Gregg. I love the 8287's. I just bought my 4th pair. The best shoe on the market at any price. Also have 2 8092s, 1561, 8053, 1461. What more can I say.

love docs. I have about six pair of docs two r combat boots and i love them they r about the only ones i wear . i have had a pair of the 8287 for three years and they still feel like they r brand new i wear them for motorcycle riding and they r perfect. love doc martens and will always buy them

Shoes you can live in. I bought Docs for the first time about a month ago, this style. Since then, I have bought several more pairs, in different styles. But of all of them, the 8287 is absolutely THE most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. I have wide feet, and so finding a shoe like this -- that fits like a glove, and is durable (it ~still~ smells REALLY nice, like oiled leather, even a month later) was bliss!

Yeah. I don't have anything to say, I just want to see if this is gonna be on the site. But while I'm typing I might as well say these are the most comfortable shoes I own. I've had them for 3 years now and they still look and feel like new.
