Good shoe, sort of. I really liked this shoe when I bought it, but after about a year the sole on the outerside of the right foot wore down to a point where it seperated from the shoe. But besides that small fact I think that it is a good shoe.

They arent the same. I had the desert boots while growing up, when comfort didn't matter. I thought these things were the best shoes in the world, but now its time to face facts! There is no arch, you just can't seem to get them tight enough, I have even tried soaking them and then wearing till dry. Sorry I'll stick with the Clarks - Wallabees, very good shoe, same price,just "ALOT" more comfortable.

I had to exchange the first pair due to sizing and I'm happy with the exchange process, but I'm really unhappy with the condition the next pair came it. One of the shoes had scuffs all over the front and no stuffing inside. I'm not sure what to do because I like the shoe, but am annoyed that i obviously got a shoe that was tried and worn.

I love the look of the boots, but that is about it. I had to order three pairs to get the right size. The pair I kept are a full size smaller than what my foot measures as. After wearing them I found that they have some very uncomfortable spots - there is a pressure point where the tongue meets the lower part of the boot, and I have heel blisters and one very painful pressure point at the base of my right heel.

I hope they loosen up. I really wanted a 10.5 Wide in this shoe, but since you do not provide Wides, I've been suffering through Mediums hoping they will loosen up. Not very promising so far, I have to untie the laces after a few hours.

These are classics. Possibly a bit different in comfort than an old pair I had years ago , (last is different maybe?) but these may just need to be broken in a bit more. The style is still there for sure. They look wicked with some dark denim.

I love these shoes. Comfortable and suitable for any occasion.

Felt pretty great for a first wearing. Once they are fully broken in they will be awesome. Investing in cedar shoe trees is worth it too.

Fantastic looking and stylish chukka! Get classic Clarks profile. Everyone should have at least one Clarks. Its a staple. Can dress up or down and look perfect! One of my favorite pair of shoes.

As many of the previous reviews mention, these ran 1/2 size larger. I am a true 10.5M shoe size, ordered the size 10M and they fit perfectly. These are the iconic and comfortable desert boots, and this original model with the crepe soles are much more comfortable that the other version with the harder sole material. You can't go wrong with these, they look great with jeans or casual khakis, and never go out of style!

These boots are great chinos or jeans. They are durable. The leather is a little stiff now but I’m sure it will soften with a few wears.

LOVE me some Clark desert boots. But they run big. Order a half size down.

It was a gift to my son he was very please how they fit and felt

I normally wear a size 10 Zappos suggested a half size smaller and they were right on the money fit great. I love the color (olive) still breaking them in, so far they have very good.

My favorite work shoes, they are only thing I'll wear to the office. My first pair of Clarks lasted three years and this is the first time I'm replacing them, I might like the look of the beeswax II color even more than the original beeswax.
