Ordered another pair of Karenna sandels after wearing first ones six plus years, though I did buy a new inner sole. That pair is still going but the bottom sole is obviously worn. This style, though a little chunky, keeps the foot snug and allows for problem feet. The new sandels are a little stiff, and I don't recall the first pair needing a "break-in" period. Wish the company had made the cafe latte color this time instead of two dark brown shades.

At first I thought these were finally the answer to having very nice looking but supportive and comfortable sandals. However, the right sandal seemed to have a big hump between my arch and heel and made it impossible for me to wear so I had to return them. I was very unhappy to have to return them because they looked very stylish, were a beautiful color, fit well -- it was just a weird hump! I have another pair of Naot shoes that don't have the hump -- I don't know if it was something with this pair, or what.

I have custom orthotics that I put in shoes and a wide foot. I wear a 6 1/2 wide, the 7 regular worked great! Because of my particular foot problems, the only thing that would be better for me is if the sole was more stiff. however, these shoes work well because of the style, strap on the back, strap over the top closer to my leg than toes, that keep my feet from moving around in the sandal itself. I love that Naot is a go to brand if you have to pop in another sole! A lot of shoe brands have really comfortable shoes, but if the sole doesn't come out, they are not a consideration for me.

Loved the shoe but my big toes rubbed the raw leather around the shoe. Have to return.

Nice shoe, might have done ok for my narrow foot but the leather was quite stiff. Thought they would rub my ankle area too much so I returned them.

Luggage brown is beautiful quality leather. Shoe provides good support.

Purchasing my second pair. These sandals give my old feet the best support. I wear these exclusively during the summer months. Adjustable straps and heavy sole. Great for distance walking.

Love ?? at first sight! Conform to the feet with inner sole and arch support. Side support ensures stability. Flexible enough for a hike. Very happy with my choice for this first pair of Naots.

Karen's are my favorite Naot style, and Naots are my favorite brand. Thanks to Zappo's excellent customer service, I ordered several pairs of Naot sandals just to see if a different style would add some variety to my wardrobe. Although all were attractive and comfortable, I couldn't resist my tried and true Karenna's. Great support and flattering appearance. Wear all-day comfort.

Fantastic shoe. I suffer with swollen feet and ankles, exasperated in warm weather and the velcro straps which allow adjustment are lifesavers. I love these shoes because not only do they fit my wide feet, but they are extraordinarily comfortable.

Love these sandals for the way they look and the way they feel. Love the footbed, which helps my problem foot with metatarsal joint (ball of the foot) pain. Had a hard time deciding on the color as they all looked great. Wish they had some more. Only negative for me was the fact that I wanted a closed-toe sandal and they are open toe. Can't have everything.

This is my second pair of Karenna by Naot. I find the shoe very comfortable, especially since I have a slight pronation. I can wear this shoe all day and not have any foot discomfort. The first pair was a size 42 as I am a US size 10 1/2 and it fit ok but I tried the size 43 on the second pair hoping for a little more space in front of the toes. The size 43 and the size 42 had an identical fit. I have no explanation for this except that the shoes were two different colors and perhaps were made in different factories. I was reassured by the excellent Zappos return policy to try a different size but it was not needed in my case.

Love this shoe. Comfortable from the first time I wore it. Would buy again when I wear this one out.

Excellent, extremely comfortable sandal. Other Naot sandals I've tried have been too narrow for my wide foot; these are perfect. As comfortable as my Chacos or Birkenstocks and waaaayyyy better looking than both.

This is my third pair of Karennas.They are extremely comfortable right out of the box. I like the footpad and the ability to adjust both the toe and ankle with velcro. Having both bunions and arthritic knees, I need good support which these have. I have walked all day in them, both when traveling in cities and at home. There are dressier sandals but not as good for me. The style is great but not as dressy as i would like. I wear them for wverything in summer.

This is a lovely shoe, but it just does not work for me. Some parts of the shoe felt too loose (even readjusted) and some parts feel too tight or slim. I am so sorry! This shoe was not made for my foot.I thank you for being so customer friendly and I will come back to Zappo to purchase! I love your company. This time I have not had good luck shopping.

If you have narrow feet and high arches, this shoe will be extremely comfortable. Just purchased my second pair. The first pair is 5 years old and still going strong.

So glad Zappos had these sandals. These are my second pair. No blisters, no rubbing and you really don't have to break them in!

COMFORT - COMFORT THAT IS ALL I CAN SAY. i HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY BIG TOE ON ONE FOOT AND THE OTHER FOOT WAS BROKEN LAST WINTER AND I"M TRYING TO GET FROM POINT A to B. NOT AN EASY JOB. NAOT SURE HAS SAVED MY LIFE. THIS SHOE IN PARTICULAR IS A-1. THANKS NAOT.

The footbed in this sandal is heavenly, but alas the ankle strap hit my foot in a place that didn't work. They are lovely otherwise but I have to send them back.

This is the second pair I've had. Wore the first pair out! These sandals are so comfortable. The Velcro straps adjust to any foot. I have wide feet and these are very comfortable. The footbed comes out and my orthotics fit in perfectly. These are my go to - everyday - sandals. Attractive too - go with anything.

Love this sandal. I found it extremely comfortable from the moment I put it on. It has more support than I was expecting. All in all very comfortable.

Very nice sandal, just not for me. The foot bed was very comfy and my orthotics fit after removing the foot bed. I also liked the fact that when the foot bed was removed, the interior of the shoe was black. Unfortunately, with my skinny feet and ankles, the sandal was just too clunky for me. Also the length was a little shorter than other 39s I have tried.
