Feels a full size smaller than it claims to be, I could not even wear it around the house to get a good feel for it. Very lightweight shoe - surprisingly so. Light like a Sketcher shoe would be. Very unusual tread - seems to slip along on the floor pretty easily when I use my hand to move the shoe around (since I can't fit my foot!).

Gotta return and I'm bummed about it! Cute shoe and width is accurate. Not sure why the heck the top of the shoe is so tight across the top of my foot, specifically the edge of the top of the shoe. Ouch! The cost of this shoe warrants a quality shoe that does not need to be stretched or broken into. Good luck!

I was really surprised these didn't fit especially because I ordered another Softwalk shoe in a different style in the same size and width and those fit perfectly. I could barely get these on they were so small. I can't really speak to their comfort since they didn't fit. In terms of style, I wish the upper came up higher on the foot and covered more, it's kind of an awkward stopping point, not just covering the toes like a flat and not coming up higher like an oxford or clog, just somewhere in the middle.

Runs small, order a size up. Footbed is not removable - proceed with caution if you use orthotics. Simple, classic design looks good on bigger feet. Can't speak to comfort.

These are a full size smaller. I normally wear 10WW but I could not even get my foot in the shoe. It is lovely and looks well made but runs way small.

I guess I really can't speak to the arch support. I couldn't even get my foot in! There's absolutely no "give" to it! I would like to try a larger size, but my issue was with the the width across the top of the shoe, so I don't think going up a half size would help. I generally wear a 9WW, ordered a 9 1/2WW and it just isn't going to happen. I'm having a really hard time finding shoes right now...makes me sad.

This is a nice-looking shoe with good cushioning, but it runs quite small. I ordered a size 8 (my normal size), then a size 9, and I still needed a larger size. I decided not to reorder.

A nice shoe, good quality, but far too narrow over the arch. It is so rigid there that I could not slide my foot into it. My feet are difficult to fit. I have returned so many shoes to Zappos that is embarrassing. They're a great company!

I was hoping this'd be a keeper. I need a pair of really comfortable WW shoes for a new job I have. Sigh. The search continues.

I ordered the WW and it was not W or even WW. I could not even get my foot in the shoe. The quality and look was very nice, though.

Based on other reviews I read of the this shoe I was ready to order a bigger size, but at the last moment I read another buyers review who said a size 12 fit her great. I needed a size 12M and thought if a 12 fit someone who needed a 12W I should be fine. That was not the case. I could barely get these over my foot. When I did force my foot in the "egg carton" bottom did seem like it would be comfortable, but the band over the top of my foot was way too tight. There is a 13 available, but the shoe looks more like a slipper than I would like. It's just not what I was looking for.

I was excited when I ordered these shoes for work. Lots of walking on marble so comfort with a splash of professional shoe is an epic search. I have wide feet. When I got them and tried to put them on, they were not wide at all. I order a lot of wide shoes from various brands and I can honestly say these are nowhere near wide. I don't even think going up a size would even work. I am not sure what foot model they used for these shoes but if every other brand that says Wide works and these don't, they need to go back to the drawing board and figure out what having a wide foot means. I couldn't tell you if they were comfortable since I couldn't jam my foot in. Sheesh.

I started with a 7.5 WW which is my typical size, and it was really too small. So I sized up to a size 8 ww. Honestly, the 8 was no bigger, in fact, is could well have been smaller. It was much less comfortable than the 7.5 And yes, the egg crate insole makes the shoe really tight. If either had fit, I would have been willing to replace the egg crate for something smaller, but no, this has to go back. Too bad! This would be the perfect shoe for me, if it fit!

The coil of padding that is over the top of the shoe is painful. I had to cut it out in order to keep my foot from rubbing/bruising. They don't look as nice, but function.

I ordered these shoes because they had no stitching across the toes which always bothers me in other shoes. I followed the recommendations of others and ordered half a size larger. I wish that I went a full size. Although comfortable at first after a few hours I have to take them off because they are too tight.

Wow, these are super comfy! I don't know if the arch support really was awesome, or if I didn't care because I was distracted by walking on a cloud. Unfortunately though, they seem to run tight across the top of the foot, so I had to return them.

The overall quality of the show seemed fine and the footbed had alot of cushion. However, the sizing runs small. I could not even get my foot into the shoe.

These shoes were amazingly comfortable when I first got them -- a must have when working on your feet for 12+ hours a day. However, for the price I expected them to last longer. After wearing them regularly for a little over a year, the insides are completely deteriorating! The shoes are also coming apart at the seams. I've purchased cheap shoes that lasted this long so I had high expectations for something of this price. I need to replace the shoes so I think I'll be looking into a different brand. I wouldn't recommend them. Also, the egg-crate material does provide comfort but also seems to absorb moisture/odor -- these shoes stink. I understand feet & shoes aren't known for smelling wonderful, but I have to keep these things in the garage! This has never happened with any pair of shoes I've ever owned, so I'm wondering if it's just me?

Some have said this shoe runs really small so I ordered a full size up but it was huge. I think what happened in the others cases is the shoe size was mis-marked inside the shoe. I didn't love the look of this shoe either - kind of matronly and I like a little higher wedge than this had.

Cute shoes that look like a low-profile clog. Based on all the great reviews, I had high hopes for these shoes. While they fit me perfectly, these shoes have no arch support at all. The cushioning from the egg-crate foot bed is like walking on clouds but it offers zero support or stability. My foot needs a firmer, more stable sole, which this shoe is lacking. The toe-box is a little wide which worked well with my foot. All around I really liked these shoes but the lack of arch support actually pulled at my arch within a couple minutes of putting them on. The insole cannot be removed, otherwise I may have kept them and tried a more supportive insole.

I really loved these shoes. The footbed feels like a pillow and they're joyous, HOWEVER, the sizing is crazy! I tried the 8.5 based on the other reviews but they were definitely too big. I then tried the 8 but they were too short and my toes were hitting the end. A real shame, they were so comfy.
