Birkenstocks - Seriously these are the best sandles ever! They are extremely comfortable and hold up very well in any walking situation. I hike, run and just lounge around in these shoes!

Vantastic Shipping... The Birks are great as usual. A bit spendy but I guess that was expected. Your shipping for the holidays was awesome. I ordered the Birks for my wife for Chanukah on 12-9-04 and paid for regular UPS ground shipping. I received them on 12-10-04 in the morning with no additional cost for shipping. Now that's unheard of...

Milano - This a 3 strap sandal which permits many adjustments for comfort and looks. I have a size 13 aaa shoe size. Finding something that fits well is dificult. This sandal comes with a size NARROW but not SMALL. Despite this a comfortable adjustment is possible. It is light weight which is very welcome to someone like me who has advanced peripheral neuritis.

Comfortable, sensible, practical shoe. I wore this shoe for the first time on our vacation in the Bahama's. This shoe is comfortable, sensible and practical. We went to the Hotel Atlantis. This hotel is very big and has lots to do. We did a great deal of walking. I didn't have a chance to break in these shoes before hand so I had to do it on our vacation. They always felt great. I never had to think once about the shoes until I needed to take them off. I am pleased with the choice that I made in purchasing these shoes.

Exceptional Service - I have placed many orders from Zappo's and have never been disappointed in the service. When a return is necasary they supply a return prepaid lable for return shipping and will send out the corrected shoe at the same speed(which for me was with in a couple of days) as the original delivery. I had a pair of these for 8 years before, and they were so worked in that I forgot that these take some time to get used to. Not comfortable right away, but I know they will get there.

A great sandle - I bought these sandles as a gift which I did not give yet, but the sandles are great. They look great, and the quality is wonderful.

Birkenstock Milano's - Love these shoes. I have worn a pair for the past 10 years and they are beginning to show that wear. These should last me another 10 years.

Nothing better than a pair of Birkies - This was my first pair of Birkenstocks. Since I have gotten these, I have bought three other pairs...and all been worth every penny. They are the one shoe I can walk in all day without having sore feet. I honestly can't imagine NOT having them, especially for travel.

Birkenstock Milano - These sandals are expensive, but are worth it. They take a little while to break in. They become more comfortable each time you wear them. They are well made and should last for years. I am very satisfied.

First time owner - Different feel from most sandals but once you get used to it, there's no turning back. They are a very comfortable and loose fitting sandal. First pair of sandals I have ever owned that did not initially hurt my feet. I strongly recommend them however, I only wish they were water proof.

Luv my Birks - I've had my birks for the pats 6 yrs. They're well past the broken in point perhaps into the blown out stage! lol They were the only shoes I could I could wear when I was pregant(the only ones that fit!)So now I'm out shopping for new ones!

My feet say THANK-YOU! This is my second pair of Birkenstocks, but my first pair of Milanos. (won't be my last!) From the moment I took them out of the box they were comfortable! I'll be wearing these sandals every day the rest of the Summer..and beyond! And kudos to Zappos! I received my new Birkies in LESS THAN 24 HOURS!! **AMAZING!!** I've purchased shoes from Zappos before and they never cease to amaze me with their F-A-S-T service..be it shipping, exchanges, or returns! Wonderful shoe - I have a pair just like these but with no strap around the ankle. Wearing those (and now these) keeps my heal spur at bay. All my visits to the Foot Dr. were not terribly successful. Then I bought my Birkenstock's. No problems since. I like having the heal strap for driving. It's a little safer. (in my opinion)

Birkenstock Milano - Great sandals, though the sizes are off a bit... I normally wear a 9 1/2 to 10, but saw other reviews stating the sizes ran large. Size 41 fit me perfectly, and I'm very happy with these sandals!

Consitently comfortable - My 5th pair, although first from Zappos. Great service on a known great shoe! Once you get past the break in stage, these things will fell like socks with support. My feet were never this happy, except when I got my last new pair!

DON'T SIT ON THE FENCE - I wished I would have gotten these Milano sandals months ago. I didn't want to spend that much money on sandals so I was so undecided for months. Well, I finally got off the fence and took the plunge and I love love love these sandals. Comfort, a retro hippie style and a sandal I can actually wear without discomfort. They look pretty indestructibile. They are worth the $99.00. I'll most likely tire of these before they will wear out. They do run an actual size larger, so definetly size down. The staff at Zappos and quick delivery is unbeatable.

Well worth the money... I love my Birkenstock's--they are well worth the money. I have tried other types of sandals and keep coming back to Birkenstock's. I kept my previous pair for over 7 years before I felt the need to purchase new ones.

Buy them big - I love Birks. I am very impressed by Zappos. However, I was misled by other reviews. The first pair I ordered were labelled my size but were far too small. I needed to order two (European) sizes larger to get the proper fit. Thanks Zappos for making returns so easy.

My Milanos...Summer isn't summer without my Birkie's!!! I am very impressed with Zappos fast, fast delivery. My shoes arrived two days after I placed my order...for a second I thought it was a mistake. This is my second pair of Milanos...I love them.

Converted to Birks - This is my first pair of Birkenstocks. I wear orthotics for my problem feet but have continued to have back and hip pain. I purchased these on the recommendation of another reviewer. The first pair I ordered were a size too large because I misjudged. I was wearing Merrill in that size to accommodate the orthotics. Zappos with their fabulous service swapped them out and after a day or to break-in I am doing great in them. I have noticed they are training me to set my heels in the proper position. My therapist has been scolding me about leaning forward. Foot back and leg pain has eased greatly. Yes I am a Birk convert and plan to stock a wardrobe.

Should have ordered these sooner! These do not have a heel... so I totally procrastinated in getting a pair. I like to be fashionable, not comfortable. But, I finally broke down and bought my first pair of Birks. And I will never be without again! They are so comfortable (I have really narrow feet)! AND they look cute with jeans, capris, chinos, shorts, skirts, just about EVERYTHING I have! I like the back heel strap to keep the shoe secured to my foot as I chase after my kids! Cute AND comfy!

Great shoe!! I bought this shoe for my Dad, and he loves them!! And he wasn't even a sandal wearer. They look great on and I'm told they are very comfortable. If there anything like my birkenstocks then they will soon become he's favorite shoe.
