I love Zappos. Customer service is on point. selection is large enough. Prices are equal or less than I might find during a sale.

Truly a full size too big - I always wear a 9 women's and up having to order an 8. Although they fit okay, you've really got to cinch up the laces for the heel not to slip and they're crampy in the toes. Material is stiff and I could tell I'd have blisters after wearing a half day. Ouch. Very disappointed. Returning is always a pain and won't try another pair.

It's a classic, what else is there to say? I bought this shoe for weight-lifting (low heel, breathable canvas) and what you see is what you get. Might be a touch narrow, but ordering a half-size down was the right call for me.

This is a Chuck Taylor so you're not buying them because they're top quality and the most comfortable sneaker. You're buying them 'cause you think they're funky. As long as you understand that you're fine.

As many others have said, buy a size down. My feet are pretty side and these fit beautifully. Fun and comfy to wear!

When they say size down, they mean it! I ordered my actual size because I wanted to put full arch support inserts inside (normally I order up a whole size when I plan to use inserts) and they are still big with the inserts in. Go a whole size down if you plan to wear these as is. Overall a great looking shoe though!

These are very poor quality compared to the pair of Vans that I purchased on the same order. They are very light and flimsy and almost one inch longer than the same size 10 Vans. They looked like clown shoes! Maybe that is the style.

Wonderful sneaker, just a little tight from the width stated sneaker was a medium but just doesn't feel like it, maybe I need to break them in a little.

They are truly amazing, comfortable within normal walking, the color is super clear and clean. I cannot stop looking at them. I love them!

I've been a high top Chuckie T wearer all my life, but due to arthritis I had to give them up. I ordered the oxfords thinking I'd be disappointed, but they're just as all around amazing as the high tops. Aside from the classic looks and comfort/grip they're quite breathable and well ventilated. And just stylin' cause... you know. Converse.

Classic styling, relatively durable, and they go with everything. If you've never worn Chuck's before, they tend to run about a half size bigger than other shoes. So, I'm usually a 10.5, but 10s in these.

Awesome shoes. I personally ordered my normal size and they were a bit too big so I had them exchanged for a 1/2 size down and they fit fantastic! As always, Zappos, your shipping and customer service is amazing!

I love Zappos, placed my ordered and received my shoes the next day! Classic Chucks are the best. FYI I had to order a size down because my first order size 6.5 were too big.

I was a little hesitant to do as instructed - order a 1/2 size down. I just got the shoes. So happy I listened to the reviews and ordered a 1/2 size down. They fit perfectly!

I love these shoes. I wear them every chance I get. they are so comfortable and have that laid back style. They don't get very dirty either (yet). Order 1/2 a size down and make sure to order a women's size, if you're female.

I have been wearing Chucks for over 15 years. Same size and style. I wear them until they fall apart and are put back together more than once. That said, I have never owned a pair of Converse this uncomfortable. I didn't think much of the blister from the first day. The blisters from the second and third days were a different story. I threw the last pair out so I don't have the old pair to compare them to, but I am sure something is different. When I started lacing them up something seemed different. It wasn't until all of the blisters that I gave up on them. Maybe I'm old and crazy now, maybe they changed. If you are like me, just don't throw those old ones out yet. I still love Zappos, I just don't know what to think about the Converse.

I generally wear a 6½ in open toed shoes and a 7 in closed toed. Based on the reviews I ordered half a size down from my usual 7 and the shoes were still too big. Aside from that they are very stiff, clunky and uncomfortable and the lack of arch support made them extra miserable. Also, even in a small size they looked like huge clown shoes on my feet. I always like Chucky-tees on other people, but they just do not work for me style-wise or comfort-wise. I had to return them.

Great shoe as it has always been. Newer models have some slight differences from the older shoes but still the same comfort.

The shoes are lovely but I'm a size 9 in women's; however, that size 7 men's is still too big. I'll have to return them and get a whole shoe size smaller to get a better fit.

most comfortable shoes that I have owned. Once you have broken them in they form to your feet. I use them for work since we are required to wear all black. Just be careful however since they are not skid proof and you will slip easily!

My granddaughter had a pair and she wanted me to have the same shoes. She is 7 and I am 70. We both love our converse and we had rather shop at home online with Zappos than at the mall. Zappos is the very best place. Great customer service. Great return service and a company that really appreciates its customers! I love my Zappos store!

I haven't worn these since I was a young girl and I still love this sneaker. They look great, feel great but I do have to wear a no show sock because they rubbed my toes on the side. I will probably buy other colors for the Summer.

Love the shoe, but I just received them and will have to return. I didn't heed the advice of sizing down, and I should have. These are huge! Normally a 8.5, but I have requested an exchange for a smaller full size down 7.5.

The shoes are exactly as you would imagine. Like all Converse, they offer very little in the way of comfort or arch support, but they are stylish and get the job done, if you are just looking for a pair of kick-around shoes. Also, like all Converse, they run especially long (almost a size and a half larger) and thin. If you have a wide foot, I'd stay away. I normally wear a size 10, but I'm an 8.5 in Converse. The colors and the style are great, though. You might want to consider different shoelaces, though. The factory-installed laces are quite long.
