Have been a fan of the Clarks brand since back in the day when some of their shoes were made in Ireland. These Desert Boots are very comfortable and took no time to break in. Great casual look and feel that goes well with jeans or chinos. I went with the Beeswax version and could not be happier with that choice.

Bought these for my husband and he loves them! Almost as much as I love seeing him wear them! These are so classy looking!

I already had a pair of these in olive suede, so I knew how they fit and how they would hold up. The desert boots are extremely well made, and they will last a very long time. The black polished leather that I ordered looks really nice--so much more fancy looking than the suede boots. The leather seems to be very high quality. I am really pleased with these shoes.

They felt a half size larger. I put some insoles in them for more support and that took up the extra space. The leather is thicker than the Bushacre 2. I have both. The sole is also more cushy. Overall, they are very comfortable and go great with jeans or chinos. Overall they are a

The color, fit and finish are fine. They are what I have come to expect from Clarks. But in this pair, there was a very uncomfortable heal cushion under the rear insole. The cushion was approximately 1&3/4" by 3&1/2". It was at least 1/16" thick. It felt like I was balancing on a narrow piece of cardboard left in there by mistake. My other Clark shoes have a similar cushion, except not as thick and not as small. It was more uncomfortable on the left shoe. I peeled back the insole liner and removed the cushion on both shoes. Now they are comfortable.

My feet aren’t exactly symmetrical—the right is a bit longer, while the left is a bit thicker top to bottom. One of the reasons I love Desert Boots (and Wallabees) is the spacious, no-frills construction, so that minor differences in foot shape/size don’t cause a problem right out of the box. The high quality leather then conforms to each foot over the first few weeks, resulting in an uncommonly comfortable fit in a versatile, timeless design. Got my first pair about 20 years ago, and I’ve never been disappointed.

My husband loves these shoes so much! Keep producing them.

The fit seemed pretty true. They were a touch tight at first but the leather stretched out very well after just a few wears.

These were a gift for my college grad son. They fit well, were the classic Clark Desert Boots that he wanted. The look great if most possibly all occasions. Can dress them up or down depending on the outing. Shipping was excellent as usual.

Boots were true to size, maybe a slight bigger than true. Perfect for me I wear 9.5-10 and the size 9.5 was perfect just enough space between toe and shoe. The boots itself are very comfortable, from sole to suede upper. Would definitely buy again!!!

I Love these boots. I bought a few other pairs by different makers but returned them all; should've known to go with the original maker of the desert chukka in the first place. I've had these almost a year now and they're my go to casual shoes; some of my other boots i probably like more, but these are so easy to get on and off and are so comfortable, it's the easy choice when i'm just running around town. I wear a 9.5 in nearly all of my shoes, but based on other reviews went with a 9. they pinched a little so returned and went with the 9.5, which fits well, so i'd recommend going true to size.

Great looking shoe, very comfortable and seem to be good quality. I normally wear a size 11.5 but had to get these as size 11 because 11.5 felt way too big!

A little tight when trying them on for the first time but they will stretch out a bit after the first couple of wearing days. I like the style a lot and didn't buy these for arch support, which is not great. I have orthotics that I use in my other shoes but these Chukkas were a little to tight for them. I will try again when they have broken in completely.

These are great shoes. I'm still wearing them as I write this! I had them resoled about two years ago with a nice black vibram sole... I never really loved the crepe sole but with the Vibram sole they are perfect. My feet are slightly wider than they used to be, so if I bought another pair I'd size up, but these have formed to my foot overtime.

I ordered 10.5 which is my normal size. Additionally I need to wear inserts. The boots were a little tight around my big toe only on my right foot. After a couple of days they felt fine and fit perfectly. I also previous bought the desert boot in the beeswax style ( 10.5 w/inserts) the break-in period was longer roughly a week. Both look great and yes I wear them with shorts!

Classic and stylish as always. Definitely order a size smaller than usual. I’m a 13 in Brooks and wear a 12 in Clarks.

Excellent comfort, order at least a half size smaller than normal.

Comfortable to wear. These were purchased to replace a similar worn pair.

This is my fourth pair of desert boots. I’ve had all three other pairs for almost ten years and they only get better with age.
