My dad has been wearing "Chuck Taylors" since he was a little boy (he is now 60). It has been increasingly difficult to find the original white high top sneakers and that is the only one he will wear. Thanks to Zappos, not only is he happy, but it is incredibly easy to order and just have them delivered to him directly. What a fantastic company that makes life a little better!

Converse Chuck Taylor\'s have been one of my favorite shoes since I was 15 yrs old. I usually wear a 9.5 Women\'s and have found that Chucks can run a half size larger, so I always order a Women\'s 9/ Men\'s 7 and they fit perfect every time. These arrived fast and were on my feet and I was out the door with no problems. I recommend changing lace color to add another dimension of personal flair.

One word to describe the shoes: Awesome! They do run big so don't get the 1/2 size if you normally do or go a 1/2 size down. No arch support or cushion so if you have sensitive feet, you'll need to buy your own cushion. I have worn this shoe with and with socks and this shoe has never caused any heel discomfort.

I love these sneakers,and always get compliments on them! I have a hard time finding this type of shoe that fits, as I have a really high instep and arch, and thesef fit great. The quality of the canvas and rubber is excellent. I think it\'s a shame they have to be $45, but Zappo\'s price was the best around, so what are you going to do? And of course, Zappos shipping and customer service was fabulous! Every woman should have a pair of red high tops in her closet, even if she\'s 50 like me!

The product I bought was for my granddaughter Sarah. She has these in all colors She would sleep in these if she were able to. Do they come in slippers? Shopping at Zappos.com is a breath of fresh air. Not only do they have an enormous selection of about anything you could ever need, on many occasions they offer free shipping. My best reason for shopping Zappos is they will ship next day and not even charge you extra. Especially now for the holidays always something comes up at the last minute, I'll go straight to Zappos.com and I know I'll get it next day.What company offers you this much without charging you extra? No company that I know of and I have done a lot of shopping online.

These are great, classic, durable shoes, and I hate having to pay the German price as an American working in the Armed Forces. Zappos has allowed me to get the shoes I need as an Armed Forces employee overseas! Great product. Great company.

There's a reason these shoes have been around such a long time. It's a classic design with a ton of ankle support, but if you have high arches like me I suggest buying some form of insole. But once you have those in you'll never want to take these shoes off. And because they look as good in a suit as they do in jeans and a t-shirt, you probably won't have to.

I ordered shoes for my daughter which were the wrong size. I called the company and was pleased to be told the new size would be sent out immediately while the first pair was on its way back to the company. I got the shoes the next day, and I did not have to pay any additional shipping and handling charges. Very prompt, very courteous service!!

Cool retro-style shoe! I bought this in the all-black and also in brown. I didn't like the brown too much so sent it back. But I really love the all-black shoe; very cute with skinny jeans and trench with a scarf, which is how I saw a lot of women wearing this shoe in Paris. This shoe is such an American classic!

I recently purchased eight pair of Converse All Star shoes for our Homecoming court who wanted to look classy, yet a little unique. They looked great in their tuxes and all different colored Converses! I went one size smaller than what they usually wore. I did have to return one pair. It was so easy to return them. The guys absolutely love them and I see them often around the school.

Zappos rocks! I ordered my converse all star tennis shoes in the afternoon and had them the next morning! Why bother going to a shoe store with service like this. I am a customer for life.

I bought these high tops in Navy Blue today from Foot Locker and they are the same price on here as there. I wore them out of the store and they were very comfy! Since I am still only a young teen and might grow a bit more, I always get a size womens 9, mens 7. They fit almost perfect, though a teensy big. The back didn't rub my leg or anything, very nice! These are so vintage and better than any other shoe. After walking or being on concrete a whole day my feet do ache a little, but nothing bad at all. I wear these every day. These are my third pair, and I am so happy!

For the kid within us all, who desire to never let the child likeness (not childishness) go. I have tried Nike Air Forces three times and have decided the classics including Chuck Taylor's are the way to go. As a reminder, do not forget the miracle molding insoles due to Converse's lack of adding insoles for improved arch support. Without these the comfort level goes from five stars to two stars.

I'm 59 and I still have the Converse Cons I bought in 1964. Of course I don't wear them but I reckon I could. I got the incredibly beautiful Chuck Taylor all black, All Stars. They make me feel 14 again. Well maybe not 14. More like 50. I buy about a pair a month from Zappos. So far so good.
