Zappos is a great way to purchase shoes as I have purchased about 3 pairs thus far. The Naots are top quality and they fit me nicely. The material used for the intersole keeps my feet cool and dry which I love since I live in Florida.

The Karenna is my first Naot shoe purchase. I wanted a shoe that was both attractive and comfortable; one I could wear with casual clothes yet could also pass for dressier clothes. I was afraid this shoe might be too "orthopedic" looking but it was worth the try since the shipping was free both ways. When I tried it on it was love at first sight. The strap across the toes actually is narrower than it looks in the picture which gives me the look I wanted. The Karenna was comfortable from the start, the leather is so soft, and I love the velcro adjustments. I wear a size 10 and I ordered a 10 and it was a perfect fit. It's a much better looking shoe in person.

Incredibly comfortable, like all the Naot shoes I have ever tried. I have Morton's neuroma, so I need plenty of room in the toe area, and this shoe is completely adjustable. This shoe has plenty of support and is extra cushy. I bought the steel (metallic navy color) and the tan. Plain looking but reasonably attractive.

This is probably the most comfortable sandal I've ever worn. When I was told I had to wear orthotics and "lace up" shoes for the rest of my life, I told the podiatrist that would never happen. He said that if I bought a sandal with a removable footbed, he could send the sandal away and have a custom orthotic made specifically to fit in its footbed. (It also can be slipped into my sneakers and loafers, both of which have a deep removable footbed). In many other shoes and sandals, the removable footbeds often are not deep enough to fit both an orthotic and the foot. The footbed in this one is deep and the sandal is very adjustable (and very EASILY adjustable) at both the instep and ankle.

I have problem feet and am recovering from surgery. I needed a shoe that was dressy enough to wear in the evening, but comfortable enough for my swollen foot. These were great. Very comfortable and accommodating for the bad foot.

This shoe is fantastic--great comfort, good arch support, and very stylish. I have been looking for a summer sandal that was smart looking, yet comfortable and good for walking--I found it! The two adjustable straps are a big bonus!

I love these sandals! They are comfortable and sturdy - good for walking. This is my second pair - they do tend to loosen up over time, and the velcro isn’t as secure as it once was. Still, Naot is a great product!

I have been an avid Birkenstock wearer for over 30 years, but when my sister visited a couple weeks ago she was wearing this pair of sandals that looked cute, comfortable and chic. I was eager to try them for myself. This was my first pair of Naot and I just love them. I have quirky toes with a little Morton's Neuroma and these are perfect because they can be loosened or tightened at the toe and ankle since the straps are velcro. They are light and not bulky like some of the Birks which makes walking much easier. I intend to get the brown pair of these since while Naot makes many cute styles and Zappos carries them, I just can't imagine liking any other pair as much as I do these. As usual, Zappos customer service is second to none. Your shoes will arrive shortly after you click the computer button, and if you are not completely satisfied, you can return, on them. It's a win-win. You won't be disappointed with these shoes though. They run true to size. No breaking in period necessary.

I ordered these in the golden mocha and love the color. They came the day after I placed my order! Zappos - fantastic service! They needed no break-in time, they are extremely comfortable and you can adjust them to fit your foot. I removed the insoles and put in my orthotics. They fit very well. I found these sandals to be true to size. They are a bit pricy, but well worth it. They should hold up for a long time with proper care. Don't hesitate to try a pair, you won't be sorry - trust me.
