I usually wear a 7.5 to 8 but due to the sizing on Birkenstock and the sizing guide, I ordered the 7-7.5, at first I was going to send them back, but they didn't have the color I wanted in stock to size up. I decided to keep them. My toe is right at the tip and the mold for the feet is a little off but still very comfortable. I'm happy I didn't send them back as the leather does loosen and I don't like sliding forward in my shoes, which I would end up doing if they were bigger.

Be specific about your likes and dislikes. How was the fit and size? What does the material feel like? How awesome (or not) do you feel wearing them?

Im usually an 8 or 8.5 but I sized down on these. Super comfortable and will be cute with shorts, jeans, or a summer casual dress.

I love the arch support and style. I receive lots of compliments.

I ordered the narrow; however, the shoes was far from being narrow.

LOve these, everything about them spot on...could live in these and I surely will!

I ordered the my size but the sandals were too big; I had to go a size smaller. At first the shoes were hard but with time I know they will mold to my feet.

I am an 8.5 and ordered the 8.0-8.5 and they fit perfectly. Excellent shoe!

This is the third pair of Birkenstock flo sandals I have gotten from Zappos. I love them, plus I love everyone at Zappos! I have never dealt with anyone who wasn’t absolutely wonderful! Thank you Zappos!

I’m a reading specialist and walk A LOT, so I’m always in search of comfortable footwear. Birkenstock never lets me down! I wore these all day right out of the box and my feet were SO happy all day. Happy feet, happy teacher! ?

I am a true blue 8.5 foot size and was concerned these sandals wouldn't be big enough since I am normally a 9 in sandals. These were perfect. Beautiful shoe, great support and plan on having these a long time!

The footbed of this shoe was super comfortable. The toe piece, on the other hand...it feels like a piece of hard plastic. I wear thong style sandals all the time and have never had a toe piece bother me, but one of these gave me a huge, nasty blister right between my toes over the course of the first few days I wore them. But...I used bandaids and broke the shoes in and now they are good. It just seems like another choice of material would be possible and better in this sandal. I think they run a bit small. I wear 8.5-9 and had to return the 39. It was just a bit too short. The 40 is the perfect size. I do not regret buying the shoe despite the blister. Now that they are broken in, they are great. Just keep a few bandaids on hand for the first few days!

This is bizarre, bought this sandal in regular fit in a different color and width wise fit my foot. The color was more of a brown than a red than I liked so returned for a black gizeh, same size, regular width and fits just like the pair of narrow gizeh I already own which are a little too narrow for my foot (they're the EVA kind so they sort of flexed with time to fit my foot more). Don't know why one pair fit me and now what is supposed to be the same size doesn't? Returning.

I am a size 8 and the 39 were a perfect fit. Needed this hard sole to help my plantar fasciitis and these made my feet feel so much better. Liked this style of Birks the best - most similar to a flip flop.

Great shoes! Very comfortable and they last very long! This is my second pair and I will keep coming back.

Birkenstock size and fit were perfect. I love the Gizeh flip flop and wear them all year. They are the most comfortable sandals on the planet! They wear well and conform to the shape of your foot and your arch. I wear them to walk the dogs, garden, shop. Where I go, they go. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a comfortable basically custom fitted sandal.

Unfortunately this pair were both defected and I sent them back.

These were the proper length shoes for me (I usually wear an 8M) and the bottom was comfortable, but the part that goes between the toes was very uncomfortable. Sadly they are going back.

I love these shoes, my second pair. Not very elegant but great for my toe issues (Hallux on both toes). Also I have a wide foot on top of that. I have a hard time finding shoes that fit me. I can wear these all day. I had black pair before but I love this metallic blue. Would buy it again.

Such a comfortable shoe! And the style is adorable to dress up or down :) I wear either a 7.5 or 8 in shoes and the 38 fit great! Highly recommend!
