This shoe runs so small! I ordered my usual size and couldn't even get my foot in the shoe so I ordered it a size larger and same thing. Now I've sent both of those back and I've ordered it in two larger sizes. It seems like the interior will be really soft, which is just what I'm looking for. Fingers crossed!

I usually wear an 8 or an 8 1/2 . I have a fairly narrow foot but usually wear a medium in this style shoe. I ordered an 8 and an 8 1/2 and the 8 fit better but my heel slid up and down on both shoes. I must return both pairs.

Like all the other Softwalk styles I own, this one was comfortable. I am flat footed so this style did not work out as well as I hoped it might. I ended up having very little support for my arch and obtained my first blister ever from any Softwalk shoes I own. Now I am now pursuing a different style of Softwalk that can give me more support for my narrow, flat feet.

The shoes aren't wide enough, I ordered 8 ww. I tried the right shoe on, it felt like it was squeezing my foot. Also the heel slips, I have a narrow heel. Sadly the shoes must be returned.

This is a terrific shoe if you are able to get the right fit. The leather is soft, the padding on the bottom is like walking on a cloud. Beautifully made. Unfortunately I have to return them. This shoe runs extremely short. I always wear a size 7 wide. I ordered this shoe in a 7 1/2 wide and my toes hit the front of the shoe. Also, the back of the shoe hits the back of my foot quite high and cuts into my heel. However, if you can get the correct fit it would be a wonderful, soft shoe, great if you're on you feet a lot.

Ordered 12 'narrow I like this brand, SocftvWalk as the shoes usually wear well and have great support, and are comfortable. Hard to find doze 12 in most brands.

Feels like walking on the softest bedding. But zero arch support. Very square toe shape and the edge holding your foot in is very tight, so it might work if you have a very flat foot and narrow ankle.

Loved the shoes but could not get the fit right. Tried a full size larger than normal and then it was to large. I'm a very average 7 shoe size so was very disappointed they ran so small.

This shoe has a lot of cushioning inside. Unfortunately they didn't fit. The advice to get a bigger size was correct for my feet. I ordered a 9 instead of an 8-1/2. I ordered size narrow but it slipped off the back of my heel. I reordered in size 9-1/2 S but haven't received them yet. It seems like I never can find one that fits good and is comfortable. I would recommend this shoe highly. Very cushy.

I really like this shoe but it was a bit short. These Softwalks with the cushiony footbed are so comfortable to wear. Wish they had fit. Will try to order in the next size up.

Ordered these in a 9N and they are too wide and too short. The 9.5 slim is not in stock but I'm going to try them when they are available because the toe box is very spacious which is good for my weird feet. They'd look nice with slacks and I could even wear them with a shirt and tights when teaching or running around. I got these in the black with embossed gold circles, which are very subtle and look nice. It's disappointing that they don't fit.

Comfortable shoe. Was looking for a basic black work shoe. I work in the medical profession so it fits the bill for that. The egg crate insole is nice and cushiony but it definitely gives the shoe a tighter fit. It fits snug without a sock and feels tight with a sock in my usual size. I would order a half size up on this one.

These are really cute, but run small. It is hard to find my size (6 1/2 wide) so I end up ordering online, but these were too short.

These look sharp and feel comfortable with thin socks. The shoe seems somewhat shallow and the heel is slightly higher than it appears in the photo. Good overall, well-constructed from good materials.

I should have believed the reviews that said these ran really small. I got a WW and it didn't fit my instep. I was disappointed. Cute shoe.

These were one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever put on! The extra-wide truly did have enough space for my hard-to-fit "duck feet," and the cradle sole felt so wonderful that I didn't want to take them off. Unfortunately, my heels slipped out constantly...so, back they go. I had ordered a half size larger as so many people in the reviews have recommended. Maybe I'll reorder in my normal size and see if that works better.

Shoe is very comfortable although it runs small. I did order a half a size up and it seems fine but if I order them again I may go a full size up or get a wide width.

I usually wear a 8.5 but with this shoe I needed a 9. Unfortunately one of them is kind of loose and the other is kind of tight. This has never happened to me before so I don't think it's my feet that are uneven. But the overall feel is good. They are comfortable.

Yes, these do run small. They are a perfect fit without socks, so I have ordered the 9.5 and will compare the two. I hope one of them fits.

So close to being the perfect shoe! The footbed is the most comfortable one I have ever walked on. I loved the toebox room as well. The width seems true to size, but the length is definitely short. I have a very high instep and found the cuff of the shoe a little too tight to be comfortable: I could get my foot in, but I worried that if my foot swelled I would be unable to get it out. I would love to see an elastic gore or insert to give a little more room across the top of the foot. I returned this style, but I will definitely check out other Softwalk shoes.

This is a super cute shoe but my instep is very high and there is no elastic gusset on the vamp. I've worn Softwalks for years and was surprised at how tight and short this shoe is. So, unfortunately, I'm returning it.

I ordered up a half size due to other reviews, but even at a size 9 (usually I wear an 8.5), it rubbed up against my left toe. However, the cushioning is out of this world comfortable. I am reordering at another half size up.

I have been wearing these shows for 10 yrs and have severe feet problems. Since they changed manufacturing from Brazil to China the sizing has changed - running shorter. I had to go up a half size. The bottoms wear out after hard wear, but tops are always like new! Well worth the money if you can figure out the fit.
