Skip these and wait for Ugg Coquettes! I bought these since the Uggs were on back-order. They are not very comfortable, to say the least. They are quite stiff with not a lot of foot padding. As usual Zappos makes it easy with their excellent return service. Sent them back- I will wait on the Ugg Coquette slippers!

Very warm...a little narrow in the toes - These would be really comfy if they were a little more spacious in the toes, kind of tight and a little painful sometimes. I have another style of newer Old Friends (same size) that are just awesome, so not sure if this style just runs smaller. They feel fine every where else. Wish I'd ordered a bigger size, but I'd worn them too long to return when they really started to hurt.

No support - I love the look but as I read previously and hope differently, they have absolutely NO arch support. Feel like I have to buy something to insert which contradicts the soft interior warmth.

The sole is a little weird - I had ordered these in black and was excited about their nice, subtle look, but these just aren't as comfortable as slippers should be. If you click on the bottom view of this slipper, you will see a footprint-shaped raised surface that is smaller than the actual edge of the slipper, centered on the bottom of the foot. This has the odd effect of making you feel like you are walking on a narrow board and on the verge of rolling off it (or sliding off it, which as slippers stretch over time, you might indeed do). In other words, there is no edge support for your outer foot and not enough top support to keep you balanced on the artificially narrow bottom. The inside sole is also rather flat and hard with no arch support, so all in all they aren't that comfortable. I'm sorry not to have handsome black slippers, but these aren't the ones.

Lost it in the bigger size - Bought these in an 11 to short in size but felt good other wise ... returned for a size 12 and we lost it all. They felt a full size larger and wider and no support at all. These are cute as can be but guess wasn't meant to be for my large feet.

The slipper is very durable, soft/cushioned and attractive, but is just too darn short. I generally wear an 11 - 11 1/2, and my toes were crunched into the ends of the size 12 slipper.

I have worn this slippers for years!!!! I have always ordered a womens size 9……..this time they were so huge!!! A ice 10 or n11 would have fit in them. Very disappointed because I always just loved them……

I had choices on arch support but truth is that I have high arches and all I could tell is that it felt like it had no arch support to me. For a 7, they seemed a bit short as my toe hit the end. But it's something about the padding, which probably compresses with time, because the sole is longer than other pair 7 shoes I have. So not bad, just realize they wear a smidge smaller. The soft enough, and warm, so I almost kept them, but... while one was otherwise of good quality with a nice fleece, the second one looked, well a bit wobbly, as they say, and roughed up. Upon a closer look, the back seam was stressed and the fleece cuff at the edge was totally not smooth, and not sewn in. Not what I would expect at this price point.

Rather heavy weight for a slipper. The fit was very bad. Too tight in the toes, too loose in the heels. Cannot wear. Must return.

I first purchased my normal size (8) but it was too snug for my toes and width at the top of the foot. The heel part was ok. I returned the 8s and got a 9 and though the toes/width felt better, the heel area seemed a bit too loose. I wanted the ability to wear these with socks if I chose but found out I couldn't. I put ankle socks on and when I walked it would somehow pull the ankle part down and I constantly had to pull the sock back up on my foot. I tried it with crew socks and the same thing happened. I took the slipper off and saw that about two inches of the socks were hanging off my toes. Tried same socks with my current old slippers just to double check and that problem didn't occur. This is too bad because I love the style and they do feel warm, however, I wouldn't keep these even if they were $15 because of the problem, let alone $99.

This had always been my go to slipper. I have bought for many years. This pair is not holding up and they should for the price. It has been 6 months and they are worn out. The lining is nothing. Sad to see they quality has fallen on these slippers from previous pairs. Hubby has a pair too, just 6 months old and they are pretty worn as well. Need to find a new go to slipper.

I do not recommend these slippers as house shoes as they are not durable enough for everyday wear. I've had them for 5 months and they have already worn all the way through. I don't wear them outdoors, just around the house and I'm not particularly hard on my shoes so I was surprised that they wore through so fast especially since the soles are described as durable.

Sadly returning these moccasins. The toes are a bit tight but, much worse, the heels are wide so they keep falling off my feet. I don't understand this - surely for slippers, we want room to wiggle our toes, not a fashionably narrow cut that squeezes those toes! Still searching for warm cozy slippers that fit well enough to be worth paying shoe-level prices. (p.s. I wish Zappos didn't force customers to choose "too wide" or "too narrow" when so often shoes are narrow in one part and wide in another. How about an option like Uneven for width? Since that's the biggest offender or let us leave it blank and still publish the review!)

I agree with some of the other reviews— length-wise my foot fit inside, but it was large and floppy around my foot. As I walked, they kept slipping off my heels and were clunky. I wanted to love them because they were warm, but I couldn’t. The style also just didn’t do it for me.

If you have a good arch then avoid this shoe. There is no give across the top of the arch.

I have had 3 pair of the Juliets; the first pair with the darker color sheepskin lasted the longest. The second pair started to crumble at the rubber trim. Both were very comfortable. The new pair are the worst. They are rounded at the bottom sole so your foot wants to roll to the side and the insert is over an inch too short, so your toes feel the bottom of the slipper past the insert and the backs curve in just enough to pinch your heel. What gives? No quality control. I will look for another brand or just wear my old Uggs as slippers.

These slippers run very wide and are very cumbersome. The soles are very stiff and do not bend. It is like walking in frankenstein boots. You will probably catch your self from falling as they are so stiff.

Old Friend's Juliet - Shoe felt and looked durable. Shoe felt short. This is the first durable looking slipper with a heavy sole that I found in size 12. But the shoe was not true to size. Larger sizes weren't available.
