I now own four (4) pairs of the above shoe in four different colors. The shoe is amazingly comfortable, durable and an absolute favorite of mine.

This is my third pair of this particular sandl. I have feet that need an orthotic. My podiatrist was able to fashion an orthotic that fits an open to sandal. This was the first one ever done in his shop. Finally my feet do not hurt most of the time. Before I bought these reasonably priced fairly good looking shoes, I bought another brand for a lot more but my feet still hurt most of the time. I hope that this review can help others.

I'm new to the orthotics scene, and thought I was destined to forever wear "sensible" shoes or athletic shoes - no more sandals. These Naots proved me wrong. The footbed itself is very comfortable and provides a lot of support, but it can be completely removed and my orthotic drops into place beautifully.

I have a pair of this style that I have been wearing for years. Naot shoes last a long time. This sandal is very comfortable, has arch support, and provides more support than most sandals because of the side panels

Fantastic! These sandals are super comfortable. Love the color...very versatile...I also purchased SmartWool peds and am using them to cover the removable insert which will most probably extend the life of these sandals. Happy about that because I'll be wearing these a lot. The straps fit perfectly and hide my ugly bunion without any discomfort. Love these sandals!

My usual size seemed too short so I have ordered the next size up...will see when I try them on. Otherwise, cute and as always, comfy.

Nice strong looking sandals. Trying to decide between them or Naot Kayla. Kayla are nicer looking. However, I want some strong sandals that I can walk in. So, undecided.

After reading other reviews I ordered these sandals. They are quite narrow even though they're mediums. I ordered another pair of Noats and they were too wide. I was able to pull the straps tight enough so there fit my foot. I've not worn them much as its winter but they're comfortable and the arc support feels good. I hope they're comfortable walking distances.

These sandals are absolutely amazing. I ordered this style because my podiatrist fit me for custom orthotics made to fit exactly inside these sandals. I do not yet have the custom orthotics but the standard footbed is absolutely incredible! The fit and comfort are like nothing I have ever experienced in footwear. I was concerned because my foot is wide and Naots only come in medium width, but this style has Velcro straps that allow for a perfect fit. If you are unsure what styles will fit best, Naot has an 800 number that you can call.

The shoes were a replacement for a pair I had worn out. Naot shoes fit my wide foot well. The shoes came in a very short time. I shall enjoy wearing them.

Just got these and I love them. I measure 11/11.5 left/right and the 42 was too short for my right foot so I exchanged for the 43 and they are perfect. The 42 had a seam that one of my smaller toes kept hitting and it was annoying otherwise the 42 might have been fine. The 43 is just a tad longer so my toe doesn't find that seam any more. The sole is thick enough that you won't feel every pebble or kink in the sidewalk but not so chunky that it looks unattractive. These are cute shoes, nicely adjustable and supportive -- haven't even bothered to put in my own insoles yet as these feel good. They look nice with jeans as well as skirts.

Love these shoes. Comfortable and work well with my problem feet. This was the 7th or 8th pair I ordered before I found sandals that felt good. Hold my feet in place with not too much wiggle room.

I love these sandals, unfortunately have have to return them because it's a tad short of my feet. Usually I wear size 11, but my big toe hangs all the way to the end, almost looks like I've grown out of it. I'm ordering it in size 12, hoping that it won't be too large.

I am very happy with Karenna sandals. Ever since I bough my first Naot shoe I have continued with their shoe. I have always had problem with arch support & the Naot shoes takes care of that. I love their shoes.

I needed comfort for a trip to Italy and found it in these shoes. I was aware of the edges of the shoes when I first got them, but they quickly became one with my feet. They felt a better fit to my narrower foot than the Paris sandals, which I've worn for years. I love the Naot footbed. It works well with my neuroma. And the Karenna's lower heel was perfect for all of the walking I did. I've got them on at home now.

On this Naot sandal, as well as on other Noat sandals that I own you can lift the inner sole and insert your personal support. I need to insert a heel lift due to one leg shorter than the other. This is a great bonus for someone with special requirements. Another wonder about Naot footwear. There are many models in size 43. Not many companies offer that, so Naot is my go-to shoe company!

These are now my go to sandals! I ordered a pair of Wolkys and Mephistos. Both of which I like, but with my knees and back sometimes not working up to par, these Naots are the best of the three! I wish they came in more colors, but I will live! I highly recommend these to anyone! They are worth the price!

These sandals are the best! How many times can you buy sandals, take them out of the box, put them on, and walk for 8 hours? With these I could and did. They are super comfortable and with the 2 velcro straps I got a fit that was perfect for my foot! I had a pair of Naot sandals before and I knew I wanted another pair. I wear sandals a lot, and I walk a lot, both on cement and in the hills. I can't say enough for these shoes!!!

Well, I have finally worn a pair of these out. The patent leather is so stretched out and the velcro no longer sticks, but the soles are still good! I have replaced the insoles twice. I will re-order the same ones today. I ordered another pair of Naot's yesterday by mistake thinking they were the only selection of sandals. They all have "bling" on them which I am not that fond of, but I'll see how they look when I get them. For now, back to my good old standby! I am 5' 9" tall but have a small foot, a 6.5 wide. So I get a 7 M in these and they fit great until they are worn out!

These sandals have excellent support. i ordered a pair of black Keene and black Clark sandals, all of a somewhat similar style. The Clarks were a little more dressy, but for everyday use and work (I am an art teacher, and on my feet all day) the Naot seem to be the most supportive. I can feel the stitching around the footbed, but I don't think that will be too annoying.

I already had these sandals in another color and was so pleased to be able to purchase them in white also. Naot tends to be slightly narrower, which is perfect for my feet.

This is my 2nd pair of Naot sandals, and just like the Roma pair, these sandals are extremely comfortable. I have hard to please feet, and have been able to wear both right out of the box without any problems. This means a lot to my feet. I am not happy about the price of the shoes, but the leather and quality are top notch. If I ever buy another sandal, it will be Naot.

I own a pair of Naot Karenna in a copper alligator look and I love these shoes. I can walk all day with my right foot arch problem and have wonderful support. You can adjust the width of the shoe by the two large velcro straps. If you have orthotics you can take out the insoles and wear your orthotics. You can also order new insoles for about $55 to increase the life of the shoe. Don't hesitate to buy the Karenna. Super comfy, super arch support and really love the sueded insoles.

I've found Naot sandals to be attractive and comfortable. I have bunions on the sides of my feet right below the little toe so I can wear only those sandals that cover them. These sandals fit the bill -- I can walk in comfort all day if I have and still experience no pain or discomfort. I highly recommend these shoes if you are looking for an attractive and comfortable shoe!
