Excellent slipper - comfortable and long wearing, but difficult to find in the store. Service from Zappos excellent.

Dad's Slippers - I bought these for my father for Christmas. The shipping from Zappos is great along with customer service. Dad has told me that run true to size and width. The only thing he wishes is that they had a harder sole so he could wear them outside. This sole is more for indoors.

Comfy slipper - I bought these for my dad because he has wide feet and he was very happy with them.

My father loves this slipper! My father has a hard time finding opera style slippers; when I found out, I immediately turned to Zappos, knowing if anyone had his style shoe, you would & I know from past experience, your customer service is the best! He recently celebrated his 83rd birthday & this slipper was my gift to him. He loves them!

Comfy slippers in hard to find size: Very comfortable slipper purchased for my elderly father who has small feet. After searching in vain in shoe stores, we are happy to find his size at Zappos. He already has a pair of Evans slippers that are a little too big. He is enjoying these new ones and we highly recommend this slipper as well as other Evans styles.

Great slipper, great deal - I could not be happier with the fit, feel and quality of my new slippers. They are perfect.

Chicopee - I ordered these slippers for my elderly father. He has had a pair of LB Evans slippers for several years and wanted new ones. I was unable to find them in any local department or shoe store. My daughter suggested I check your site and was delighted to find them.

This is a great place to shop! I found Zappos to be a better place to shop for shoes than any shoe store available in my city. I would definitely recommend Zappos to anyone looking for shoes or slippers.

L.B. Evans Chicopee - I wear an 11B shoe. And I have a weak left arch from an old surgery. Finding narrow-width house shoes anywhere but on-line is virtually impossible. So when I found the Evans Chicopee, I was quite happy. Zappos' service beat all expectations. The shoe itself was quite comfortable right at the start. The length and width were correct; the arch support better than expected from a soft-soled slipper. The leather is soft and supple but the shoe construction holds it shape quite well. I am quite satisfied overall.

Slippers for my dad - My dad is very happy with his slippers, especially since we struck out twice at two different department stores trying to find his preferred type of slipper. The size is exactly right, and he says they are very comfortable.

Dad Loves Them! I gave these to my 93 year old father for Christmas. He has a wide foot and it has been difficult to find comfortable slippers for him in the stores. I ordered both the 7.5 EEE and the 8 EEE for him to try on. He chose the 8 EEE as being more comfortable. (I would have preferred another color; black, a darker brown or cordovan might look richer than this shade of brown. But I'm just the picky daughter; my Dad likes them and that is what counts!) I returned the other pair to Zappos and received credit within a couple of days. Thank you, Zappos!!!

Excellent fit! This is a replacement pair for a similar L.B. Evans pair which was well worn. Excellent fit, excellent slipper!

Narrow men's slippers - I searched for several years for a narrow bedroom slipper. I tried online and at stores. Finally, one of the online sites responded that they did not carry narrow slippers, but Zappos does. I ordered a pair, using my regular shoe size. It was too long. Zappos paid for return shipping and sent me another pair in a shorter size. It fits just fine. I am pleased to finally find a narrow slipper and a company that works with you to get it right.

MY FAVOURITE SLIPPER- The L.B. Evans' Chicopee is my favorite slipper. It is not just the comfort of this particular slipper; I also really like the appearance of it, in other words, the style of it. I also really liked its very similar predecessor, L.B. Evans's Cherokee, and I really hope the Chicopee never eventually gets discontinued like the Cherokee style. The only two slight differences are the insole and the fact the back piece of the Chicopee, unlike that of the Cherokee, is on the inside of the front piece of the slipper instead of on the outside of the front.

My Dads only shoes! They are the only shoes my Dad wears--really! He wears them everywhere--the grocery store, to the bank, out to dinner--really everywhere. He loves them for comfort and ease of putting on and off. I heard they might be discontinuing- so I bought him 2 pair!!

Slipper comfort - The slipper is very comfortable, however, the size appears a little off.

The Best Slipper Made - I have bought this slipper for over 60 years and my father before me would not wear any other slipper. A classic slipper that never goes out of style, is a true fit, and very comfortable. Just hope Evans continue to offer this slipper.

Opera slippers - The slippers were very hard to find here during the late spring, early summer. They're considered seasonal here in SC. So I went to Zappo's online and order them for my husband.

My Slippers - I have had a pair of these slippers bought over 20 years ago and would not let my wife through them away because I liked them so much they were like a hand made glove that was perfect and when I found that they were still being made I knew I had to get another pair and am just as satisfied as I was with the very first pair and to my biggest surprise they cost a $1.00 less then when my wife first bought them for me; Thank You Louis Gasparini

50 year experience - I have worn this brand for over 50 years and so did my father before me. The best there is. A traditional slipper, comfortable and except for the sole would last forever.

He likes them! Bought these for my Dad as a Get Well gift. He loves them. They are just like the pair he had been wearing . . . FOR THE LAST 40 YEARS!

My Dad loves them! I bought these slippers for my father who was going on his first vacation - he's 76! He is extremely thin - 6 feet tall and less than 125 lbs. His foot is very narrow and most slippers are only available in medium width. When I spotted these online I had to try them. He loves both the fit and the added support that the leather gives. His old cloth slippers just flopped on his foot. Thank for for making my dad's trip a little more comfortable.
