearing these boots without socks...delicious!

I absolutely LOVE these boots. I have owned the short brooks boots for a couple of seasons now and then decided to order these. They are even more wonderful than I had expected. The leather is so soft and beautiful. They look and feel great!! Zappos delivery was absolutely INCREDIBLE!! I ordered these boot on a Tuesday night and They were delivered THE FOLLOWING AFTERNOON. I don't know how such wonderful service is possible, but keep it up!! I have ordered from you many times and I am very impressed with your company.

FABULOUS boots - but if you're in-between sizes ... ...order a size down. I loved the look of these boots -- but I wear a solid 7.5 and didn't know if I should order up or down a size. After reading all the reviews, I decided to order a 7 and I'm really glad I did. Yes, they're a tiny bit snug when I wear socks, but it doesn't bother me at all and they're even a little loose when I go barefoot. They're super cozy in fowl weather and look terrific with skinny jeans and great with long skirts; I've already received many compliments. I'm sure to get many years of pleasure from my initial investment. Thank you for the speedy delivery. LOVE them.

Worth every penny - I have to walk to work every day, and after complaining to a friend about how my feet would be freezing by the time I got there, she recommended getting a pair of UGGS, and my feet have never been happier since then! I wear them without socks, and I can't believe how warm my toes are! They are definitely a good boot to wear tramping thru snow, very sturdy. Since I've discovered how warm the boots are, I bought my boyfriend a pair of men's slippers for Christmas, since he's always complaining about how cold his feet get! I would recommend theses boots to anyone.
