Wish it came in narrow - This is my 4th pair and wish they came in 'A' width. I have to wear an insert to fit.

Comfort and style - Totally pleased to find this replacement for a boot I owned years ago and have been unable to find comparable comfort and look since. Dealing with Zappos was a pleasure. They upgraded my delivery time with the added plus of free shipping so I was able to order two pairs - tried for sizing and sent back the unwanted pair. Great service!

Pleased with the Supplier and the product - I normally find a problem with shipping, or style or looks. This was a remarkable experience, from the first phone call to the day (only 4 days later) that I received my order. I'm very pleased with the product and can assure you I will be a repeat customer and sing your praises to the people I know and encourage them to use you as well.

Excellent customer service - My son in law always shops for shoes at this site and he mentioned it to me. I bought the first pair, but they were slightly tight. I called the customer service and received the new pair a couple of day later. A week later I bought a pair of Bass for my son. I would recommend this site for my friends.

Review- Florsheim Duke - I have appreciated the Florsheim quality for at least 15 years. Although there are a great many other brands, Florsheim is the best for me. I have a little wider feet and I like the in-step support.

Great shoes and BETTER service- First off let me say, you will not find a better place to deal with period. I originally bought a pair of Nunn Bush Bristol’s and I could not get my foot in them. Called customer service and sort of felt like I was in a dream when they told me how easy it was to return them. Then I ordered these and I had them before I could get to UPS to ship the other ones back. This boot is very classy and very comfortable, perfect for about any dress occasion. Thanks ZAPPOS for a pleasant buying experience. Will buy again.

Florsheim's Duke - Well pleased with quality, style, fit, looks, comfort and the opportunity for a full refund within in one year from purchase date and additionally Zappos will pay shipping for returned item (CANNOT BEAT THIS). A Real Find- I really like this boot it feels great the fit is perfect to what I ordered. It was not my first choice I wanted a shorter heel but they were out of my size. It is great because I can wear them with a dress suit or blue jeans. I like the zip-up 6" because it feels better than the regular boot, goes on easier and is warm but not to hot in the summer. Plus they are well crafted. I will buy more Florsheim Boots and Shoes. I ordered on Friday about 2 and had my boots Monday at noon! Thanks again Zappos, ~Jack

Lost buyer - I wore these boots over twenty-five years ago, and they belonged to a friend mine at the time, but I needed to borrow a his boots, wore them, and couldn't believe how comfortable they were. He told me to keep them, which I did for years to come. The bad part was I could never find them again in any stores. So I was sure I wouldn't find then again until I went on this site to look at boots and, walla, there they were. I have a very wide foot (4e), these come in 3E so I can and will live with it for the rest of my life, because they are the best and most elegant, comfortable, boot I have ever seen or worn.

Delighted - I am very pleased. Pretty soon I will order the boot in brown. I have the black already.

Good Ol' Friend - This shoe is a staple in my wardrobe closet. It has class, comfort and a great fit for me! Always a pleasure to shop at Zappos where the customer service is the best.

Most Pleased with Purchase - We were most pleased with this purchase. There was a problem with one of the pair of shoes, but when we contacted Zappos another pair of shoes was immediately sent out. We could not believe the wonderful "Customer Service"!! We will definitely be buying from Zappos again!!

WOW!!!! Zappos does it again!!! Zappos! Absolutely amazing! Gave me the 2nd day air, and just received them within 2 days of ordering my boots. They fit like a glove! This is was my first time ordering boots, and I am not used to the higher heels. I hope people don't think I am wearing women's boots. I've looked around different shoe stores in the malls, they don't even come close to Zappos. You guys have better selection, prices, and the best customer service!!! I've referred all my friends here, and I'll keep coming. I would even buy your stock too. Keep up the good work!!!

The only dress boot to own. I have been wearing these shoes for over 25 years. And will continue to wear them as long as they are available. I purchased and presently own what I believe to be all colors. This is the only dress boot to purchase for comfort and style!

Great Service - The merchandise was exactly as described. The size was too small only because I provided the wrong information when ordering. These boots ran true to size. When they were exchanged for the correct size they were a perfect fit. The shipping is so fast and the customer service was beyond my expectations.
