I love these sandals. I bought them because they are orthotic friendly and I always wear orthotics but they are so comfortable they can be worn without. My only complaint is that my feet are a little wide and when I close the straps you can see a little of the light blue lining, I wish the straps were an inch bigger.

I love, love, love NAOT shoes! It is the only brand that I wear now. I needed a sandal for the summertime and wanted something that I could adjust when my feet would swell from the heat. The Karenna's are perfect! They also look very stylish. If you need a wide shoe, these are the ones to get. If they came in 1/2 sizes I would have gotten a half but I stayed with the smaller size instead of going up one size because I was afraid that the instep wouldn't fit right. My toes go to the stitching but after wearing them a while my feet have settled into the shoe and they aren't right on the stitching. I can't wait to buy my next pair of NAOT shoes!

Having already owned a pair of Naot\'s I was quite confident that they would be comfortable. Purchased them for a trip I took to Sicily where there was going to be alot of walking. Out of the box they were comfy and cute. The sole is very cushy and supportive. Highly recommend.

The best sandals I have ever owned. Very comfortable, worn all day the first day I got them. Good looking, comfortable, what more could you ask? Well worth the money!

Cute shoe. The length of this style fits me better than most. I wear a 5 1/2, bought the 36 (which is often too short). A bit wide for my foot. I have to pull the straps quite far over, but I'll put up with that to get a shoe with the correct length.

Love these shoes, which can be dressy or casual. Have a wide foot with bunions and love the fact that I can adjust the strap. Zappos customer service is the best I've ever experienced and very customer friendly. The free shipping both ways is great, especially since I have a lot of trouble finding shoes to fit that also look nice on my feet!

Zappos is the best! Naot makes great shoes. These worked well with my custom orthotics. I have a narrow foot and was able to tighten these enough with the Velcro.

This shoe is a marvel. It is hands down the most comfortable sandal I have ever slipped my feet into. The fit is accurate which is not always true of Naots. It is also good looking but considering the way it feels, I don't think I would mind if it were homely!!!

I love these sandals. They look great on and are comfortable with no break-in time. The ankle and toe straps are adjustable with velcro for a custom fit, and they seem true to size. They have good arch supports and sturdy non slip soles. I recommend these sandals for anyone who wants a sandal with good support and great looks.

What a comfortable sandal with great arch support! I normally wear a wide shoe, and don't easily find a comfortable sandle, but due to the velcro straps I am able to wear and enjoy this shoe. This may be the only Naot/Birkenstock shoe I can wear and I am thankful for the soft but sturdy, adjustable straps. Again, a very comfortable sandal..I can walk and walk and feel my foot is cradled and supported. Lovely leather, too! Only one suggestion, I would make the sole of all sandals very dark (black) to compensate for not wearing socks and walking on dusty roads. I have the black and brown Naots and want to get the red or silver-blue ones, too. Thanks, Zappos for the free, two-way shipping!

Very comfortable and work with my orthotics. The open toe allows my toes the freedom they need. They keep my feet cool.

I love my shoes. I absolutely recommend Zappos. I needed sandal-like shoes in January due to minor foot surgery. I went online to Zappos as the guys in the office and my sister were always raving about their service. I was not disappointed. I wear size 11 narrow so finding shoes is difficult. With Zappos I had no problem. The searching was easy, the selection fantastic, delivery immediate, and the Naot Karenna shoes are wonderful. Naot is a brand I love and cannot find everywhere. But I found it at Zappos. Wow and thank you is all I can say.

I love Naot shoes - comfortable (and I can walk in them for miles), great-looking, fashionable, priced a bit too high (because of their popularity and growing!), and the Karenna in black patent is fabulous for spring, summer, early fall--this is my 10th Karenna - I now have all colors; have been buying them for the last 8 years and if new colors come out, I'll be on the buyers' line! I especially need shoes with arch support and these are it.

I live in these shoes. I have a black pair also, and went all over Italy and France in them. I have bunions and a hammer toe so the flexible straps work perfectly and look better on the deformed foot than most any other sandals. My orthotics fit perfectly, and they are even comfortable without orthotics.

Purchased sandals for a Caribbean cruise and found them excellent for walking, whether on board the ship or hiking the Mayan Ruins in Mexico. Extremely comfortable, easily adjustable if needed and colors are true to photo. I normally wear a 7 and the size 37 fit me well. My left foot is slightly larger than my right, but these shoes fit great! Will certainly purchase another pair. NAOT brand is giving SAS a run for their money (my normal brand)...
