GO FOR IT! I used these (antique brown), brand new, to our daughter's college grad ceremonies on the mainland. They fit well, felt 'broken in' from the start, and looked really sharp! If you've got wide feet like me, this is the one for you!

Only type of shoe I wear..... Always looks good and I receive compliments as well.

20 + years! I started wearing Florsheim Boots 20+years ago! I started wearing Florsheim Royal Imperials and stuck with them through several different toe styles, switching to the Duke when the Royal Imperial dropped the Cuban heel. The Duke is a bit low above the ankle, sometimes coming completely out of the pant & exposing sock. But the higher heel is worth that problem. I keep a new pair in the box waiting in the closet at all times in both colors. As soon as the black goes on sale it'll be time to reorder. Notify me when it does! Great Boot. All I wear!

The Best Dress Boot Ever - I think this is one of the finest dress boots I have ever owned or worn ever. Moreover, It is my hope that production of this boot will continue for years and years to come. The smooth leather, cuban heel, comfort and style of this shoe are exceptionally pleasing to me.

Florsheim Duke - This boot is amazing. Fits perfectly fine and just a very nice looking shoe that goes along with anything a suit or some nice pair of slacks. But Zappos is an excelent retailer on the internet. There no hassle return policy is the best in the industry

I have been wearing these shoes for over twenty years and have purchased them in a number of colors over this time. I will wear no other dress shoe but these. If you like a boot, this is the shoe to try.

boot was narrow - had to order one size wider than other shoes/boots. It was an easy process, including exchanging our boots. Good selection.

Florsheim - My Kind of Shoe - I've never purchased shoes on the net and I must say I am completely satisifed with this purchase. These boots are what I expected maily because I buy Florsheim shoes and know what to expect. They fit, feel and look great.

I just bought a pair Black Cavello Kid Florsheim Duke boots and I've got to say, they are the most comfortable boots I've ever worn. I don't usually wear boots often because they aren't usually very comfortable, but these are an exception. Besides that, the style is unmatchable as far as dress boots go and the quality and durability seem first rate thus far. I'm actually considering buying a second pair, to keep around for when these wear out, just in case they are discontinued. Oh, and about the sizing, they seem to run about the same size and width as most dress shoes and boots, but in my opinion, dress shoes and boots generally run about one half to one size larger than most sneakers, so whether they are true to size depends on what type of shoe you are comparing them to. Either way, they are a great pair of boots.

Dress Boot - The boot is very confortable and supports my arch well. It is also a very good looking formal boot that wears well with suits.

WOW! Selection & Customer Care! & an IDEA for Zappos - I Love this shoe! But Zappos made it better. After being leery of online shopping, I decided to at least try it. After all, I am a size 7 wide, so shopping for shoes is usually a bummer. Well, after my experience with ZAPPOS, why would I bother to go anywhere else? I'm so busy that I don't have the time to drive to the mall, and I know going in that I’ll be disappointed at the "Bricks & Mortar" offerings! Here in cyberspace, if I feel like it, I can get up at 2 am in the morning and browse thousands of pairs, and choose on my own, instead of having to endure the air headed comments of poorly trained and disinterested store personnel. I found that with Zappos, if something's not quite right, I know they will resolve the issue to my satisfaction. So, I’m chucking the bricks, and sticking with the clicks! I even turned my wife on to this site. Now, the only challenge is getting her to try some black leather stilettos! Hey honey, take a look at these! Honey? (PS - This is NOT a plant review, it's really ME, and I’m NOT usually impressed, until now! Now for my IDEA - Hey ZAPPOS - how about creating a "SHOE SIZE GRID" in Acrobat (.pdf format) that we can download to determine our proper shoe size and width? We could trace our feet on a measured grid to determine accurate size, then compare the results to the online review comments so we can have a better chance of getting the initial shoe size and width on the first order - and this could save you thousands of shipping and touch labor costs!! How 'bout it?

Florsheim Duke - I've worn Florsheim shoes for well over twenty years, and found them to be extremely comfortable and really hold up well. They are without a doubt my favorite shoes for comfort and overall value. These boots are no exception, and they look and feel fantastic. Highly recommended, as is Zappos for a great shopping experience and service.

Florsheim Duke - This was the first pair of dress shoes that I have ever purchased on line and I was very pleased with the whole experience. The catalog pictures and description were true to form, when I received the shoes. The overall comfort and fit was better than I could have expected, as well as the price !!!

Florsheim's Duke - The Duke is a boot that can't be beat. I've worn that brand and style for almost 20 years! They do appear to be cut a tad narrow so I have always opted for incremental width. The only improvement Florsheim could make on this fine boot is to introduce an oxblood color into this line to compliment the black and gold standards.

The best Looking Shoe - This boot is perfect, the upper leahters have a very neat look, and the western type heel is also a good detail of style; they fit perfectly and are very comfortable, you can wear them all day long without having feet problems at all. The price is also very good. I currently own two pair that I wear most of the time(Black and Antique Gold) It would be great if Florsheim made the in Dark Brown or Cordovan.
