Shoes were a little narrow on my feet

I really love these boots but they start to look worn easily. I have heard they last forever but random stuffing is coming out the sides very strange I'll update and tell if they continue to fall apart. I still love the comfort and ease but not a out door shoe more like a slipper

Product itself is comfortable and practical, however color is much darker than pictured! This color is purple, not pink.

Hello, I have three pair in my closet. All Classic and camel color. Two pair have holes worn in the top from thin material....I just ordered another pair because they are warm and comfortable but will have to wear socks to keep my toenails and bare feet from wearing out the fabric. This seems a bit bothersome to me. II keep my toenails groomed and they are not excessively long at all...So, this may be the last pair I ever purchase. Sorry. They fit so snug that wearing socks would not be comfortable for me. I like the fact I can slip them on without socks and go. Could you place a thicker piece inside the toe area? :) Thank you, Debra

The last pair I owned tore on the sides when I pulled them on from the sides! They were a year old! In your defense, I used a water proofer on them?

the return boots I received, were indeed in better condition than the original boots purchased

This is in reference to original purchase.I did like that the boot was stylish and warm. With that said, it was not durable for the price paid. It does not meet the true needs of Midwest weather. I have not had the new ones too long yet to see if the replacement is better.

In fact I like the grey color but have to return this pair

I own a Crossfit gym and I wear them to and from the gym because it's so cold. I love almost everything about them except the tag on the inside of each boot causes a rash. Not sure I can continue to wear them the way I thought they were intended to wear. They are super cute and comfortable otherwise!

No complaints about the quality or condition of the boots, I just couldn't get the product on past mid-foot. I have a slightly wider foot but I actually own the tall classic boots in gray in the same size and could get those on much easier, so it seemed weird that the short ones would give me so much more difficulty. I was disappointed that I had to return them, otherwise they were nice boots. No sense it paying all that money for something that takes so much work just to put on.

I love these shoes so much, however they are so hard to clean i'm scared to wear them regularly.

My wife loves UGGs which is why I purchased these boots.

So disappointed with my purchase I've been buying uggs for a couple of years and when i bought a pair December 10 2015 there was less sheep skin now I'm worried during cold days it won't feel as warm as before mind u i live in NYC

My first Ugg purchase I really needed a warm comfortable boot for s main staple. Have autoimmune disorder . The boots are warm on the sides. I was disappointed that within 2 weeks the sole inside wore down and feels like is peeling up. Has a hump in one boot. I needed them for vacation so didn't have time to return them.

They are much shorter and tighter then my other pair that are the same exact size.

A well made and stylish boot for daily wear but... If you're looking for cushioning and arch support they have none. Will have to add insoles if planning to wear and walk for long periods of time. Great for those without foot problems. May want to reconsider if you do have foot issues or add some quality inserts.

okay-if I waited a few days could have gotten them 30% cheaper- THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER PRICE I GUESS THEY WON'T SHOW THIS REVIEW

I have plenty of these classic short boots in various colors. My father bought me the Chestnut color for Christmas of 2014 and all of my boots i have had longer then 1 year and still look great. This last pair (Chestnut 1 year old) have started to tear from the stich line where the side meets the sole.....so upset given this has never happened with any other color in this same style.

The sheep skin is not as plush as with past UGGS and the heel slips up and dwn. Not for long wear and will need a sock to keep boot in place.

The boots themselves were as expected (nothing ever varies with UGG's), however, I ordered these online this time rather than going to the store to buy some, because of the convenience of them being delivered. But when they were delivered they came in a shoe box that was inside of a standard box. Well the day they were dropped off on my porch it was a day of downpouring rain. I did not get home from work until 6 pm, and not only was the outer box soaked, but the shoe box was wet as well. Luckily the wrapping around the boots themselves kept them dry. However, I was pretty angry that the shoe box had to be dried out, which made it all bent and warped when these are a gift for someone for Christmas. In the future, UGG would be wise to package their shoe boxes in some sort of rain proof bag INSIDE of the large outer box for this reason. If I had not been home to bring those boots inside (most likely 3 or 4 hours after delivery) then it's safe to assume the actual boots themselves would have been completely soaked! I will most likely never order online again because of this.

My old Uggs were stolen at the gym. I loved them and they were my slip on and go boot. This new boot does not have the lush sherling that I loved. There is some heel slippage unless you wear socks. I found this style ordinary. I expect more. I have two other Uggs and want more to try out the styles. Some offer side zip that stops heel slippage but they are heavier. I guess the fun is in trying more styles. Free returns would be great. Oprahs pick is interesting.

these are not comfortable at all. Yes they are toasty warm but they offer no support at all. Very disappointed.

kinda mad because the fur on the inside is messed up and some is sticking out which looks bad.

I bought my first pair of Uggs over 8 years ago and loved them. They were classic short boots that lasted me about 6 years. Since then, I've purchased/been given several pairs of Uggs and none have held up well at all. It seems the quality of these shoes have really gone down. The fur seems to fall off quickly and in large patches. Also, the last pair ripped right along the back seam when I put the boot on FOR THE FIRST TIME. I've wanted to purchase another pair recently but decided not to due to my consistent bad experiences with this brand.
