Marvelous House Shoes - These house shoes are excellent quality and extremely durable. They look so eloquent and nice! We have never found any others we liked as well in about 40 years! These shoes are very comfortable and are sized about like usual show sizes are. They have been our favorites for many years! My son and husband do not want to busy any other kind!

Why are they discontinuing this model? GREAT slipper!!! BUT Why are they discontinuing this model?

Perfect - My husband loves these slippers. He has a narrow foot and these are perfect.

I am exteremely pleased with the quality of the slippers I recently purchased for my husband. After buying from a department store, slippers that lasted a few days and the sole came off, and having to fight the crowds and traffic to return them. I am pleased and relaxed to shop at home and recieve such excellent product and service.

Great slippers - My dad has been wearing these slippers for years, but could not find them any more. He was so glad I found them and had them shipped to him. They are exactly want he wanted.

Bought for husband, he loves them, comfortable, will definitely purchase another pair for him when needed.

Finally! We found them here!! You made my Dad's Christmas dream come true. We found his beloved and much sought after L.B.Evans Slippers here at Zappos . They were shipped in time for him to wear Christmas morning. These are classic slippers which my Dad had worn consistently throughout my childhood,just as his father had done. Then they disappeared off the market for several years with many futile attempts at finding a source who had any back stock. Although they are now made in China, my Dad swears they are the "real deal", made with quality,fitting true to size and exceedingly comfortable. Not to mention nostalgic! Thank you Zappos!

Great Discovery!! Found these on an online search. Great shoe for someone who has difficulty finding shoes, especially slippers, with a very narrow width. Zappos was great to shop with also...would do it again!!!!

So the sole of these is made out of a material new to me. It did not seem to be of the same quality of the rest of the shoe. We were disappointed.

These are the only slippers I can find that fir me. I have a narrow foot.

Return size 12 for an 11 1/2. My husband love the look of the slipper and how they comfort his foot. They were just an 1/2 size to large. I purchased them for his birthday today. Once I knew they were 1/2 size to large I reordered his size. He really like them.

The slippers are nice looking and seemed to be made well and they look comfortable, but I can't honestly rate them. I haven't given them to my husband yet as his birthday is next week.

My new L.B. Evans Chicopee slipper - My only problem with the L.B.Evans Chicopee slipper was that it seemed a little looser in the heel than I would have preferred, perhaps because the sides are a little more flexible than others I've owned. As a result, I find my heel slipping out on occasion when I walk. Other than that, they are very comfortable and appear well made. The delivery service was beyond expectations.

Satisfied - Received the order in less than a week. Everything was fine, fit and looks.

Excellent - Just what I expected. Possibly a little more arch support. Keep it to very little because it's a slipper, not a shoe. My previous slipper from you was too much like a shoe.

Classic slippers for men w/wide feet - These were purchased for my father -EEE width - who hasn't used them enough to tell how comfortable HE finds them. But they were soft and flexible, a decent if not great leather, the type of slipper that will shape itself to the feet over time. Enough rise in the vamp to fit a higher instep. Buy your exact size.

Quite Adequate - Hard to find a slipper in Narrow width...this one is. I would not want to forget and walk outside with these soles...particularly on a wet surface.

Very Comfortable, but... I like them very much, and they are comfortable. I wish they had a more durable sole so that Wouldn't have to take them off whenever I go out to get the newspaper or for some other reason.

Problem with the uniformity. Some run big. Can’t tell how the fit will be when you order a pair.

The slipper was just what he wanted, the problem for the return was it was too tight on the instep. After trying them for less than 5 minutes, he had tight marks around and on the top of his foot. We wish they did fit, it was just the pair he was looking for.

I wear a 9-1/2 EEE in most shoes, but the 9-1/2 EEE in this slipper was much too large. The heel was also very wide, so I doubt sizing down at the EEE width would work.

I was misled into ordering these slippers by those who rated them to have good arch support. They have zero arch support. The heel and toe solid sole pieces are held together in the arch by cloth. There is no arch support. And, the toes are way narrow. If you like your toes to not be scrunched up, look elsewhere. I ended up with Cushe brand.

Leather slippers - Very difficult to find good leather slippers. L.B. Evans best I have been able to find. This is fourth pair. Has drawbacks like it marks the floor badly if it gets any water on the sole. Stretches out of shape on width very easy. With all of that they are the best I have found. Zappos is good company to deal with.
