They are Uggs-what's not to love? Great fit, very comfortable (as always). And Zappos rocks!! I placed my order and they upgraded my shipping for free. I ended up getting them the very next day!

Uggs Are Addictive! Okay, I admit it; I have become an Ugg addict. First I started with slippers, and then moved to boots. These things are so warm and comfy and funky-cute. Be warned: Once you get started there is no going back; you'll want them all!

"Ultra" Comfortable - Love this boot! I was a little leary about ordering "online" without trying on, so I saw this item in a dept. store in brown, bought it & returned them for the sand color from Zappos which I really LIKED BETTER! The ordering from Zappos was easy & FAST. I'll be back shopping soon. I'm really wanting the "black" too.

I love this boot! I wear a size 8 for everyday shoes but a seven in these uggs. I have another pair of this style in black in a size 8 and it is huge on me! Go a size down; they stretch!

The Best Boots! I love these boots! They are my first pair of Uggs and I will be buying more. I live in Wisconsin where it gets very cold in the winter and these boots and so warm. My only regret is not buying them sooner!

Uggs - My daughter, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter love these boots. I often buy them Uggs for birthdays and Christmas presents. I've never seen the appeal, but last winter I broke a toe, and couldn't get my tender foot into any shoe or boot I owned, so I bought a pair for myself. Now I'm a convert...Uggs are the most comfortable boot I've ever worn. Always warm, never too hot, they kept me happy all winter. This pair is for my daughter. She’ll be thrilled.

LOVE THEM - Third pair of Uggs and love my latest addition. Super warm and cozy. Great for sloppy winter weather. I wear a 6.5 shoe and ordered a size 6 boot. Plenty of room.

My first pair of UGGS! These boots are the best! Worth every penny. I originally bought a size 7 which is one size smaller than my regular shoe size. They ended up being too small so I returned them and got an 8 - which fits perfect! Warm, comfortable, and stylish!

Feels like I’m walking sideways due to the heel inside tread design being stronger than the outside. The internal foot bed needs to have more padding. I feel something digging into my foot. Too bad.

Loved the look of this shoe online. The brown is lighter in person but still cute. More of a mocha color. Unfortunately my flat feet did not fit into this shoe. It is a bit on the narrow side through the arch of the shoe so it ended up digging into the side of my foot. I ordered a 1/2 size larger as I always do with Cole Haan and the toe box felt great. Nike Air cushioning was very plush. I highly recommend this shoe as long as you don't have flat feet.

I don’t really care for the look of Uggs too much and I was hesitant to get them because of that and also the fact that they are such a "trend", but I needed a good pair of boots and they really are. I normally wear a 10, so I ordered a 9. The 9 is a bit loose actually, my heel slips out, so I ordered the 8 (which came the next day) and they were a bit too small, so I stuck with the 9 because I figured I can wear socks to make them a bit more snug. I just really wish they could make them in half sizes, a 9 1/2 would be perfect. Overall though, the boot is great. And if you live in a place like Michigan, get the Ultra, the Classics are made for sand (why they originated in Australia). Do your research, they are not for snow. Get the water and stain repellant, it is worth it. If you buy boots for this price, protect them for a little extra!

Perfect Comfort Boot - Love these boots! I had a pair of the Knightsbridge Tall Uggs, but the zipper in the back cut into my ankle. These are the same, just softer and no annoying zipper. Perfect for comfort and dressy attire. True to size and width. Love them!

What Ultra means - I just wanted to take a moment to help people understand what makes these boots "Ultra". It is not a reference to the height of the boot. I noticed several reviewers mentioning that these boots are no taller than the others. Of course not. The Ultra refers to the sole of the boot. The original Ugg boots were created for walking on beach sand. Ugg realized peoples desire to wear their boots during colder times, and created the Ultra with that need in mind. The Ultra sole is designed for wet and cold weather use, and the regular for walking on sand. Hope that clears it up!

Incredibly comfortable! I ordered these on a Monday evening and they arrived by Tuesday early afternoon! Amazing! Thoroughly pleased, they are not too tall, very soft, and a pretty color. I am looking forward to winter in Colorado! I usually wear a 7 but ordered a 6 and they fit fine. I'm sure they will stretch a little too from other reviews. Love them!

WOW - I have loved my "original" Uggs for 6 years. I got these today and almost cried when I put them on. They are SO comfy and have far more arch support than the originals. I wish I didn't ever have to take them off! I think they will also give me more traction in our snowy Wisconsin winters. I have pretty narrow feet and wondered about the other reviews that said the toe cap was narrow. I see why--it really is. But they're perfect for me.

These run small. I normally just buy men's shoes because my feet are big - so I don't have a lot of experience with women's shoes - but these did seem to be small. I ordered a 12D, which is normally what I wear in women's (or a men's 10-10.5D), and it was too small length-wise and borderline too narrow in the toes. They did seem like they would be comfy, warm and supportive if they fit, but I had to return them because they were too small (and no bigger size is available for me to exchange with).

Absolutely Wonderful! These boots are great! I had a few people telling me to order a size down but I'm glad I didn't. I wear a 10 shoe in just about everything and that's what I ordered and they are perfect. Thanks Zappos!

I wear a 6.5 usually and a 5 in this style Uggs. As other people have said, the Ultras seem more finished and better lined than the Ultimate Tall. Just wish they would make a pull-on knee high.

Great boots! I had to order a size smaller than you usually wear, so I did that and they were too small! So I missed out for all of last season because they were all sold after. This season, Zappos was nice enough to email me as soon as they got in what I wanted. I usually wear a 6 1/2 and I ordered a 7 and they fit perfectly. They are so comfortable! I love them.
