A great boot!!!! I got the same boot in cognac a little while back and just had to have them in black. I only wish they came in a lighter brown (tan). They fit like a glove and go very well with jeans or a sport jacket. I have been buying all my shoes from Zappos since finding your site a few years back and find your service and speed in shipping to be unrivaled. Thank you for all you do.

Stepping out with "the Duke" This is my second pair of dukes, and probably my tenth pair of Florsheims. As with the first pair, I heeded the advice in the reviewers, and ordered an 11 (instead of my usual 10.5) with an "aaa" width...the fit is terrific...I am having trouble finding "cognac " shoe polish....however, the fit and feeling, are worth this small problem..." if you want to feel like a king, wear a pair of duke's." Great boot - My husband was wary of putting on a boot with a heel this high but he said the fit is excellent for his wide foot and the height feels great for him...it's his new favorite.

This Florsheim boot is the best looking boot I have ever owned, it is comfortable to wear. I keep my boots well polished and I like a good shine. This boot shines very well and looks great.

Such Style - Genteleman, I have been a fan of the Duke for many years. They are always in style an I get compliments on them always. I own a hair salon in Florida and as I am on my feet most of the day, I need a good arch support. This boot delivers just that. I just ordered two extra pair to be on the safe side. Please keep them on your "must continue to make" list.

I've worn the Duke boot since they came out. So long ago I can't really put a time on how long. They're no longer available in stores in upstate NY and I have obtained them from Zappos the last few purchases. The boot looks great and is so comfortable it's like not having a boot on at all. Several of my friends and co-workers have started wearing them after seeing them on me. I wear them with everything from jeans to suits.

Never lose the style and comfort - I've worn this type shoe for the past 30 of my 50 years of life. It affords good support to my heels and relieves my plantar fasciitis. Very comfortable and well made. I hope these would not be discontinued like what I was told when I used to order them from a store in San Francisco.

I love the way these boots fit and wear. They seem to last forever. My only problem is that the place where I live is so small and they are hard to find. Thanks to the internet I finally found them. I've had several pair, and I love em.

Great looking boot. Easy to break-in. You need to buy a half size larger than you wear. The boot is sized a little small. Overall, I like the boot. I have had a lot of positive compliments. I would like to have the same boot in a brown or tan color.

This dressy semi-boot holds a good shine. The leather is stiff. Maybe with time and proper leather treatment the boot will become soft and comfortable. The shoe is boxier than the illustrations. The sole appears to be machined cut with unfinished sharp sole edges while attempting to appear Italian. However, this sharp sole edge may be necessary in order to compliment the boxiness of the front toe of the shoe. It is worth the Florsheim price.

After initially receiving the wrong item (supplier mistake) customer service was super responsive and fixed everything. I have had these boots for a week now, and I fell like I just want to keep wearing them forever. They feel kind of loose when I'm seated, but when I get up and walk, I think they are great and I would not change a thing. I have been wanting these boots since 2016. I'm glad I finally got them.

These boots by Florsheim were the 2nd pair ordered the first a size 13 was to large.Now have them in a 12M initially I found them a little tight on my right foot,but continuous wearing inside my home, have alleviated that problem. I love these boots,for me the style is perfect and I have been wearing Florsheim shoes / boots for decades, they produce a good bang for the buck. Give them a try.I'm confident you will like them as well.

Florsheim Duke Boot Review - 1. The Florsheim duke boots are great. Exactly what I wanted. I had worn Florsheim Half Wellingtons before and had missed some of the qualities that only boots can deliver. I am "back home" again. 2. The Duke for a Duke - My husband loves this boot, it is the only one he will wear, he has both colors, brown and black. He says it is the most comfortable boot he has worn. I hope Zappos never stops carrying this boot as it is very hard to find.

My husband has never had a pair of boots fit him as well as these do. Width was exact and the quality is very good. I would recommend these to anyone. I do believe the width is true to size and the boot is very nice looking on. The picture doesn't do it justice. Thank you.
