I have worm UGGs for years, so I had no reason to believe in ordering another pair, they wouldn't fit. I can't even get my left foot into the boot. Something must be wrong with the sizing. I'm returning them.

It got a few bits of water and BOOM! Stain for life. They look like I've had them for at least a few months but I just got them last week. I can't believe it. I thought the quality was so much better.

They are really comfortable but I looked closely at mine and noticed and could see like almost glue and the stitching was weird? They are expensive so they should be like perfect!! My first pair of boots came wrapped and had stickers on the bottoms...these had no stickers on the bottom and came in packaging like someone had worn them already. Overall, way too expensive for such poorly made product.

This is a cute boot that has lasting style. However, if you have a high instep don't plan to wear for extended periods of time. Overall I'm pleased.

I bought 2 pairs of classic short in chestnut ( size 9 and7) one for me , one for my friend. The size 9 looks great , colour and shape are as expected. The size 7 is much darker in colour(not pretty at all) .Even the sole has a darker colour and the shape is not great, they look like "already worn boots".i took a picture of the 2 boots and sent it to my friend and she thought that the size 7 were my old boots bought years ago. I wouldn't buy online anymore.

I own many pairs of uggs and out of all the uggs the black are the worst. They fade like crazy. After one short week they began to fade!

I have been wearing Uggs for about ten years but I had to order 3 times to get close to the correct size. I'm still having the top stretched by a shoe shop. I live at 9000 ft in the mountains of Colorado and you are continuously taking shoes off and on. The smaller width and tightness across the top make it much more difficult to get them on and off. Still love my Uggs!

I'm a size 6.5 and I ordered a size 6 when I tried them on they were a little tied on me. Was going to returned them but decided to keep them since they stretch a little. I hope.

I love the comfort of my UGGS it is just that the 1st pair I received had a little defect that got worse but UGGS stood by their product and replaced the boots. I also have the same problem and a fading issue with my black boots that I have just sent back to UGGS as well and I hope that they will replace these as well. I just hope that the same issues do not happen with the new boots that I have gotten now because I love them they are so warm and comfortable.

Very comfortable outdoor slippers. I needed a rich chocolate brown to match my shearling coat so I was only disappointed with that. The classic boots were a dusty brown that get lighter with wear.

I was very excited to get my first pair of Uggs last Christmas (2011). After around a year of wearing them, they still looked new. I took very good care of them (I used the Ugg Care Kit and waterproofed them every few months). I noticed a small tear near the seam a few days ago. I have no idea how it happened. I went to put them on the next day and they completely tore all the way across the back (3-4 inch tear). Very upset.

When my uggs came they had a small tear in the seam and within three days of wearing them the bottom started to wear out and I consider myself to walk properly without dragging my feet on the ground. Other than these things, they were good.

I reluctantly bought these for my stepdaughter. It is so common for kids to wear these boots that I feel they are a sign of lack of individuality, but she really wanted them so.....oh well. As an experiment we also bought her a pair of similar boots (in a different color) that cost about $100 less, made by UKALA. UKALAs are almost exact copies of UGGs and look just as good. The UGGS might have a bit more padding in the lining but aside from that they are virtually identical down the the quality of the suede and soles. UKALAs are lined with soft Merino wool rather than fleece, not a bad substitution for a much less pricey boot. I do not understand why UGG can't at least use suede piping around the edges rather than cheap canvas-type fabric. This is the least they can do if they are going to charge these prices. I guess we paid $100 for tiny bit of extra padding and an UGG label on the back for everyone to see; better known as free advertising for them.

I was worried this boot was not an authentic UGG. It said made in the USA where all the boots and all the info I could find about the genuine UGGs boot says they are made in China or VietNam. The 'fleece' did not feel like real sheep skin, it was short and felt like a synthentic material. The sole was stiff and not flexable as most of the info on these boots stated. I spent hours on line trying to compare them and finally, went to an authorized UGG retail store and they said they probably were, especially since I got them from your site. They didn't know and were curious about the country of origin. I certainly would rather have a USA made product but also wanted to make sure I was giving the genuine product. I sent an email to the site and received no reply. I called and the customer rep said some of the boots are made in the USA.....they were a gift so I'm not sure if she really liked them or plans to send them back. Sincerely, Patricia Johns
