Very Comfortable and Warm Shoes - I bought these shoes for going to the snow and they were great. You can wear them inside or outside without fear of chilly toes. They are not waterproof so they are not for mucking about in the snow, but they were good for going to the store, walking from the house to the car and other outside things that did not involve serious play in the snow. LOVE THEM.

Purrrfect slipper - I normally take a size 7.5, but went by other reviews and purchased this in an 8. Fit is fine and I was so happy these arrived next day, even though I bought in the afternoon.

Super Soft and Warm - I think these slippers are great and a lot less expensive than Uggs. The shearling lining is very warm and they have a really soft cushioning. They are not the cutest slippers out there, but they are the most comfortable!

Cozy, warm and very comfortable slippers... I was nervous about spending so much money on a pair of slippers. I am so happy I did. These slippers fit like a glove. They are so warm and comfortable; I never want to take them off. I liked them so much; I bought a second pair for my aunt. They fit true to size.

Old Friend Juliet - This is my second pair of these slippers. I wore the first pair so much, I had no fleece left in the footbed. I like the cushion on the footbed and they fit nice and snug on my narrow foot.

Love 'em! I love these slippers, I just bought a second pair after my first pair got a little ratty after 3 years. I am an 8-1/2, so I bought a 9 and they are slightly loose, but fine for being around home. The inside fleece is warm and fluffy, I always keep them on in my house because they keep my feet so toasty!

GREAT slipper - My feet are always cold, but not in this slipper - they are perfect! The sole is sturdy enough for a quick trip out to the mailbox and the fleece is so cozy. They were slightly snug when I first put them on but the fleece has now compressed a little and they fit just right.

Terrific slippers - This is my second pair of Juliet’s. My last ones lasted four years of hard wear through four winter months, inside and outside. They took a tremendous beating and hung in. The sole finally gave way, the plastic broke down, but the leather upper and lining stayed intact and never lost its integrity. Both pairs were size 6, but my first pair was snugger than these new ones. Not really a complaint, just an observation. I love them, and they really are an Old Friend. ~ Happy Customer.

Better than expected. Unbelievable service! I love these slippers! I cannot believe how great the customer service is! I placed my order late Saturday afternoon and received them on Monday, on a national holiday! When I called with a question, I was treated like I was a guest in their house. The slippers do run about a size small, so order the next size up. They are plush and nicer than Uggs for a lot less money! I returned the Uggs! Only thing I could wish for is more cushion in the heel, so they're more comfortable with socks on.

Great slipper but a tad expensive - This is a sturdy, comfortable, warm slipper. Can be worn outside. After reading other comments I did order it a size bigger and am satisfied, although I think I could have done without it because the slipper does stretch! I have to wear them with socks now so I don't move around too much inside the slipper. Otherwise, very comfy.

Great experience! Fabulous experience my first time buying from Zappos. Had to exchange for a larger size but exchange was made easy. My wife loves the slippers.

Best Slippers - These are the most comfortable & warmest slippers I have ever owned. At the end of a busy work day, I look forward to changing into these slippers.

soft and comfy - I ordered 5 different slippers and found this one to be the most stylish comfortable and true to size. I love these slippers and wear them just about every day. They are perfect for running outside in all types of weather to pick up the mail.

WARM! WARM! WARM! These slippers are very warm. I am always cold and was wearing Ugg boots around the house, but I wanted something that was more slipper. I found the perfect fit in Juliet. These slippers are also very comfortable and easy to slip on and off. I have absolutely no complaints.

Great slipper - My mom always seemed to be cold. She would always have a cheap pair of slippers, constantly wearing out. She loved theses. Had nice support. Nice and warm. She says she didn't know what she would do without them!

Comfortable Slipper - This is my second pair of Old Friend's Juliet slippers. They are warm and have a sturdy sole that allows you to walk outside in them. I normally wear an 8, but I wear a 9 in this slipper. I have a very narrow heel and these slippers fit pretty well. The only thing I don't like is the fact that you aren't supposed to put them in the washer.

Great Gift! Just Know Your Size! These slippers are wonderful. Period. You just want to order them a full size BIGGER than you normally wear. They are very comfortable and warm (says my best friend who received them as a birthday gift).

Juliet - Outstanding -- this is the third pair of Old Friends I have and each is different. I love Old Friends slippers -- you can't beat them.

Okay - These were okay, but not great. Left shoe felt wide and right felt small. I was hoping with the shearling coming up around the ankle it would keep me warm, but because it was not snug fitting I didn't notice a huge difference. Plus, the biggest factor to me was there wasn't enough cushioning in the bottom. The OF Snowbird was a winner (I was comparing the two), so I sent this shoe (Juliet) back.

Great - Wearing them right now! I have a narrow foot and they are wide but it is only a pair of slippers! They keep my feet warm and I can go outside to empty trash cans.

New friend already an "Old Friend", as promised! I put these slippers on the moment I get up, and don't take them off until bedtime, unless I go out. Once almost got in the car with them on! I wear them with medium weight socks so they are slightly snug, might have done better with a 9.5, if they had them. But they are quite comfortable. I have heel problems so I put in a heel pad for more cushioning, still comfy. Happy, happy customer and great service. Industry standard for web shopping.

I love these slippers - This is my second pair. I am a stay at home mom & live in these slippers. I got three years out of the first pair. They are warm when my feet are cold, but fine in the summer with no socks on too.
