Felt to small

Nice shoe, but too small. It's at least a half size too small

I love these but unfortunately the sole cracked after less than a year. Also they scuff very easily. Such a shame after only wearing these a handful of times.

I always wear nylons under my shoes. Whatever material the footbed is made of would not let my feet slide forward with nylons resulting in "scrunched up" toes. Without nylons my feet would slide in but that is not something I ever do.

These are the first Softwalk shoes I have tried and I really wanted to love them. In fact I loved everything about them except the super tight part over the top of the foot. I have a pretty narrow, slender foot and these were so tight they hurt. I read the reviews and ordered a half size larger which would have been perfect except for this one overly tight area. I did see in some other reviews about this tightness but not all of them & I was hoping my slim feet would be ok in them. It’s a shame. I may try other soft walk styles as I loved the soft squishy footbed and soft outer material, as well as the very light weight of the shoe. And they’re cute, not clunky like clogs. Unfortunately these are going back. Thanks for your always stunning customer service Zappo’s! You really now how to run a business

This shoe ran small--I couldn't even get my foot into it. I had to check the box to make sure it was the right size. It had a nice foam footbed, so I think it would have been comfortable if it had fit.

I bought the wide and it was still too narrow for my feet. cute shoe. Looks well made.

Width and toe box was great - but there was not enough room over the top of the foot arch - way too small there. Too bad these need to get returned :(

I wear 11 N. This shoe was too loose, didn't pay much attention to anything else.

The size is right, but I can't keep it on my foot. I walk out of it at every step. It's going back. Too bad, because it seemed to be a really comfortable shoe.

These shoes ran a little small. I ordered size 11, which usually fits, and they were just too-small enough to make it uncomfortable. Also, the heel was too deep. If they fit better, I would have kept the shoes and put in something to raise the heel. They seem very comfortable, and I may order them in a slilghtly larger size in the future. The styling is nice.

Not sure why but these could barely fit on my feet let alone on my mom's feet who is 97. Very narrow. Perhaps if I ordered an extra wide width, they would fit but didn't bother to re-order as we settled on a Naot style.

Extremely tight across the top of my foot. Foot bed length and width were good, but the band was so uncomfortable that I returned the shoes.

The toe bed was tight and the shoe was sliced at the front of shoe.

I was so sorry to return this shoe. I loved the color and style. But I could barely get my foot into it. I ordered my usual 8.5W, but it felt so short and narrow that I wasn't sure what size to order next.

The wonderfully cushioned insole made the overall fit too tight for my regular size. I've never worn this brand before and should have ordered a size larger.

I have purchased these shoes 3 times over the years. This last pair of 7WW I couldn’t even get my foot in. It was very disappointing because they are great restaurant work shoes. They’ve done me well in the past, but other reviewers seem to have similar sentiments.

I thought I liked these shoes, but the seam across the inseam folds under and is so still it bruised my left foot and actually left three small circular sores....I guess they occurred as the shoe moved on my foot. I've had blisters on my heels before with new shies, but never open wounds and bruising! The right shoes was lovely and these shoes do run small...I ordered a half size up per the reviews. Maybe I can find some moleskin to try after the bruising goes away and the little sores heal

Really wanted to like these unfortunately they didn't offer arch support so I'm returning them. Also the band on the top hit my foot wrong and was uncomfortable.

Perhaps you should ignore both the stars and the fit ratings that I gave above… Because I couldn’t get my feet into these shoes in the first place! I do have high arches, but I ordered a size 12 W which I hoped would be big enough, since my feet are really more like 11 1/4 W. No such luck! They look like they’d be cute... for someone who can get into them...

If you have wide feet don't bother. My toes were the only thing to fit in this shoe. I couldn't even get my foot halfway into this shoe. I also got a size bigger like many have said in their review. Looks nice but not friendly to wide feet. Sadly I had to return them and find something else.

I have a wide foot with bunion issues - unfortunately exactly where these shoes 'grip' the side of my foot in clog-fashion was over my bunion area next to my pinky toe so I had to return. The sole of the shoes was incredibly comfortable and really did feel like walking on a cloud. Styling was okay, but I felt the top of the shoe did not extend as far up as I would like so you could really see my sock as well as the top of the shoe when wearing jeans.

I ordered these a half size larger than what I normally wear (9-1/2W instead of 9W) as recommended, but still couldn't even get them on my feet. I hesitate to order a 10 because usually a size 10 is too long and I feel like I'm wearing clown shoes. I would try a 9-/12 WW but none of the colors I like are in stock. I'm sad because the shoes are super-cute, and based on the reviews, would probably be great if I could get a size that fit me. Alas.
