The comfort. Perfect with yoga togs. I have never had a problem with the quality of UGGS. BUT, this new pair isn't sewn properly on the right toe. I am the only one that will notice probably. But when I spend money, I want perfect. Thank you.

Fur is coming out of the sitching on the side of my boots only wore them 5 times since I brought them

It was okay, but it was far to narrow, can barely wear it with my thick socks. So I returned it but it was cute.

I love the shoes, very comfortable. The only flaw I didn't agree with is I asked for black shoes and I was given shoes that look like the black is fading. I love the shoes but the color is extremely dissappointing. I overall I love the shoes just not the color.

I think i only bought these books because "everyone" wears them.I heard so many people say how great they were. I feel like they are high quality, but I think I'll stick with my other boots!The worse part is you dont want to get them wet from snow due to the staining. I only wear them when its dry out, almost a pointless buy for me. I have no problem with the price of the boots. You can tell its high quality but so many things aboout them are a turn off. I bought a pair for my daughter but we couldnt keep them clean. I may try a differant type of Ugg boots and see if I still feel the same way.

I purchased these boots for my husband who is always cold. He wears 2-3 pairs of socks daily. Hence my purchase of these boots for him. However, I ended up being the receiver due to the fact that they did not fit him. They were too restricting according to my husband. So instead of returning them, he made a gift of them to me. I have enjoyed them at home. I admit that I thought they would be a lot warmer. And I live in an area that's considered mild compared to other states on the east coast.Nevertheless, I am thankful for them.

I can't wait for the cold to wear my Ugs. the most comfortable footwear ever. I tried a different shoe this time a waterproof boot and so far They are OK but I also bought my usual, and after MANY other pair of the same style boot I am VERY disappointed in These...I know my feet have not grown These are TOO small!

Boots were ok.

I have a pair that are two years old and the wool lining was so much softer and more thickly cushioned than the new ones.

I do love the fit and warmth. I hope this pair lasts longer than pair purchased in 2008. . My previous pair has a hole over the big toe in both boots. Uggs did not take responsibility. I will be bringing the last pair to a shoe repair shop. I do hope this new ones last longer for the pair. I care for my purchases and I have footwear that is in good condition from the 1990s. I am hoping the pair from 2008 was a lemon.

This boot did not have the authenticity marks your website described. I'm not sure if they are authentic. I do know that I paid the authentic price.

Nothing to brag about but they are ok

Overall, I am pleased with the quality of the boot. This is a Christmas gift for my daughter. However, I am disappointed with how the merchandise was packaged. The product name was on the box and the tape to seal it also had the name on it. My daughter saw it and now knows it's for her since she is the only girl. Whatever priceless memory I thought I would capture is now gone. For future reference, during the holiday season, either send the items in a non-marking box or place in a plain box.

When we order your product it most likely this time of year is for a gift. It would be so much smarter with theft of packages after delivery on peoples porches AND the fact that the person bringing the package into the house might be the recipient of the gift that you would send it in a non logoed box. I really feel the packing box does not need to say uggs. The inside box is sufficient. That being said. Shipping was fast. Although the surprise factor of my daughter receiving them christmas morning is no longer a factor...

My current pair is my second pair. The sole in my first pair lasted for years. The sole in my current pair is approx. 1 year old and is starting to show considerable wear. Fwiw, I wear inside, don't walk around a lot, but do stand for extended chunks of time. The upper sleeve area (covering lower leg) on my old uggs lasted for years (probably 12-14 yrs), before it ripped. After approx. 1 year, a small rip (you can stick your finger through to skin)in upper sleeve appeared in my current pair.

I love the versatility of my Uggs, they provide me with warmth in the winter, while being so easy to put on. My Uggs were y favorite Christmas gift this year, however the one thin that disappoints me is that when I wiped them with a damp cloth to clean the salt off, they faded pretty badly.

Will have to return this product as the size is too small. I purchased the size 11's based on the exact same pair I have now. Hopefully, a size down will work!

Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love my Uggs. They are really really really warm, my feet are never cold while wearing them, even though I live in Canada and it can get as cold as -35 degrees. They are also super cute an go well with everything, really easy to put on and super comfortable. BUT, they get stained really easily and are impossible to clean. Yes, I've used all kind of products, but it's just impossible to remove the salt and water/snow stains. I still love them, but I wouldn't recommend them to be used in a snow, even though you would've protected them - I did put water resistant spray on them and they still got stained. Also, they've began to wear out already after couple of months of use, there are small strings coming out from the seams etc.

I went through two pairs in two years because they fall apart or develop holes

I was so excited about buying my first pair of Uggs only to find when I took them off my feet/socks were black. My feet do not sweat,as a rule, so I was shocked to see this. I had no idea that an Ugg boot would do this on the first wearing. I saw the note included in the box but assumed that referred to the outside of the boot. I bought the spray to take care of stains and water. I don't know what the solution to this problem could be.

My daughter wanted these for Christmas, this is the only time of the year I will ever spend this kind of money for one pair of shoes for a 15yr. old girl. The price of these boot's is outrages.

I loved my UGGs when I first got them, they were so soft and fashionable. But about 4 months of wearing them they got a giant hole in them. I got to home fixed at a local shoe repair, and yet another hole appeared! I was very disappointed because I payed a lot of money for these UGGs.

these boots run really big. I returned them for a smaller size and different style. They were kind of plain looking.
