These shoes were very small. I ordered half a size larger after reading reviews. I could not get my foot into the shoe! Very disappointing, as they look so comfortable. I will be returning them. Unable to make a determination about comfort or style but this comment would not be accepted without completion.

I had to return this shoe because I could not even get the 71/2 on my foot. If you are ordering get at least a size larger.

This shoe runs very small. I wear an 8 1/2 and I couldn't even get my foot into the shoe. If I had liked it (and not been so annoyed by sizing), I would have ordered it two sizes larger.

I have worn this style for 5 or 6 years. And still have two pair that I currently wearing. I love those. This pair came so small that I cannot get my feet into them. So they are useless. Very disappointed as they have to go back.

softwalk? riiight. I was expecting comfort. True the footbed is really squishy and all but that is of little comfort when one's left pinkie toe is 90% blister and one's right heel is a mess. I wore them around the house for a few days and they seemed fine but the first time I went outside...

Cute looking shoe but insole makes them impossible for me to wear. Insole is just too much-can't find a way to remove it. I was very disappointed because I loved the look. Foolishly tossed the box and did not return to Zappos. Would not recommend this shoe-so over-kill with the effort to make a "soft-walk" shoe!

I loved these shoes. Now you can't find them. Adorable 2.0 has a different sole that acts like velcro and grips the carpet, causing trips and falls. They also velcro slacks to the sole, causing balance problems when your slacks are stuck under your heel. Hate the new shoes.

I followed advice from reviews to go a half size up and that was very good advice. I wear a narrow and the width was perfect for me. As others have mentioned, there was a bit of pressure over the top of the foot, but after one day of wearing that lessened and wasn’t an issue for me

I love wearing it to work I walk a lot so comfortable and my co workers envy about it. This is my second pair I got it fm Zappos.

Wish these would have worked out. The high instep did not work for me.

I ordered a half size larger and an extra wide because I have rheumatoid arthritis, which has caused hammer toes and fallen arches. These shoes are so supportive and comfortable, accommodating my socks easily. It is so nice to walk pain free and stable.

These fit well right out of the box. Wore them all day the first day with no problems. The comfort level is good, they look great with jeans and slacks. I'll probably buy a second pair.

Before purchasing, I read reviews suggesting that they ran small and to go 1/2 size larger. I did just that, and they fit perfectly. I am on my feet all day long, and this was my first day wearing them the entire day. My feet feel better than they usually do, so I'm impressed. The cushion on the foot bed looks like the egg crate foam, which I've never seen in an insole. They fit well, and I don't feel like I'm going to walk out of them, nor do they feel too snug. I hope they stand the test time and don't wear out too quickly.

Magical shoe. Only issue is the material chips easily but the comfort makes up for it. 10/10

I love this shoe. I wear a size 9.5 WW and the shoes fit perfectly. I like the style and I've gotten many compliments on how sharp they look. The leather is soft and forgiving, and the firm reinforced toe area keeps your toes safe if some one steps on them. I wore them for hours the first day, and my feet were comfortable.

Fit was slightly tight accross the top of the foot on my foot. I have a high arch so this is not uncommon for me. The foot bed was amazing and I wish that these shoes had fit me better. Please try these if you're looking work work shoes that require a lot of standing.

I normally wear a 9.5 medium width shoe. According to suggestions I bought a 10 medium. It is a bit snug. I will keep the shoes but can only wear thin socks with them.

I found out that I have plantar fasciitis and needed better support in my shoes. These shoes are very comfortable and have a lot of cushion and support. I did order a half size larger after reading the reviews that they run a bit small. Very comfortable shoes.

Because it felt too snug, I exchanged my 7.5 medium to a size 8 wide. Still slightly snug enough for support but comfortable enough to wear standing all day.

I purchase these for my daughter. They are her favorite work shoe, the only kind she wears all of fall and winter. She has been wearing these for several years now and has not found any that she prefers. She is a loyal customer!
