Beautiful shoe, but due to my duck feet, the width was great but the heel slipped too much and I must return them. It's not the shoe, it's my feet. I'll keep trying to find that perfect shoe for me.

Normally it takes 4-8 days to break in a pair of shoes however these were broke in on the second day I wore them. Extremely comfortable and I have a very difficult foot. So glad I purchased these.

The fit and size was great. True to size. My customer service experience was fantastic.

The egg crate insole is amazing! Comfort beyond words! The top of the shoe seems to fit a little tight over the top of my foot. I'm hoping this will break in. It's a good looking clog and I'm looking forward to getting lots of wear out f it! I typically wear an 8 but needed an 8 1/2 for this shoe.

I tried on these shoes when they arrived. After wearing them an hour, I ordered the same shoe in brown and navy. I am 83 and have struggled with trying to find very narrow and comfortable shoes since I started wearing shoes. I went through elementary school during WWII with shoes that ate my socks as rationing made it impossible to find proper fitting shoes in the small town where I lived. These shoes are perfect - they are comfortable with the wide toe box and the flexible sole. My size 7.5 Slenders are just wonderful. They are leather and suitable for wearing to most of the places I go everyday. Try them if you want shoes that feel good and look good!

Needed to return for a 1/2 size larger as they run a bit small but other than that I am extremely satisfied. This is a very nice looking casual shoe that I wear to walk to work each day (30 blocks each way) and the comfort is unbelievable. Better than my expensive running shoes!! I have had plantar fasciitis and these shoes are so good to my feet - they keep me walking.

These were very soft leather shoes. They were a true size 13 however were too wide at heel.

I love these shoes. I have not yet worn them outside of my house, but they feel great! I did order both the 9 W and 9.5 W as other comments indicated that the shoe ran a bit small. I am keeping the 9.5W. The way that the insoles make me feel happy when I walk. Really neat, cushy feeling. The leather on these is soft and I do not think they will be hard to "break in."

These shoes are extremely comfortable. They give ample room for my toes and provide excellent arch support. These features solve my problems: a bunion on a small toe and back ache (when I don't get sufficient arch support). They are cushiony and soft under my feet. They look stylish with casual clothes. I'm enjoying taking walks in them. I highly recommend these shoes. Anonymous customer

As these are a work shoe and I am on my feet, they are perfect. The half size larger is more comfortable to start with and they do tend to mold to your feet. I have had the stitching around the sole repaired and the stitching on the heel repaired after extended wear and got more life out of them. I'm on my fourth pair.

These are not the best looking shoes but they are extremely comfortable, especially for work because they are somewhat professional looking. The footbed is so soft - feels like your foot is being massaged all day. It is not a smooth footbed but more like those egg crate mattress toppers. Very very comfy.

I usually wear a size 8 ½ M, but after reading prior ZAPPOS reviews, I ordered size 9M. Perfect fit. First day I wore them for 9 hours (I don't usually wear new shoes for that length of time, but I'm glad I did), and they were super comfortable. For whatever reason, the top part of my foot is wider than the heel, sometimes making it difficult to buy a comfortable shoe, but these were great. I would highly recommend them.

This is a wonderful shoe. Very soft to walk in. I am using my first pair for over 8 years. I have ordered new ones twice, but each time they do not fit. They are so small that I can barely get my foot into the shoe. This last pair ordered I did order a size larger. I will not order more, as I have to send them back. Sorry to know I am not going to get any new ones anymore.

I always buy 2 sizes to try on: a 7 and a 7 1/2. I couldn't get my foot into either one! I do not understand the sizing at all!

I had to return them. Not correct size. I have used three pair at the same size. But these were not sized correctly.

Excellent product, high odor (from dye?). Shoe was exactly the same length as a size 12 (I ordered this shoe in size 13 for more toe room).

Great product! I wear them daily. I'm on my feet 8-12 hours at a stretch. They hold up well and fit my wide feet.

When I was suffering with plantar fasciitis, this shoe made a huge difference. Very soft leather, and good arch support.

Excellent shoe - quite roomy in toe - good for full day at work.

After wearing traditional clogs for years, I had to stop after serious injuries to my legs. I was thrilled to find these shoes which have many of the advantages of clogs, but are lower to the ground and more stable. The insole is very comfortable. My only complaint is, because I have to wear a brace on one foot, I had to remove the insole. It was very difficult to remove as it is glued in quite securely. Otherwise, I am very happy with this purchase.

With some shoes, I want to walk around in them for a bit to make sure they are going to work out. Not with these. As soon as I slipped them on I knew they fit perfectly. I need a narrow size. The first day at work I wore them, they didn't rub. I even got a compliment: "Cute new shoes; they don't look like just another version of the same thing." I got the gray with boom-like design at the front, which I like best

Followed reviews but runs big and wide.
