The fit and size was perfect. These Sandals are so comfortable and I can wear them all day. Coming from someone who has a hard time wearing shoes, these are fantastic. I bought two pair!

These are the second pair of Birkenstocks I have owned in the last few years. This pair I did order a narrow and they do fit fabulously but my other pair same style are not narrow and fit great. I felt like I had to get my feet used to my first pair before they became super comfy. I love the black patent leather look on these. Make it look slightly more dressed up. Highly recommend, especially for traveling.

I had to go down 2 sizes from my original size. Usually wear a 6-6 1/2 but ended up wearing a size 4 in this show.

I love these sandals,but hard to get right size. true to length but I think run narrow. but the Arizona runs wide. great customer service as they sent me a different size, and I picked which one fit the best. the gizeh is very stylish. love them

This was my 3rd pair of Gizeh. Every pair of Birkenstocks fits just a little differently; so I was replacing another pair of black ones with the licorice. Out of the box, these are wonderful and fit perfectly. The toe post takes a little while to get used to; and you don't even notice the piece over the toes. Your pedicure looks awesome in these shoes and I get compliments all of the time. Thanks, Zappos, for having one lonely pair in my size when I needed them!

Love this model! At first it was uncomfortable on the toes but after two days of walking on them they broke in and now they fit perfectly.

Gives excellent support for those with heel spurs.

My favorite summer shoes.

Despite the instructions that told me 37 = US 6-6.5, this shoe was enormously too long. In a Birkenstock, that really matters. If I put my toes where the toe bed contours are, the heel is grotesquely far back. If I put my heel in the heel bed, the contours of the toe area really hurt. In addition, this "too big" shoe was also too narrow--and I have ordinary "medium width" feet in every other shoe brand I've ever worn.

I love these shoes. This is my 3rd pair. I wore out the last 2 pairs wearing them each for about 3 years. I do wish the cork would hold up a little better. These are slightly more blue in color than I expected, but I still love them.

LOVED the style, but the strap that goes between my toe is was to long in the silver for some reason.

Initially, I wasn’t sure this was the shoe for me. The footbed seemed sort of hard (not squishy) the first day walking around the house. I bought them for a trip and took a leap without really breaking them in. They are awesome!! So very comfortable and just getting more and more so with each wearing. They required no break-in period. Not one problem with the piece between my toes. I took my high end shoes on my trip but defaulted to these whenever I could. Great shoes, super lightweight, and great service from Zappos.

Good ole’ Birkenstock... never fails to exceed expectations.

These are the most incredible summer sandals. They look nice on, painted toenails look fantastic in them, and they are very comfortable. This is my 3rd pair of Gizeh. I have found that every pair does not fit the same; however, so I ordered these and they were perfect out of the box. The toe post does take a little bit to get used to, but is not terribly uncomfortable. I'm thrilled with them...thank you Zappos for the licorice color!

Ordered narrow for my 11 year old, fit her perfectly.

Love these, as I do all of my Birks! As always, I size down. I typically wear a 6.5 and ordered the size 36.

I love them! I had a couple days of breaking them in and now they are perfect. For sure follow the size guide, its spot on. I usually wear a 7 or 7.5 in sandals and the 38 was great. Definitely worth the expense. These will last for many years to come. So comfortable and easy to wear. Plus the silver isn't too shiny.

These birks are so comfortable and have great arch support. They seem to alleviate my knee pain while wearing. I’ve read that they last for years and years or can have them repaired. I have noticed the arch support isn’t as great after a lot of wear (and I mean a lot!) so I purchase a new pair every year. I also love the stylish look unlike orthopedic shoes.

Second pair- same style, same color. Go just about anywhere- sundress, shorts, jeans. Very comfortable even when walking long distances.

I absolutely love this sandal! And the gray color goes with everything! Would definitely recommend!

I really want to love these, they are so cute and the foot bed feels great. Maybe it’s just my feet, but the thing between the toes feels very hard and gave me a blister 30 minutes into first wear. Also a terrible blister on the top of my 2nd toe where the silver part rubs when walking. Maybe it’s just my feet (wide, high arched)? But sigh.. Searching for comfortable city walking shoes, the quest continues.

My feet are size 8, 2A or slim - very narrow. These looked like clown shoes on me. I had to buckle it with only 1 hole showing left and in doing that the T strap started to buckle sideways just above where it starts to go straight. The dohicky between the toes looked absolutely HUGE since my toes are very slim. That added to the clownnness. As has always been the case, Birkenstocks are not made for people with narrow feet. They looked so good on other people I saw with them but not on my slim foot.

Really wanted to like these, but they hurt my arches! I've read other reviews that say you have to be patient and break them in, but I just couldn't!
