It fit perfectly. So I threw away the box. But when I was wearing it out was very uncomfortable because the tongue is too high and not comfortable to walk in and stiffer than all of my other Converse All Star. If I hadn’t thrown away the box I would’ve returned it

I'm returning the shoes because the grommets for the shoelace eyelets have come out of the eyelet holes. The first pulled out a couple of weeks ago, and today the second one pulled out. This is not acceptable. I've worn these shoes a little over a month, and I don't wear them every day. Structural items such as the grommets should not come apart so quickly. I bought the shoes because I wore Converse Chuck Taylor All Stars when I was a kid--admittedly, a long time ago--and I like the way they look. But they sure don't make them the way they used to. I remember playing basketball in Converse all stars until the soles were worn out, and I don't remember the lace eyelets coming apart, even when the canvas uppers were torn. I'm disappointed in the shoes. Zappo's service is good, though. Keep it up.

One of the shoes had a stain. It's annoying because now I need to deal with exchanging it.

I was sent a woman’s 9-1/2; I went under ‘men’ choice, ordered 9-1/2 for a man. Need 9.5 for a MAN.

I am a true 7.5 in women's shoes. Unfortunately I waited until the day I needed to wear these to try the on. They are almost a full size too big. My suggestion is to order down a size.

Quite possibly the most uncomfortable shoe ever! Converse used to be better made, but what else is new?

Style is good but the cheapest made shoes ever…not the converse shoe I had growing up…seams fall right where your toes are very uncomfortable with the rub of the seam. The shoe is narrow…standing in them was uncomfortable…throwing them in the trash can….writing off converse as a quality shoe company.

They came with scuff marks on them and too big.

I have no clue since I NEVER RECIEVED THE SHOES AND WAS KIT PROVIDED AN OPTION TO GET ANY Resolution! I guess keeping folks money is more important than anything .

Beautiful monochrome white shoes but there are poorly sewn seams in the heel of both shoes that stick out inside the shoes and rub against the back of your feet. I have lots of Converse shoes and never have I had such poorly constructed shoes that hurt my feet. I also noticed they were far lighter in weight than my other Converse in the same style. I had to return them. I hope Converse had not changed their shoes all across the board for these cheaply constructed shoes. Very disappointed.

These are not like the original standard Converse I have always bought. For some reason there is a fabric loop sewn on top of the tongue (in the middle). This makes the tongue constantly slide down and rest on top of my foot were the loop is. I am not sure what the purpose of the loop even is. I tried lacing through the loop (which is not how it arrived, so I'm not even sure that's what it's for), but now you see the black loop where there should have been white laces. There was nothing in the written description or in the photos showing this loop either. I would have returned, but I decided to give them a try outside. Months later and there's been no improvement. These are the most uncomfortable pair of Converse I've ever owned, and I have never had an issue with any of my Converse before.

They started falling apart after 2 months of light use, at this point I have replaced all the glue that is supposed to hold the shoe together at least twice over. If you wear these even semi regularly they will fall apart quickly.

I bought these in May 2020 and wear them to walk my dog. That's all. We live in Arizona so obviously don't go too far during the summer. I'm SO disappointed that these have fallen apart already. Maybe they were defective but no shoe worn about an hour a day should be in this condition in less than four months.

The reviews said that this particular shoe ran big. My son has other converse, so I felt comfortable ordering the same size. Well, the reviews were correct, this shoe definitely runs big.

My Chuck Taylor shoes are too small. I’ll keep the shoes but I want to order them again in a size 8 1/2 please and thank you

These are probably the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever had on my feet, but unfortunately I didn't find that out until I had worn them outside. I bought them a half size larger than recommended to accommodate a problem with my feet because of surgery, but there's something about the outside edge of the right shoe that is so painful I can't wear them. They are extremely heavy for a canvas shoe and have absolutely no padding. I tried putting another thin insole in them, but that didn't work. I've also tried different socks. I bought them exclusively for biking, so I'm not even doing a lot of walking in them. The one reason I wanted them is for the more solid piece that goes across the toes for a little added protection. I've never had this problem with any other shoe. I would not recommend these at all. On the plus side, they are a cute shoe and I've received several compliments for them.

I have never before ordered shoes that are sized for both men and women, but although I picked the size that is stated to be the equivalent of a women's 8.5, I found them to be at least a women's 9.5 in length. Perhaps it's my feet, but these are going back. I am very appreciative of ZAPPOS fast delivery and easy return service, and will try again soon.

This item is NOT charcoal. It is an odd color like almost a brown green. This is falsely advertised. If you are looking for gray these are not for you.

I'm really disappointed in how cheap and disposable Converse have become. My daughter has been wearing these a few times a week for three months and this week the seam between the rubber and canvas on the side of the shoe completely split. It's crazy that Zappos sells shoes that are basically destroyed after three months of regular use!
