I normally wear a size 15 running shoe and other shoes 14-15. These seem to fit me best in a 13.

The current Evans company has just about recaptured the quality of the original. t is easy to slip on hands free from a standing position, and it has just the right amount of padding in the sole. For a guy not wanting a pair of furry bunnies on my feet, the looks are just right too.

I had visited many stores trying to find slippers like these with no success. I wish I had thought sooner of Zappos! These were exactly what my husband had in mind and when he opened this Christmas present he was so excited. He immediately tried them and declared them a perfect fit! Very happy with the stlippers and with the very prompt delivery. Will think of Zappos first from now on!

Love the shoes. They are comfortable and soft and flexible. No pinching of the toes like more stiff leather. Highly recommend Chicopee. Agents are fantastic. Had to return another pair, not the Chicopee, and it was a breeze.

The first pair my husband received as a gift...too narrow.. no problem in returning them...free shipping.so when I reordered a completely different size AND style, the representative had no problem working it all out for me and in a few days the new pr. were at my door.

I have had these slippers for a couple of months now. They are very nice and comfortable slippers for wearing around the house. They even feel comfortable on my wood floors.

Easy fit. I have a wide foot with a high instep. However, the 10 med fits perfectly. My shoe size measures 9.5 or 10 wide.

Perfect slippers for the nostalgic. Those who long for the times of their parents. The perfect combination of memories with usefulness. With the hard outer sole one can step outside and retrieve the newspaper or walk the dog in comfort. The high vamp keeps the slippers on the foot while walking up and down steps.

The L.B. Evans Chicopee arequite comfortable. They feel good in the morning while retrieving the newspaper. Service was outstanding as I ordered a size too large. Zappos' return and reissue was seamless.

Good quality, no complaints. Zappos is the best company to deal with; fast, honest and dependable. I had to return a different pair of slippers to exchange for these LB Evans, no problem at all.

I thought they were a little expensive when I ordered them but now I think I got an absolute bargain. These are some of the most comfortable house shoes that I have ever had and because I'm retired I tend to wear then almost all the time. They have shown no signs of wear even with very extensive use. They have excellent arch support for house shoes. With the excellent delivery time of Zappos and their ability to carry hard to fine sizes, I found a winner with these house shoes.

My 91 year old father is very particular about his likes and dislikes. He has been wearing this style of slippers forever. He wears a 9 Narrow; good luck trying to find anything that fits him. He was so happy to receive these as a Christmas gift, his previous pair had completely worn out. As always, Zappos shipping and service was outstanding. I'd you need an old school favorite, this is the one!

Never purchased slippers before and am so pleased. Purchased these for my husband and they are just what he was wanting. He's pleased, therefore I am pleased. And they came so fast!

Excellent quality. I am an 84 year old cantankerous old Marine and my feet are hard to fit but the L.B. Evans Chicopee Conforms to your feet almost immediately. This is my third pair and the best slippers that I have ever worn.

I bought these slippers because they are cool (not fleece or other hot-lined slippers) and they have worked out well from that point of view. They fit well and will, I hope last well (have a good lifetime).

My father loves his slippers. They fit perfectly and he said the bottom is not slippery. As always Zappos provides excellent service.

My dad's third (or more) pair. He pretty much lives in them when at home. He wouldn't have anything else and we replace them every couple of years because he wears them out. It's a Father's Day tradition.

I bought these slippers because I could get them in my exact size.(10.5 EEE) They fit perfectly and I'm very happy with them.

He was thrilled! Given the admittedly... classic (OK - old-fashioned) style, my friend is tickled with these. He wears a seriously hard to find shoe size (6.5 EEE,) so when he mentioned that he wanted slippers he could venture outside in, I figured I'd never find them. Not only do these come in his size, but they are extremely comfortable, have the solid sole bottom and the leather is pretty doggone durable. Zappos comes through again.

X-Mas Present for Dad - I wish I could provide a review from my own experience, but since I bought these slippers for my father who has a small, narrow foot I can only provide his feedback. Unless he special orders shoes, slippers or boots, it's nearly impossible to find footwear that fits. He was thrilled that I found slippers that fit, are well made & don't look juvenile. So far, he reports the slippers are fabulous and require only a minor amount of "breaking-in."
