Very good support, style works with office suits. Does require a bit of wearing in due to the pillow insole, it will feel quite snug for a few times, then it is the most comfortable work shoe I've found. Wish it came in more colors for wide width.

great lightweight shoe. disappointed my instep is too high to get my foot halfway into the shoe.

Extremely comfortable casual shoe, had to wear them a few times to break them in though. They were just a bit snug in the width but are great now.

This style has been my preferred walking/all-day shoe for years, and I hope that Softwalk makes it forever and that Zappos sells it forever--preferably in additional colors such as, say, burgundy or taupe. The shoe looks decent if not glamorous. I do think the sizing can be slightly inconsistent. While I typically wear 10WW in this shoe, I have a navy pair labeled 10WW that is just too big and wants to slip off my feet. And in the past I have occasionally found a 9.5WW to work better than the 10WW. Zappos makes it easy to order or replace the shoes for size, although occasionally I have to be patient for a month or so. BTW, in my opinion the navy looks so close to black that it was a waste to buy the navy.

Really wanted to keep this shoe because they fit my foot (hard to do) and for the incredibly cushy soft foot bed. But for some reason they put a stiff cord into the leather upper, across the top of the foot. It happens to press into a vein in the top of my foot. Possibly wouldn't do that to everyone. I have a skinny foot. But if you have a meaty or fat foot, you probably would need a wide size. These fit my skinny (bony, not narrow) very well, except for the uncomfortable pressing of the cord across the top. Darn.

I've seen the Adora for years in all my searches for comfort shoes, and finally decided to give it a try. While I tend to favor Mary Janes like the Jupiter, I needed a new slip-on to replace my worn-out Alegria Emmas. This was close but didn't quite work. I was happy that a 10.5 was available, and it is in fact the correct length - but Adora was considerably too narrow across the upper ball of my foot, despite my ordering the wide width. As soft as the footbed is - and it really, really is - it felt as though the foam would compress over time, and wasn't very even in the first place. I'm disappointed to return these, as I really liked the look with pants, as well as the stability in the outsole. But an 11 will be quite a bit too long, and I'm not confident that the width will be any better. Fortunately, there is always Zappos' crazy-good service - and the two pair of Danskos I also ordered, which are working beautifully.

This shoe runs small. Can't believe 8.5 seemed short.Will try a 9 but I should have gone by other reviews.Width was good (narrow for me)

This shoe looks exactly like its picture. I have bunions and this shoe is extremely comfortable.It might even be a tad wide (i ordered and double wide)!

Nice leather shoe, does run 1/2 short but nice room for toes, the problem is where the top crosses my foot really digs in. I have fallen arches so maybe that why but did in too much. Sigh have send back

These shoes are really cute and I love the rose pattern on them. I have received many complements. They are very comfortable for me for about 1/2 a day. I have problems with the ball of my foot and there aren't many shoes that I can wear all day. The wide toe box is great!

The footbed is very comfortable. The shoe runs very narrow, I wear AA and the AA bit into the top of my foot. This is my third pair of this style but had to exchange for a medium.

Eggcrate cushioning felt strange. I may have gotten used to it, but the shoe was not a good fit for my narrow foot.

I like these shoes. When you have a narrow foot, choices are limited. These fit my need for casual, comfortable, navy shoes.

Way too narrow across the arch! I wear a 9 1/2 WW, which is a difficult size to find. Zappos often hits it out of the park with WW shoes, but this time I found myself checking the box and shoe to make sure it wasn't mis-sized. There is no WAY that this will fit someone with an extra wide arch. The foot bed looked really comfortable, though... just not the shoe for me!

This shoe is so comfortable to walk in, but it does run small. I normally take a 9.5 N shoe but wanted to wear warm socks with this style shoe so I ordered a size 10. My toes hit the end of the shoe so I returned them and ordered a 10.5 which fits a lot better. Thank you Zappos for such easy returns!! The eggcrate foot bed is so comfortable...like walking on pillows. I've had no other shoe like it. The style of the shoe is a bit clunky but it's fine with jeans and good in winter weather.

Loved the shoe but much too small

I bought these shoes to wear at work where I am standing all day. They seem to be better than average in comfort and support. Today I wore them all day shopping and they were comfortable. I would recommend them as a comfort shoe.

Super cute but I own other softwalk styles in a 9M and these were so tight I could barely stuff my feet into them. I'm sending them back and ordering a size up because they are very cute and other softwalks are so comfy.

I have a high instep that simply would not work with this shoe. The top put pressure on my foot, so I had to send back. The cushioning inside felt great and I am sure it will be nice for those with normal foot heights.

Can not use orthotics in this shoe. Great shoe though. Very pretty.

I read the reviews before ordering and found them to be true. Boxy toe is wonderful, soft insole feels like a cloud, BUT, the top of the shoe cut into my feet. I tried them for a few minutes and had indentions on the top of both feet. I have neuropathy so I'm not always aware of how tight a shoe is until it's too late. Unfortunately after trying to make them work I've got to return them. A wider width would be too wide and I would be walking out of the heel.

Ordered several colors, sizes and widths. Ended up with 8 1/2 WW in black. The leather options feel more narrow. The size ran small. I normally wear 8 W. Seem very comfortable but haven't worn then for more than a couple hours.

A very comfortable and nice-looking shoe. Only one issue: I have high arches, so the part of the show that crosses my instep feels tight on one foot. I'm going to stretch it a little.
