Bought the “black patent”. As it’s not leather, it looks like a shiny plastic sandal I just paid $100 for. No thanks, returning promptly

I haven’t worn these for a long period of time yet. I do love the style, they feel like a solid pair of Birks. I don’t LOVE where the little thing ends up on my toes. Dont hate it, not enough to send it back. But it’s gonna take some getting used to. It sort of sits right on top of my toe. Doesn’t feel like it will rub or hurt though, so I’ll keep them!

I wear a 9/9.5 and ordered a 40 (my usual size in Birkenstocks) and they fit perfectly. I was looking for a neutral color and loved the softness of the white. They took about two weeks to break in--wearing them for about 30 minutes every day. The Gizeh is my favorite!

Birkenstock’s are a well made sandal. They are great for my feet. They’re very comfortable.

These shoes mold to your feet and are so comfortable. I want to wear them everyday!

Plastic toe piece hopefully will soften, but all other features of Birkenstock are great.

I love Birkenstock’s and these sandals don’t disappoint. Extremely comfortable, so much so I wear almost all year everyday. I’m a women’s 6.5 and I wear size 37.

This is my 2nd pair for Gizeh Birko-Flor. The 1st time I wore them I walked 11 miles in Walt Disney World. They were extremely comfortable and didn't cause any blisters or rubbing. Perfect for a warm day with lots of walking when you don't want to wear tennis shoes. These can be dressed up or down.

Uncomfortable at first as you break them in, but now I don’t want to wear anything else. These seem to run the slightest bit bigger than regular Birks.

The fit of the Birkenstock’s is perfect. It takes a few days for the sandal to mold to your foot. They are comfortable to walk distances.

Birkenstock’s are a wonderful sandal. They fit well and are great for your feet even when walking long distances.

It’s been a year since a bought these, I been wearing this like 4/5 days a week and they still look good, I had cleaned they twice with their specific products and both times looked fresh and clean again. They still have very good traction also. What I like about them is that even though they don’t have any cushion they still confortable and I can wear them for hours, it took a little to get used to them because they feel almost like being barefoot and am not used to that feeling am a runner so most of the time am wearing running shoes with lots of cushion but after a long run I do like how these feel. These are my first pair of Birkenstock and am very pleased it did take several returns to get the right size but with the easy returns and fast shipping of Zappos that process was painless. Would recommend.

Rich dark brown color with golden undertone. The gold isn’t obvious unless you are in the light.

I don't understand why this is too wide. I have ordered the exact same shoe previously and it fit fine. Something went wrong with this one....way too wide, even tho its marked narrow.

This is my third pair of Gizehs. I bought the first pair in 2005 (Gizeh Birko-Flor in black) and I’m still wearing them. I also bought these in leather. I have foot problems (bunions and plantar fasciitis) and I love to walk and these allow me to walk miles pain free.

Had go go a size down than my normal shoe size.

Beautiful color! And worth every penny for a sandal with arch support. I have a wide foot and have been wearing the Gizeh style for years. It’s awesome!!

These are a perfect fit in narrow for my narrow feet!

The strap cracked after less than a year of wear! I contacted Birkenstock and they consider it a wear and tear issue. I do not wear these often and have taken good care of them. I thought these shoes were quality and that I could expect some time from them (especially at the price). A little customer service would have gone a long way but now they have lost a customer. Too many other good brands.

I was looking for a sandal with more support that a traditional flip flop that was versatile in use. These are amazing. I can wear them casually or dress them up after a night in heels. The metallic silver color gives it a little flair as well!

Beautiful and comfortable

I've had Birks for years. I always wear the 39. I ordered the 39 in the Gizeh, and they just felt a little too big. I kept them thinking it was just me. Finally, I contacted Zappos and they exchanged them for a 38. The customer service is amazing, I got the 38's the next day. Definitely glad I switched. So, I would say they are a little big, but I have a 39 in other styles. But, still I love Birks and Zappos.
